Trockenrasierapparat. Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Trockenrasierapparat.
Gemäss der Erfindung weist derselbe min destens ein feststehendes, an seiner Aussenseite durch eine Rotationsfläche begrenztes Messer, einen mit seiner Innenseite auf jener Aussen seite aufliegenden und mit perforierter Wan dung versehenen Hohlkörper, und endlich Mittel zur Erzeugung einer Relativbewegung des letzteren in bezug auf das Messer beim Verschieben des Hohlkörpers auf der Haut auf.
Bei der einfachsten Ausführungsform des Trockenrasierapparates ist die erwähnte Aussenseite des Messers beispielsweise die ge krümmte Seite eines achsenparallelen Aus schnittes aus einem Kreiszylinder, während hierbei der mit Perforationen versehene Hohl körper ein $reishohlzylinder ist.
In. der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind zwei beispielsweise Ausführungsformen des Trockenrasierapparates gemäss der Erfindung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht der einen Aus führungsform des Trockenrasierapparates, teilweise im Schnitt, Fig. 2 eine Stirnansicht dieser Ausfüh rungsform mit einem Querschnitt nach der Linie II-II in Fig. 1,
Fig. 3 eine Seitenansicht eines Gehäuses zur Aufnahme des Trockenrasierapparates im Nichtgebrauchszustand, Fig. 4 eine Stirnansicht des Gehäuses nach Fig. 3, Fig. 5 ein Teilstück einer Einzelheit im Schaubild, Fig. 6 die zweite Ausführungsform des Trockenrasierapparates und Fig. 7 eine Einzelheit zu Fig. 6.
Der in Fig. 1 bis 5 der Zeichnung darge stellte Trockenrasierapparat weist ein fest stehend angeordnetes Messer 1 auf, dessen Aussenseite nach einer Kreiszylinderfläche gewölbt ist. An der Innenseite trägt das Messer eine Längsrippe 2, mittels welchem dasselbe zwischen zwei Längsrippen 3 auf der Oberseite eines Haltekörpers 4 wegnehm- bar aufgesteckt ist.
Wie insbesondere aus Fig. 5 ersichtlich, weist der Tragkörper 4 auf zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Längs seiten auieinanderfolgend parallel zueinander verlaufende, rillenförmige Vertiefungen 4' auf. Die auf Seite dieser Vertiefungen gele gene Umfangsfläche des Haltekörpers 4 liegt mit der gewölbten Aussenseite des Messers 1 auf demselben Krciszylindermantel. Zapfen 5 beiderends des Haltekörpers 4 dienen zum Festhalten des letzteren zwischen den Schen keln eines U-förmigen Griffbügels 6.
Auf dem Haltekörper 4 und der Aussenfläche des Messers 1 ist ein Hohlzylinder 7 leicht dreh bar gelagert. Die Wandstärke dieses mit Per forationen 8 versehenen Hohlzylinders be trägt wenige, beispielsweise 6 Hundertstel millimeter. An den Enden des Hohlzylinders 7 sind Ringe 9 angebracht, bestehend aus Kautschuk oder Metall mit aufgerauhter oder randerierter Oberfläche.
Im Griffbügel 6 sind Vertiefungen 10 angebracht, in welche Warzen 11 an Blatt federn 12 eintreten können, wenn der Griff bügel auf das in den Fig. 3 und 4 dargestellte Gehäuse 13 aufgesteckt wird, und welche den Trockenrasierapparat im Gehäuse halten, wenn er bei Nichtgebrauch zur Aufbewah rung und zum Schutz ganz in das Gehäuse eingeschoben ist.
Die Gebrauchsweise des Trockenrasier apparates ist die folgende: Der Apparat wird am Griffbügel 6 erfasst oder mittels des Gehäuses 13 gehalten, wenn der Griffbügel wie in Fig. 3 ersichtlich auf das Gehäuse 13 aufgesteckt ist. Wenn nun der Hohlzylinder 7 auf einer Unterlage abgerollt wird, wobei die Ringe 9 ein Gleiten auf dieser Unterlage verhindern, bewegen sich die Perforationen 8 an den Schneidkan- ten des Messers 1 vorbei.
Beim Rasieren ist diese Unterlage die Haut und auf derselben stehende Haare treten durch die Perforatio nen 8 hindurch in den Hohlzylinder 7 ein, wobei sie beim Vorübergleiten der Perfora tionen an der Schneide des Messers, zwischen dieser und dem Hohlzylinder abgeschert werden.
Die Ringe 9 könnten auch nur auf der einen Seite oder in der Mitte des Hohlzylin ders angebracht sein. Statt nur eines Messers könnten auch zwei Messer vorgesehen sein.
Wie aus Fig. 6 ersichtlich, kann der Hohl zylinder 7 auf dem Tragkörper 4 längsver schiebbar sein, wobei das eine Ende des Hohlzylinders bezw. des dort angeordneten Ringes 9 mit einer wellenlinienförmigen Steuerkante 14 versehen ist, welche mit einem gleichartigen Steuerorgan 15 am Griffteil 6 mittels einer Feder 16 in Eingriff gehalten ist. Das Messer 1' (Fig. 7) ist bei dieser Variante des Trockenrasierapparates mit einer gezahnten Schneide 17 versehen.
Beim Drehen des Hohlzylinders 7 auf dem Trag körper 4 bewirken Steuerkante 14 und Steuerorgan 15 eine hin- und hergehende Be wegung des Hohlzylinders 7, so dass das Ab schneiden der Haare nicht nur durch das Um laufen dieses Zylinders, sondern auch durch dessen Hin- und Herbewegvng bewirkt wird.
Der Kreishohlzylinder 7 könnte auch durch einen andern Rotationshohlkörper er setzt sein, wobei die Aussenfläche des Messers nach einer Erzeugenden dieses Rotationshohl körpers auszubilden ist. Eine zweckentspre chende Form dieses Hohlkörpers ist beispiels weise eine Tonnenform.
