Spielapparat.
Game machine. The present invention relates to a game machine, which has a freely movable in a playing field, made of ferromagnetic Ma material existing ball and electromagnets for moving this ball, where in the electromagnets are switched so that they can be excited individually.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
1 shows a plan view, FIG. 2 shows a section along the line A-1 in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 shows a circuit diagram.
A box 1, which is rectangular in plan, is divided in height into three rooms a, b, c . At the top, the guest is closed by a glass cover 2. The upper space a is limited at the bottom by a glass plate 3 embedded in the box, on which the ball 4 made of ferromagnetic material can move freely.
This glass plate 3 symbolizes the turf of a soccer field and forms the running surface of the ball 4; on. Its underside has a sprayed-on green surface and lines that imitate the layout of a soccer field. Above the glass plate 3 a target niche 5 is provided for the ball 4 in each broad side of the box, corresponding to the goal of the football game. The middle space b is delimited at the top by the glass plate 3 and at the bottom by a board 6 embedded in the box sides.
This board 6 carries a number of electric magnets 7. In the lower space c, which is limited at the top by the board 6 and at the bottom by the end board 8, the means for connecting the electromagnets 7 to the excitation power source are housed. The electromagnets 7 are switched so that each can be excited individually.
The game machine is divided in the longitudinal and in the transverse direction by a symmetry line not drawn. In each longitudinal half of the space c divided by the transverse center line, a switching device assigned to the electromagnets 7 of each half is provided, formed by the switching lever 9 and the contact points 10 arranged on a board made of insulating material. These switching devices can be operated independently of one another.
In each longitudinal half of the space b there are three rows of electromagnets running parallel to the transverse center line, each of which is assigned to a switching device.
The number of electromagnets in the middle row is one less than the number of electromagnets in the outer rows, with each electromagnet in the middle row at the intersection of the diagonals of a rectangle with one electromagnet at each corner, with two each are directly adjacent magnets in the outer row. The electromagnets 7 are expediently arranged as close to one another as possible and the iron cores, the axes of which run parallel and are perpendicular to the board 6,
are so close to the glass plate 3 that contact of the magnetic cores with the glass plate 3 is prevented by only a small air gap. The iron cores of the magnets are embedded in board 6.
The number of each shift lever zugeord designated contact points 10 corresponds to the number of electromagnets provided in each half of the game 7. The shift lever 9 carries a sliding contact. The switching lever 9 can be pivoted about a bolt 11 fastened in the end board 8 and a slot 12 lying in the longitudinal axis also allows a limited axial displacement so that the sliding contact can be brought into contact with each contact point 10. The handle of the shift lever 9 protrudes from the box broad side. The image of the arrangement of the contact points 10 of each switching device represents a reduction of the image of the arrangement of the electromagnets 7.
From Fig. 3, the circuit of the electromagnet 7 and the Schaltvorrich device can be seen. At 13, the electrical system can be connected to an excitation power source, e.g. B. the lighting network can be connected. One pole of the electromagnets 7 is connected to a collective rail 14, which in turn is connected to the connection point 16. The other pole of the electromagnets 7 is the one in question. Magnets connected to the contact point 10 associated with the magnet arrangement in the playing field. A line leads from the shift lever to connection point 13.
So if the sliding contact of the switching lever is brought to any contact point 10 ge, the circuit of that electromagnet closes in the playing field, which is assigned to the relevant contact 10, and this magnet is excited. The sliding contact can be moved freely over the contact points and also lifted off from them.
The handling and operation of the drawn game device is as follows: Before the start of the game intended for two players, the device is set exactly horizontally, and then the device is connected to the power source. Now that player begins, on whose side the ball is located, to operate his shift lever by bringing the sliding contact to a contact point 10 which is assigned to an electromagnet located near the ball. This excites this magnet and the ball starts moving. If the shift lever 9 was left on the contact point, the ball would stop after reaching the electromagnet.
But if the shift lever 9, before the Ku gel reaches the electromagnet, brought to another contact point 10, the ball continues its movement. If the player moves back and forth, forwards and backwards with the switch lever 9, he has it in his hand to give the ball a movement in all directions in order to bring it into the enemy playing field. It is possible to accelerate the ball in such a way that it can roll as far as the enemy gate, be it in the backshot or by means of the gang, similar to billiards. At the beginning of the game, the opponent is forced into defense because he does not recognize the movement of the ball in front.
But if the ball is in his half of the game, he will operate the lever so that that electromagnet 7 is excited, in the vicinity of which the ball 4 is to stop its movement and this in turn to give the desired direction of movement.
