Description

  

      Rechenreiniger.       Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  ein Rechenreiniger, d. h. ein     Reiniger    für  Rechen, die in     Wasserkraftanlagen    oder     der-          0   <B>0'</B> e       ichen    zur Verwendung gelangen. Der  erfindungsgemässe Rechenreiniger ist da-.

    durch     gekennzeichnet,    dass vor dem     Rechen     und beidseitig desselben     Führungsschienen     für den Reinigungskamm vorgesehen sind,  der, an     Zugorganen    hängend,     mittels    eines  motorischen Antriebes längs des Rechens       he-bbar    und längs den     Führungsschienen    senk  bar ist.  



  Die nachstehend an Hand der Zeichnung  beschriebene beispielsweise Ausführungsform  des Rechenreinigers zeigt beidseitig vor dem  Rechen 1 angeordnete Führungsschienen 2  für den     schematisch    angedeuteten Reinigungs  kamm 3, der an Zugorganen 4 hängt. die  mittels eines motorischen Antriebes 5 längs  des Rechens 1     hebbar    und     Iängs    den Füh  rungsschienen 2 senkbar ist.

   Eine Weiche 6  sorgt dafür, dass der längs des     Rechens    1  heraufgezogene Reiniger auf die Führungs  schienen 2 gelangt und sich längs derselben         herabbewegt.    Es sind dabei in der Zeich  nung nicht dargestellte selbsttätige Umsteuer  organe für den Antrieb 5 des Reinigers vor  gesehen, die diesen Antrieb     einschalten,    wenn  der     Reinigungskamm    3 vom Ende der Füh  rungsschienen 2 auf den Boden des Kanals       herunterfällt,    und ihn ausschalten, wenn der  Reinigungskamm seine     höchste    Lage erreicht  hat. Länge des Rechens gesammeltes Gut ge  langt in die Rinne 7.

   Der Reinigungskamm 3  hängt mittels     Seilen    oder     Ketten    4 an Seil  trommeln 8, die auf einer Welle 9 sitzen,  die ihrerseits vom Elektromotor 5 her über  Schnecke und Schneckenrad angetrieben wer  den.  



  Der Antrieb kann mit einem Zeitrelais  in     Verbindung    stehen, welches den Reiniger  periodisch     betätigt.    Zweckmässig sind auch       AZittel    zum Überbrücken dieses Zeitrelais vor  gesehen, so dass der Reinigungskamm     un-          unterbrochen    längs des     Rechens.        hinauf-    und  längs der     Führungssehiene    2     herabbewegt     wird.      Der beschriebene Reiniger hat sich prak  tisch bewährt und arbeitet trotz seiner ein  fachen Konstruktion sehr zuverlässig.
