Contact wire hanger clamp for Netten contact lines for electric railways. The currently common embodiment of contact wire suspension clamps for catenary contact lines for electric railways is shown in FIG. The dashed and dotted lines denoted by 1 represent the grinding surfaces of a pantograph of conventional construction. The contact wire 2 is suspended from the support cable 4 by means of the T.ragseil- hanger clamps, not shown, the hanger 3 and the drive wire hanger clamps 5.
The support cable 4 runs exactly above the track in the middle, while the contact wire 2 describes a horizontally right zigzag line, the corners of which are given by the side brackets located at the support points.
At a location near such a support point, hangers and clamps will be set as shown in Fig. 1B. This inclination of the contact wire to the grinding surface of the pantograph causes a side wear of the contact wire, which, even if it occurs only in a small area of the Nachspannabsehnittes, has the consequence that the entire contact wire of the section must be replaced prematurely. There is another disadvantage with the bi-metal contact wires that have recently been used as a rule. These bimetallic contact wires consist of two parts, as indicated in the figures, namely the upper part is made of aluminum or copper and the lower part, which is subject to wear, is made of steel.
The running surface is kept as wide as possible in order to achieve a good current transition, but this advantage could only be used if the contact wire would always have the position shown in Fig. 1A to the current collector bracket. It is therefore desirable for two reasons to keep the contact wire in this position in which the profile axis of the contact wire is perpendicular to the grinding surface of the pantograph.
Contact wire hanger clamps have already become known that, in order to always ensure a vertical position of the profile axis of the contact wire, carry lateral approaches, -that are provided with several holes or with a long hole with several notches, in which the hanger is hung according to its inclined position becomes. However, this arrangement also has disadvantages. It mainly only fits for very specific inclinations of the hangers, it is also for the places where the support cable is exactly perpendicular:
runs right above the contact wire, completely unsuitable, and ultimately it always requires a certain amount of extra work during assembly.
The subject of the present invention is a contact wire hanger clamp which not only avoids the above disadvantage, but also allows the possibility of a particularly good Stromübergan to be fully exploited due to the wide grinding surface of the bimetal contact wires. This is achieved in that the suspension bracket of the clamp, in which the hanger is suspended, has the shape of an arc, the center point of which is at least close to the contact wire cross-section, preferably in its center of gravity. lies. As a result, the contact wire always turns.
and regardless of the particular shape of the pantograph, under the upward pressure of the same completely automatically so that its wide running surface rests correctly on the sliding surface of the pantograph.
2 shows two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention, namely FIGS. 2A and 2C correspond to places of the greatest deviations of the contact wire zigzag from the track center plane, while FIG. 2B shows the relationships in the middle of the span where the contact wire 2 is is perpendicular under the suspension cable 4.
As a result of the circular arc shape of the suspension bracket, the clamps and thus the profile axis of the Fahrdral can always be set perpendicular to the grinding surface of the pantograph, regardless of whether the grinding surface of the pantograph is curved more or less. The suspension brackets themselves can either have the symmetrical shape 6 of FIGS. 2A and 2B or the asymmetrical shape 7 of FIG. 3C.
While the symmetrical bracket can be used as desired, the asymmetrical one must of course always be mounted so that the curved part points inwards, i.e. according to FIG. 2C, or, if the contact wire is as in FIG. 2A, a mirror image of FIG. 2C . In both cases, all inclinations of the hangers are evenly recorded by a single clamp shape. Of course, there will only be one embodiment in each case. Use 6 or 7 of the suspension brackets.
The center of the arc of the suspension bracket coincides in the described embodiments with the focus of the Falii wire cross-section. However, embodiments are also conceivable in which the center of the circle is arc close to the contact wire cross-section.
