Rechaud mit elektrischer Heizplatte. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Rechaud mit elektrischer Heizplatte, bei welchem letztere in einem aus Asbestzement geformten Gehäuse gehalten ist. Die Herstel lung des Gehäuses aus Asbestzement gestat tet einen einfachen und billigen Aufbau, der überdies verschiedene Vorteile bedingt, auf die später eingetreten werden soll.
In der Zeichnung ist eine bevorzugte Aus führungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 ein Rechaud in perspektivischer Ansicht, während Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt darstellt.
Das dargestellte Rechaud besitzt ein Ge häuse 1 aus Asbestzement, das, heisst aus so genanntem "Eternit". Es kann mit einer be liebigen Silikatfarbe gespritzt sein und weist die aus Fig. 2 ersichtliche Querschnittsform auf. Insbesondere ist eine zentrale Ausneh- mung 2 vorgesehen, welche durch die Platte 3 nach oben abgedeckt ist. Platte 3 sitzt auf den die Ausnehmung umgebenden Rändern 4 satt auf.
Die Gehäuseoberseite weist um die Aus:nehmung 2 herum eine ringförmige Ver tiefung 5 auf, in welcher sich Kochgut, z. B. übergelaufene Milch, ansammeln kann, ohne dass dasselbe in nennenswertem Masse auf die Platte 3 zu liegen käme. Wie auf Fig. 2 er sichtlich, liegt die Oberfläche 6 der Platte 3 tiefer als die Oberseite 7 des Gehäuses 1.
Eine auf die Platte 3 gestellte Pfanne lässt sieh deshalb -nicht vom Rechaud herunterstossen, indem sie durch die Wandungsteile des Ge häuses 1, welche die Platte 3 umgeben, daran gehindert wird. Die Sicherung der Platte 3 im Gehäuse 1 erfolgt mittels eines Trägers 8, der auf der Unterseite der die Ausnehmung 5 bildenden Wäridungsteile 9 aufliegt. Träger 8 wird von einem an der Platte 3 befestigten Schraubenbolzen 10 durchsetzt.
Eine Mutter 11 klemmt Platte 3 und Träger 8 aneinander und hält damit die Platte 3 in ihrer Lage fest. Derselbe Schraubenbolzen 10 wird zur Befestigung eines im Querschnitt U-förmigen Troges 15 benützt, der quer zum Rechaud gehäuse verläuft und alle elektrischen Lei tungen, die zwischen der Steckdose 12, dem Schalter 13 und der Platte 3 vorgesehen sind, nach unten abdeckt, insofern diese Teile nicht durch die Gehäusewandung bereits geschützt sind. Die Sicherung des Troges 15 am Schraubenbolzen 10 erfolgt mittels Mutter 14.
Auch der U-förmige Trog 11 isst zweckmässig aus Asbestzement hergestellt.
Die beschriebene Konstruktion gestattet eine billige Herstellung und ermöglicht eine gute Ausnützung der Wärme, indem. die Platte 3 satt auf den Rändern 4 ,des Gehäuses 1 aufliegt. Die beschriebene ringförmige Ver tiefung 5 schützt das Rechaud und den das selbe tragenden Tisch vor Beschmutzung durch überlaufende Speisen. Überdies weist das beschriebene Rechaud ein Minimum von Metallteilen auf.
Dadurch, dass: sich Asbest zement mit. Silikatfarben beliebig färben lässt, kann das Aussehen des Rechauds dem Wunsche der Abnehmer weitgehend angepasst werden. Überdies- ist die ganze Konstruktion sehr stabil und widersteht auch starken me chanischen Beanspruchungen.
Rechaud with electric heating plate. The present invention relates to a rechaud with an electric heating plate, in which the latter is held in a housing made of asbestos cement. The produc- tion of the housing made of asbestos cement gestat tet a simple and cheap structure, which also entails various advantages that will be applied later.

The rechaud shown has a housing 1 made of asbestos cement, that is, made of so-called "Eternit". It can be sprayed with any silicate paint and has the cross-sectional shape shown in FIG. In particular, a central recess 2 is provided which is covered at the top by the plate 3. Plate 3 sits snugly on the edges 4 surrounding the recess.
The upper side of the housing has around the recess 2 around an annular recess 5 Ver, in which food, for. B. overflowed milk can accumulate without the same coming to lie on the plate 3 in any significant amount. As can be seen in FIG. 2, the surface 6 of the plate 3 is lower than the top 7 of the housing 1.
A pan placed on the plate 3 can therefore not be pushed down from the rechaud by being prevented from doing so by the wall parts of the housing 1 which surround the plate 3. The plate 3 is secured in the housing 1 by means of a carrier 8 which rests on the underside of the heating parts 9 forming the recess 5. Carrier 8 is penetrated by a screw bolt 10 fastened to plate 3.
A nut 11 clamps plate 3 and carrier 8 together and thus holds plate 3 in its position. The same screw bolt 10 is used to attach a cross-sectionally U-shaped trough 15, which runs transversely to the rechaud housing and all electrical lines that are provided between the socket 12, the switch 13 and the plate 3, covers down, insofar as this Parts are not already protected by the housing wall. The trough 15 is secured to the screw bolt 10 by means of a nut 14.
The U-shaped trough 11 is also expediently made from asbestos cement.
The construction described allows a cheap production and allows a good utilization of the heat by. the plate 3 rests snugly on the edges 4 of the housing 1. The ring-shaped recess 5 described United protects the rechaud and the table carrying the same from contamination by overflowing food. In addition, the rechaud described has a minimum of metal parts.
Because: asbestos cement with. Silicate paints can be colored as desired, the appearance of the rechaud can largely be adapted to the wishes of the customer. In addition, the entire construction is very stable and can withstand heavy mechanical loads.
