Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 239758.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Direktfarbstoffes.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung     eines    Direktfarb  stoffes.

   Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekenn  zeichnet, dass man das Kondensationsprodukt  aus 1 Hol     4,4'-Diamino--stilben-2,2'-disulfon-          säure    und 2 Hol     Cyanurhalogenid    zunächst  mit 2 Hol des     Monoazofarbstoffes    aus     diazo-          tiertem        1-(4'-Amino-benzoyl)-amino-4-oxy-3-          carboxy-benzol@-5-sulfonsäure    und     1-Amino-          3-methyl-6-methoxy-benzol    und darauf     mit     2 Hol Anilin kondensiert.  



  Der     getrocknete    Farbstoff ist ein orange  braunes Pulver, das sich in Wasser     mit    oran  ger Farbe löst     und        Cellulosefasern    in rot  stichig gelben Tönen von guter Wasser- und       Waschechtheit    färbt. Durch     Nachbehandlung     der     Färbungen    mit Chromsalzen können die       Wasserechtheiten    noch wesentlich verbessert  werden, ohne dass dabei eine merkliche Trü  bung der Nuance erfolgt.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  66,7 Teile des     diprimären    Kondensations  produktes aus 2 Hol     Cyanurchlorid    und 1 Hol         4,4'-Diamino-stilben-2,2'-disulfonsäure    wer  den mit der neutralen Lösung von 100 Teilen  des     Monoazofarbstoffes    aus     diazotiertem    1  benzol-5-sullfonsäure und 1-Amino-3-methyl       (4'-Amino--benzoyl),-amino-4-oxy-3-carboxy-          6-methoxy-benzol    bei 40-42  weiterkonden  siert, wobei die Reaktion durch Zugabe von  Soda neutral gehalten wird.

   Das:     ditertiäre     Kondensationsprodukt wird durch Umsetzung  mit 25,8 Teilen     Anilinchlorhydrat    und 60  Teilen     kristallisiertem        Natriumacetat    erhal  ten und der Farbstoff durch Ausfällen mit  Kochsalz     isoliert.
