Description

  

      Zusatzpatent        zum    Hauptpatent Nr. 239758.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Direktfarbstoffes.    Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Direktfarb  stoffes. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekenn  zeichnet, dass man das Kondensationsprodukt  aus 1     Mol        4,4'-Diamino-stilben-2,2'-disulfon-          säure    und 2     1M1        Cyanurhalogenid    mit 1     Mol     4 -     Amino    - 4' -     oxy-azobenzol    - 3' -     carbonsäure,

       1     Mol        4-Amino-2-acetamino-4'-chlor-azoben-          zol-3'-sulfonsäure    und     2-1VIol    Anilin umsetzt.  



  Der erhaltene     Disazofarbstoff    ist ein  braunes Pulver, das sich in Wasser mit gelber  Farbe löst und     Cellulosefasern    in gelben  Tönen von guten     Nassechtheiten    färbt.  



  Durch Nachbehandlung der Färbungen  mit Formaldehyd lassen sich die     Nassecht-          heiten    noch verbessern.    <I>Beispiel:</I>  Das:     diprimäre    Kondensationsprodukt aus  37 Teilen     Cyanurchlorid    und 37 Teilen     4,4'-          Diamino-stilben-2,2'-disulfonsäure    wird<B>zu-</B>  erst mit 25,7 Teilen     4-Amino-4'-oxy-1,1'-azo-          benzol-3'-carbon.säur$    und dann mit 36,9 Tei  len 4-Amino-2-acetamino-4'-ehlor-1,1'-azoben-         zol-3'-sulfonsäureumgesetzt.    Das     disekundäre     Kondensationsprodukt wird mit 25,

  8 Teilen       Anilinchlorhydrat    und 60 Teilen kristalli  siertem     Natriumacetat        weiterkondensiert.     



  Die     Aminoazofarbstoffe    lassen sich auch  in umgekehrter Reihenfolge oder durch gleich  zeitige Zugabe der beiden     Azokomponenten     kondensieren.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Direkt farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das Kondensationsprodukt aus 1 Mol 4,4'- Diamino-stilben-2,2'-disulfonsäure und 2 Mol Cyanurhalogenid mit 1 Mol 4-Amino-4'-oxy- a.zobenzol-3'-carbonsäure, 1 Mol 4-Amino-2- acetamino-4'-ehlor-azobenzol-3'-.sulfonsäure und 2 Mol Anilin umsetzt.
