Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung von     Vinylestern.       Nach dem Verfahren des Hauptpatentes  werden     Vinylester    durch Überleiten von Ace  tylen und     Carbonsäuredampf    über erhitzte  Katalysatoren hergestellt, wobei beispiels  weise ein Teil der den     Katalysatorraum     verlassenden Gase ohne     Abscheidung    der  Reaktionsprodukte erneut über den Kataly  sator geführt wird, während man aus dem  andern Teil die     Vinylverbindung    ausscheidet.  



  Es wurde nun gefunden,     dass    es nicht  erforderlich ist, die den     Katalysatorraum     verlassenden Gase     in    zwei Teile zu teilen,  sondern man kann auch so arbeiten, dass  man den ganzen Gasstrom durch eine Ab  scheidungsvorrichtung für den Ester führt,  jedoch mit der Massgabe, dass man nur einen  Teil des gebildeten Esters abscheidet und  den     restlichen    Teil der Gase, bestehend aus  den nicht umgesetzten     Ausgangsstoffen    und  dem nicht abgeschiedenen     Vinylester,    wieder  in den     Katalysatorraum    zurückführt.  



  Die     Abscheidung    der     Vinylester    kann  ausser durch Kühlen auch durch Auswaschen  mit     Lösungsmitteln    oder durch beide Mass  nahmen zugleich erfolgen, zum Beispiel durch  gekühlte Lösungsmittel.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung von Vinyl- estern durch Überleiten von Acetylen und Carbonsäuredampf über erhitzte Katalysa toren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man aus den Gasen, welche den Katalysatorraum verlassen, einen Teil des gebildeten Vinyl- esters abscheidet und den restlichen Teil der Gase, bestehend aus nicht umgesetzten Aus gangsstoffen und dem nicht abgeschiedenen Vinylester, erneut in den Katalysatorraum führt. <B>UNTERANSPRÜCHE:</B> 1.
