Description

  

  Halter zum     auswechselbaren    Zusammenfassen von mindestens zwei löcher  aufweisenden losen Blättern.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung be  trifft eine weitere Ausbildung des Halters  nach dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes.  Danach muss der Halter streifenförmig sein  und aus federndem Material bestehen, um  durch die sich überdeckenden Löcher der  Blätter die beiden Enden des Halters hin  durchstecken zu können. Es ist auch -schon  vorgeschlagen, den Mittelteil des Halters  breiter auszubilden als die beiden Enden.  



  Vorliegende Erfindung besteht nun darin,  dass die beiden Enden des Halters an den  Übergangsstellen zum breiteren Mittelteil ge  kröpft sind, damit im Gebrauchszustand die  beiden Enden und der Mittelteil des Halters  an der     Vorder-    und     Rückseite    der Blätter  besser anliegen.  



  Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf beilie  gender Zeichnung beispielsweise dargestellt.  Es zeigt:       Fig.    1 die Vorderansicht,       Fig.    2 die Seitenansicht eines aus federn  dem Material bestehenden, streifenförmigen  Halters nach der ersten Ausführung,         Fig.    3 die Seitenansicht     eines    solchen  Halters nach der zweiten Ausführung,       Fig.    4 den Halter gemäss erstem Ausfüh  rungsbeispiel in eingesetztem Zustand.  



  In den Figuren bedeutet a den Mittelteil  des     streifenförmigen,    aus federndem Mate  rial bestehenden Halters, b und c sind die  beiden     Enden    desselben, welche weniger breit  sind als der     Mittelteil.     



  Die beiden Enden des Halters sind in       Fig.    2 an den Übergangsstellen d rechtwink  lig     abgekröpft.    In     Fig.    3 sind diese     Kröpfun-          gen    an den Übergangsstellen e stumpfwink  lig ausgeführt. Die Enden     j    des breiteren  Mittelteils sind     geradlinig    begrenzt.  



  Je nach Dicke des zu heftenden Blätter  stapels können die     gröpfungen    einen mehr  oder weniger hohen Zwischensteg aufweisen.

It has also already been proposed to make the central part of the holder wider than the two ends.



  The present invention consists in that the two ends of the holder are cranked at the transition points to the wider middle part, so that in the state of use the two ends and the middle part of the holder rest better against the front and back of the sheets.



  The subject of the invention is shown on the accompanying drawings, for example. 1 shows the front view, FIG. 2 shows the side view of a strip-shaped holder according to the first embodiment consisting of springs from the material, FIG. 3 shows the side view of such a holder according to the second embodiment, FIG. 4 shows the holder according to the first embodiment in used condition.



  In the figures, a means the middle part of the strip-shaped, resilient mate rial holder, b and c are the two ends of the same, which are less wide than the middle part.



  The two ends of the holder are bent at right angles d in Fig. 2 at the transition points. In FIG. 3, these cranks are made at an obtuse angle at the transition points e. The ends j of the wider middle part are limited in a straight line.



  Depending on the thickness of the stack of sheets to be stapled, the piles can have a more or less high intermediate web.
