Elektrischer Schalter.
Electric switch. The size of the base area of electrical switches, especially in the case of small switches, depends not least on the connection space. In order to be able to conveniently connect with a minimum of switch footprint, switches have already been divided into at least two releasably connected parts, the connecting part and the switching part. The connection part is arranged on the housing base, the switching part above the connection part.
Before assembly, the switching part is separated from the connection part and the connection terminals for connecting the lead wires are accessible as a result. After connection, the switching part is reinserted and connected to the connecting part.
The invention relates to an electrical switch with a connection part with two terminal groups, one of which is intended for the power supply, the other for the connection of the consumer, and which are arranged on both sides of a free space over which the connector with the Lös kar connected switching part to lie as a bridge.
The novelty is that the bridge lies transversely to the axis of the line inlets and outlets and the openings for the inlet and outlet lines open directly into the free space that is used for distributing and connecting the lines.
In the drawing is an embodiment example of the subject invention. represented. Fig. 1 shows a view of the connector and Fig. 2 shows a section through the electrical switch drawn in elevation.
In the lower part of the housing 1, two terminal bases 2 and 3 are arranged in such a way that they are separated by one for the inlet and outlet lines: space 4. The connection plates 5 are on the one hand provided with connection screws 6, while 'threaded sleeves 7 are attached on the opposite side. Openings 8 lead directly into .den free space 4 and are for the introduction of the power supply and discharge lines 9 and 10 be true.
The free space allows the conductors to be inserted, distributed and connected easily. The power supply lines 9 are fastened to the terminal base 2 by means of the socket screws 6 and the current conductors 10 leading to the consumer are fastened to the terminal base 3. Further terminals can be attached within the free space, such as the terminal 12 for connecting the earth conductor 11.
The switching part 13 is placed on the threaded sleeves 7 transversely to the axis of the line infeeds and outlets. Six flat rails 14, corresponding to the three in and out conductors of the switch, serve as support points and are screwed to the threaded sleeves 7 by means of the screws 15.
Since the flat bars 14 are the connecting bars of the switching part, the connection Ge threaded sleeve 7 - flat bar 14 serves both as a mechanical and as an electrical connec tion, so that when you insert or. Removing the switching part only tightened the six screws 15 respectively. need to be resolved.
