Double-walled body for pressurized, heated gases or vapors. The invention relates to a double-walled body, such as double piping, double-walled container and the like, for pressurized, heated gases or vapors, in which a heat-insulating material is arranged between the inner and outer walls -and also means for pressure equalization between the with insulating material-filled space and the interior of the inner body are provided.
Is the double-walled body z. If, for example, it is designed as a double pipe line, then the inner pipe, which assumes approximately the same temperature as the medium flowing through, is responsible for the actual guidance of the; Gas or w. Steam flow <B>, </B> while the outer tube, the temperature of which is held by the insulating layer at such a level that its material properties, in particular its strength, do not deteriorate>, while absorbing the pressure of the medium flowing through it Has.
Such a component, separated from one another by an insulating layer, can be used because the strength of the inner tube is greatly reduced. as soon as it is highly heated, only carry out if a pressure equalization is provided between the annular space filled with heat-insulating material between the outer and inner pipe and the cavity of the inner pipe. This is done by making holes in the wall of the inner pipe.
If such a double pipeline with relieved inner pipe is exposed to strongly fluctuating pressures of the medium flowing through the throat, then the holes to be provided for pressure compensation in the inner pipe must be available in large numbers and also made relatively large.
If the holes are too small, rapid pressure changes in the gas or steam flow cause an undesirable damming effect in the holes, so that the fluctuating pressure through the small holes does not result in sufficient pressure to put pressure on the hot inner roller which, however, is just about to be prevented.
If the holes in the inner tube are sufficiently large, the pressure equalization can take place sufficiently quickly, but there is then the risk that the medium flowing through the inner tube will leak insulating material through the holes the line is torn in.
In many cases, this is not allowed to be able to provide the compensation openings on the inner tube of the desired size and in the required number, but at the same time preventing the insulation material from being carried away and the pressure compensation in the space filled with insulation material relatively quickly can take place, it is further known to connect to the pressure compensation holes on the inner body finely perforated compensation lines extending into the insulating layer.
The sieve-like walls of such equalization lines make it impossible for insulating material to tear through the pressure equalization holes into the interior of the inner body and at the same time ensure a relatively rapid pressure equalization.
Experience has shown, however, that such compensating lines make it more difficult to fill the space between the inner and outer walls with insulating material evenly or sufficiently tightly, so that gaps caused by vibrations can develop in the insulating layer over time.
Furthermore, only the part of the insulating material located between the outer pipe and the equalizing lines is used in the area surrounding the equalizing lines with regard to the insulation against the outer wall, while the part of the insulating material located between the equalizing lines and the inner wall cannot be used to isolate the heat flowing out of the compensating lines against the outer wall of the double - #% randilo-en body. The consequence of this is that the parts of the aass wall of the double-walled body,
those which are the least distant from the equalization lines become relatively warm, which is undesirable for the reasons given above.
In order to remedy the last-mentioned disadvantages, in a double-walled body of the type mentioned in accordance with the present invention on the outside * of the inner body, at least one extending in the longitudinal direction of the inner body, directly from the same and further from a perforated, is Holilraum limited to the body clinging to the insulating material is provided, which by means of at least one Drueli: compensation loc'h in the inner body is also connected to the interior of this body.
In the accompanying drawings, for example, embodiments of the subject of the invention are illustrated, namely: FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a double pipeline according to the invention, FIG. 22 shows a section along the line II-II of FIGS. 1, 3, a cross section through one, second and FIG. 4 a cross section through a third embodiment of a double pipeline according to the invention.
In FIGS. 1 and 2, <B> 1 </B> denotes a perforated part and 9. an unperforated part of the inner pipe of a double pipe <B> '</B> line , which are used to conduct a pressurized, standing, heated medium such. B. of air heated to over <B> 750 'C </B>.
The holes in part <B> 1 </B> are given the reference number <B> 3 </B>; this part <B> 1 </B> is comparatively short in comparison with the unperforated part -2.
The lined up parts <B> 1 </B> and 2, which have to <B> carry the hot air </B>, consist either entirely of heat-resistant (tinderfegteni) 'N # 7erlzstoff or # :
They are provided on the inside with an overlay made of such a material, and a gap 4 is provided between them, so that they can freely expand in the longitudinal direction. <B> 5 </B> the outer pipe of the double roller line, which has the task of absorbing pressure stresses that occur, between the inner pipe <B> 1, </B> 12 and the outer pipe <B> 5 </B>, an intermediate pipe is provided that is aclis-cally arranged to these,
the diameter of which is only slightly larger than that of the inner tube and which consists of an impermeable part <B> 6 </B> and a part <B> 7 </B> provided with numerous holes <B> 7 '</B> to compose. An intermediate space <B> 8 </B> between the parts <B> 6 </B> and <B> 7 </B> which are lined up next to one another enables them to also expand freely in the longitudinal direction.
In the described Doppelrohrlei device is on the outside of the inner tube <B> L </B> 2 "in the longitudinal direction it is stretching, directly from the same and your Zv #, isehenrohr <B> 6, 7 </B> limited space <B> 9 </B> present; the unperforated part <B> 6 </B> of the Zv # -ischen tube surrounds the perforated part <B> 1 </B> of the inner tube and the perforated part <B> 7 </B> of the intermediate tube the unperforated part 2 of the inner tube.
The space between the intermediate tube <B> 6, 7 </B> and the outer tube <B> 5 </B> is hard-burned with a heat-resistant, heat-insulating material <B> 10 </B> such as asbestos, glass wool - l en kieselgurstein, filled in;
this space is dimensioned so large that the highest temperature to which the outer tube <B> 5 </B> is exposed is still just below the temperature limit, above which a sudden deterioration in the strength properties of the material occurs% v, ürde. The intermediate pipe <B> 6, </B> 7 hugs the insulating material <B> 10 </B>.
The hollow intermediate space <B> 9 </B> existing between the tubes <B> 1, </B> 2 and <B> 6, 7 </B> stands through the holes <B> 3 </B> of the inner pipe part <B> 1 </B> with the inside of the inner pipe <B> 1, 2 </B> and through the holes <B> 7 '</B> of the lower intermediate pipe part <B> 7 </B> in connection with the intermediate space between the intermediate pipe <B> 6, 7 </B> and the outer pipe <B> 5 </B>.
Consequently, with all pressure fluctuations in the medium flowing through the double pipeline, thanks to the many holes <B> 3 </B>, perfect pressure equalization occurs between the relevant spaces, so that neither the inner pipe <B> 1, 2 </ B > nor the intermediate pipe <B> 6, 7 </B> exposed to pressure loads; ind. On the other hand, neither in the intermediate space <B> 9 </B> nor in the space filled by the insulating material <B> 10 </B> can a secondary flow arise that would be able to push the insulating material through the holes <B> 7 '</ B> would be carried away and give rise to heat losses.
If necessary, in front of the holes <B> 7 '</B> of the intermediate tube <B> 6. 7 </B> a sieve must be attached to the side of the insulating material. The number of holes <B> 3 </B> and <B> 7 '</B> depends entirely on their size; under certain circumstances, even <B> each </B> you can manage with a single hole in the inner tube and intermediate tube <U>. </U> The perforated intermediate body does not necessarily have to be cylindrical.
Thus, the intermediate body 11 of the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 has a polygonal cross section, the sides of which have the tubular inner body 12, which is not shown, on a relatively short Line is provided with holes, tangent. so that in the vicinity of the corner edges <B> 13 </B> of the perforated intermediate body <B> 11 </B> on the outside of the inner earpiece 12 there are cavities 14 extending in its longitudinal direction.
As shown in FIG. 4, a number of perforated bodies <B> 18 </B> can form the grooves li on the outside of an inner tube <B> 16 </B> having holes <B> 16 </B>, be attached. These bodies <B> 18 </B> rest with their outer surface against the insulating material <B> 19 </B>, which fills the annular roughness between the perforated inner roller 1.5 and the outer tube 20 of a double pipeline. Each channel <B> 17 </B> is connected to the interior of the inner tube <B> 15 </B> through at least one associated pressure compensation hole <B> 16 </B>.
Aside from double roller tubes, she omits the invention, also on double-walled workers and similar bodies
