Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Disazofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass ein neuer     Dis-          azofarbstoff    hergestellt werden     kann,    wenn  man     tetrazotierte        4,4'-Diaminodiphenylharn-          stoff-3,3'-äiearbonsäure    mit     1-(3'-Sulfamido)-          phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon        vereinigt.     



  -Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein rotbraunes  Pulver dar, das- sich in verdünnter Natrium=       carbonatlösung        uiid    in     konz.    Schwefelsäure  mit gelber Farbe löst und Baumwolle nach  dem ein- oder     zweibadigen        Nachkupferungs-          verfahren    in wasch- und lichtechten, braun  gelben     Tönen    färbt.  



  Die     Tetrazotierung    kann in üblicher  Weise     vorgenommen    werden. Die     Kupplung     erfolgt z. B. in alkalischem, vorzugsweise       soloalkalischem    Medium.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  6,6 Teile     4,4'-Diaminodiphenylharnstoff-          3,3'-dicarbonsäure    werden als     Natriumsalz    in  200 Teilen Wasser gelöst, mit 2;8 Teilen Na  triumnitrit versetzt und     unter    Rühren auf    Eis     und    14 Teile 30%ige Salzsäure ausgetra  gen.

   Man lässt die     Suspension    der     Diazover-          bindung    einige Zeit rühren und vereinigt sie  alsdann mit einer     nahiumcarbonatalkalischen     Lösung von 10,2 Teilen     1-(3'-Sulfamido)-          phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon.    Nach beendeter  Kupplung     wird    der Farbstoff     abfiltriert    und  getrocknet.

  <I> Example: </I> 6.6 parts of 4,4'-diaminodiphenylurea-3,3'-dicarboxylic acid are dissolved as the sodium salt in 200 parts of water, treated with 2.8 parts of sodium nitrite and poured onto ice and 14 Parts of 30% hydrochloric acid excreted.

   The suspension of the diazo compound is allowed to stir for some time and then combined with an alkaline carbonate solution of 10.2 parts of 1- (3'-sulfamido) -phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone. After the coupling has ended, the dye is filtered off and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Disazo- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man tetrazotierte 4,4'-Diaminodiphenylharnstoff- 3,3'-dicarbonsäure mit 1-(3'-Sulfamido)-phe- nyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon vereinigt.
