Rotor for turbo machines. The invention relates to a rotor for turbo machines, the blades of which are inserted into grooves in the rotor body. The invention is characterized by a channel located between a blade and the rotor body, in which a pin holding the blade in its position is inserted.
The channel expediently has an enlargement in its central part, into which the retaining pin is inserted. The retaining pin is bulged so that it cannot come loose during operation. The channel and the extension can be formed on the one hand by an exception in the rotor body and on the other hand by a ge opposite exception in the blade root. If the blades have saw tooth bases, the bases and the grooves can be designed in such a way that there is play between the non-load-bearing surfaces.
The inven tion is explained below with reference to the Ausfüh approximately example shown in the drawing. FIG. 1 shows a partial side view and FIG. 2 shows a partial longitudinal section of a runner according to the invention prior to upsetting the retaining pin. Fig. 3 illustrates the same cross section as Fig. 2, but depending on the upsetting of the retaining pin. 4 and 5 two Vorrich lines for upsetting the retaining pins are provided.
The rotor 1 is provided on its periphery with grooves 2 running in the axial direction, into which the sawtooth-shaped feet 3 of the blades 4 are inserted. The grooves 2 and the feet 3 are dimensioned so that there is so much play between the feet and the grooves that the feet can be pushed into the grooves without resistance. At the bottom of the groove channels 5 are made by exceptions at the bottom of the groove. In the middle part of the channel 5 there is an extension which is formed partly by an exception 6 in the groove and partly by an opposite exception 7 in the blade root.
In the channel 5, a pin 8 is inserted, which is so strongly compressed by pressing on both sides that the enlargement is essentially filled. As a result, the blades are secured against falling out of the groove and the feet are pressed with their supporting bearing surfaces 9 against the supporting surfaces 10 of the grooves. At the same time, the pin 8 is secured against falling out. A soft metal, for example soft iron, is expediently used as the building material for the pen.
The pliers 11 shown in FIG. 4 can be used for upsetting the pins 8. The contact pressure of the pliers is provided by a spring 12, which can be tensioned accordingly by adjusting its spring plate 13 by means of the screw crank 14.
After inserting the retaining pin 8 who pushed the upsetting pins 15 from a harder and tougher building material in the channel 5 nachge. Then the pliers 11 is set. By suitably tensioning the spring 12, an axial tension is exerted on the pins, which exceeds the yield point of the holding pin 8, but that of the compression pins 15 has not yet been reached until the shape of the channel and the enlargement is filled by plastic deformation of the pins 8.
The upsetting device can also, as shown in FIG. 5, be equipped with hydraulically or pneumatically acting means. The upsetting pins 15 are pressed against the retaining pin 8 by pistons 16. The two cylinder spaces on both sides, each piston 16 can BEZW via the channels 17. 18 optionally through the valves 19 and 20 with the supply line 21 of the pressure medium $ or through the valves 22 and 23 with a discharge opening.
If the channels 17 are connected to the supply line 21 through the valve 19 and the channels 18 through the valve 23 to the outlet opening, the upsetting pins 15 are pressed against the pin 8. so that it is immersed in the extension. Of course, the valves 20 and 2.2 must be closed here. To remove the upsetting device, the valves 19 and 23 are first closed, but the valves 20 and 22 are opened. As a result, who the the upsetting pins 15 pulled out of the channel of the rotor, so that the Vorrich device can be removed.
The design of the rotor according to the invention can be used in various types of turbo-rotors, for example in turbine rotors, compressor rotors, pump rotors. The retaining pins could also be compressed in the channel by hammering. The channels for holding the blades do not need to be arranged at the bottom of the blade groove, they could also find the same place on the side.
