Description

  

  Seilhaspel.         Gegenstand,    der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist ein Seilhaspel, der zum Beispiel als       Wäscheseilhaspel    gute     Dienste        leisten    kann  und der sich dadurch kennzeichnet, dass in  einer zweckmässig mit einem Traggriff ver  sehenen     Spulenfassung    eine zur Aufnahme  des aufzuwickelnden Seils dienende Spule  drehbar gelagert ist, die sich mittels eines  an ihr vorgesehenen     Kurbelgriffes    drehen  lässt.  



  Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein  Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen  standes veranschaulicht,       Fig.    1 ist ein Vertikalschnitt durch den  Seilhaspel;       Fig.    2 zeigt, in ähnlicher Weise, aber in  einem grösseren     Massstabe,    den mittleren Teil  dieses Haspels, und       Fig.    3 ist ein Querschnitt durch eine am  Haspel vorgesehene Seilbremse.  



  1 ist ein zweiteiliges, rundes Gehäuse, in  dessen einer Seitenwandung eine frei vor  stehende Achse 5 mit Mutter 7 fest montiert  ist, während in der andern Seitenwandung    eine zentral     angeordnete,    kreisförmige Öff  nung     vorgesehen    ist.

   Auf der Achse 5 ist mit  tels einer auf die letztere aufgeschobenen  Büchse 10 eine Spule 2 drehbar gelagert. 6  ist eine auf der betreffenden Seitenwandung       aufgenieteie        Verstärkungsplatte,    zwischen  welcher und einer auf dem derselben zu  gekehrten Ende der Büchse 10 aufgeschraub  ten Mutter 9 eine     Fiberscheibe    8 angeordnet  ist.

   13, ist eine auf dem freien, mit Gewinde       versehenen    Ende der Achse 5     aufgeschraubte          Mutter,        mittels    welcher unter Zwischenschal  tung einer gewöhnlichen     Unterlagsscheibe     und einer Nasenscheibe die Büchse 10 mit  der darauf befestigten Spule 2     bezw.        die     Mutter 9 gegen die     Fiberscheibe    gepresst wer  den kann.

   Die Teile 8 und 9 bilden -dem  zufolge     eine    Bremse, deren Wirkung mittels  der Mutter 13 einstellbar ist. 14 ist     ein    an  der Spule 2 befestigter Kurbelgriff,     mittels     welchem letztere gedreht werden kann.

   An  einer Stelle des     Umfanges    des Gehäuses 1  ist eine in     Fig.    3 im Schnitt gezeigte Seil  bremse angeordnet, die ein     nippelförmiges         Führungsstück 4 aufweist, in welchem eine       federbeeinflusste    Kugel 4' vorgesehen ist, die  von der     Seite    her auf das durch das Füh  rungsstück 4 hindurchgehende Seil einzuwir  ken vermag, um dadurch eine Bremsung des       letzteren    herbeiführen zu können, um eine  straffe     Aufwicklung        .des    Seile auf der Spule  zu ermöglichen.

   Die auf die     Kugel    4' einwir  kende Feder ist     ihrerseits    in einer     Hohlmutter          untergebracht,    so dass durch Verstellen der       letzteren    auch die auf das Seil ausgeübte  Bremswirkung regulierbar ist.  



  Zweckmässig ist das eine     Spulenfassung     bildende Gehäuse 3, mit einem hier nicht ge  zeigten Traggriff     versehen.    An Stelle des Ge  häuses 3     könnte    ein ähnliche Umrisse aufwei  sendes Gestell vorgesehen sein. Gegebenen  falls     könnte    in der     Spulenfassung    auch ein  in     Triebverbindung    mit der Spule     stehendes     Federwerk vorgesehen sein, das beim Abrol  len des Seils aufgezogen     wird.,    so dass. beim  Loslassen des Seils das     abgewickelte    Stück       selbsttätig    aufgewickelt wird.



  Rope reel.   1 is a two-part, round housing, in one side wall of which a free-standing axis 5 with nut 7 is fixedly mounted, while in the other side wall a centrally arranged, circular opening Publ is provided.

   On the axis 5, a coil 2 is rotatably supported by means of a sleeve 10 pushed onto the latter. 6 is a reinforcement plate riveted on the side wall in question, between which and a nut 9 screwed onto the same end of the bushing 10 a fiber washer 8 is arranged.

   The parts 8 and 9 therefore form a brake, the effect of which can be adjusted by means of the nut 13. 14 is a crank handle attached to the spool 2, by means of which the latter can be rotated.

   At one point on the circumference of the housing 1, a cable brake shown in section in Fig. 3 is arranged, which has a nipple-shaped guide piece 4 in which a spring-influenced ball 4 'is provided, which from the side on the guide piece 4 by the guide through rope is able to act in order to be able to bring about a braking of the latter in order to enable a tight winding of the rope on the spool.

   The spring acting on the ball 4 'is in turn housed in a hollow nut so that the braking effect exerted on the rope can also be regulated by adjusting the latter.



  The housing 3, which forms a coil socket, is expediently provided with a handle that is not shown here. In place of the Ge housing 3, a similar outline aufwei send frame could be provided. If necessary, a spring mechanism that is in drive connection with the coil could also be provided in the coil holder, which is pulled up when the rope is unrolled, so that the unwound piece is automatically wound up when the rope is released.
