Electrical apparatus with magnetic system and with automatic locking device. The present invention is an electrical apparatus with a magnet system, such as relay, brake release magnet and the like, and with an automatic locking device. With such an apparatus, the blocking device is intended to prevent any intended or unintentional actuation or starting of the apparatus when it is de-energized.
According to the present invention, this is achieved by a blocking element which prevents the moving part of the magnet system from being switched on when the magnet coil of the magnet system is de-energized.
Such a locking device can be used, for example, for contactors or relays of elevator systems, the control current of which is controlled by inevitable safety contacts in order to prevent accidents or malfunctions. Example for actuation by hand or with mechanical aids are accessible Lich. It can also be used for brake release solenoids in non-self-locking drives, where manual or mechanical ventilation can lead to accidents or malfunctions.
In the drawing, an execution example of the subject invention is Darge provides.
Fig. 1 shows a vertical section of a DC-operated contactor in the open position and Fig. 2 is the same section in the closed position. The contactor shown has a fixed main contact 1 and a movable main contact 2 as well as a magnet system with a fixed part 3 and a part 5 movable about an axis 4, on which a locking element in the form of a pawl 6 is arranged.
7 is the magnet coil of the Maagnetsys @ ems.
When the magnetic coil 7 is excited, the fixed part 3, the movable part 5 and the pawl 6- of the magnetic system are magnetized at the same time. Since the pawl 6 has a smaller mass than the part 5, it is accelerated more rapidly in the direction of the arrow 8 than the part 5 in the direction of the arrow 9.
The parts are therefore moved into the switched-on position shown in FIG. 2, in which the pawl 6 enters a recess 10 of the fixed part 3. If the solenoid 7 is de-energized, the contactor is switched off again by returning the parts to the position shown in FIG. 1, the pawl assuming a vertical position due to gravity.
If the movable part of the contactor is moved by hand in the direction of arrow 11 in the de-energized state, the pawl 6 strikes the inner wall of FIG thus cannot be closed in the de-energized state.
The pawl 6 is, as can be seen, built into the apparatus in such a way that it cannot be accessed without disassembling it, so that it is not readily possible to render it inoperative. Depending on the spatial relationships between the movable part of the magnet system and the l @ Iagnet- spule, the pawl could advantageously be arranged pivotably on the fixed part 3 of the magnet system instead of on the movable part 5 and supported against the movable part in order to prevent the Condition of the coil to prevent manual activation.
In certain applications, for example for magnets, the pawl could also be effective by means of mechanical transmissions instead of directly. In this case, the pawl can be excited by a separate magnetic coil, which is held in parallel or in series with the main coil.
Instead of the pawl returning to its rest position as a result of gravity, as in the example described, it could, for example, also be returned by spring force if the magnetic system is arranged vertically.
Furthermore, the pawl could also be made only partially magnetizable, which would make it possible to adapt the directional force of the S, perrl @ left in the magnetic field to the respective needs.
