Description
1Vlaschine mit in. der Luft arbeitendem Flügelrad. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Ma schine mit vertikalachsigem, in der Luft arbeitendem Flügelrad, welche Maschine ein Motor, ein Ventilator oder eine Fortbewe gungsvorrichtung sein kann.
Die beiliegende Zeichnung zeigt als Bei spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes eine Wind kraftmaschine.
Fig. 1 zeigt verschiedene Stellungen eines Flügels während einer Umdrehung des Rotors. Fig. 2 zeigt einen Teil des Rotors mit dem Getriebe.
Der in der F'ig. 2 gezeigte Rotor (der Ein fachheit halber ist nur etwas mehr als die Hälfte desselben gezeichnet) besitzt die ver tikale Welle 1 und zwei von dieser aus sich radial erstreckende um 180 Grad gegenein ander versetzte Arme 2, an deren äussern Enden je ein Flügel um die vertikale Mittel achse desselben drehbar gelagert ist. Die Achse 3, an welcher der Flügel 4 befestigt ist, wird durch ein Getriebe so in rotierende Bewegung gesetzt, dass sie bei einer Umdre- hung der Rotorwelle 1 um 180 Grad gedreht wird.
Die Untersetzung Les Getriebes ist also 1:2.
Die Wirkungsweise ist die folgende: Der Wind dreht die Windfahne 6, welche am Lager 7 festgemacht ist, in die Windrichtung ; da das Kettenrad 8 am Lager 7 aufgekeilt ist, macht es die Drehung der Windfahne mit und stellt den Flügel 4 mittels der Kette 9 und dem Kettenrad 10 in eine der Windrich tung angepasste Lage, so dass bei allen Wind richtungen die gleichen Antriebsverhältnisse vorliegen.
Der Vorgang wird durch Fig.1 ver- anschaulicht. Die untern Pfeile zeigen die Windrichtung, der obere Pfeil die Drehrich tung, 6 ist die Windfahne und 8, 9, 10 das Getriebe für die Drehung der Flügelachse. Auf dem gestrichelten grossengreis sieht man den Verlauf der Flügelstellungen bei einer Umdrehung des Rotors. Der glockenförmige Teil A (Fig. ?) ver hindert, dass von oben Regen oder Schnee- v@rasser zu den Lagerstellen der Achse 3 ge langt. B ist der Schutzkasten des Getriebes.
An dem untern Teil der Flügelachse kön nen auch Flügel angebracht werden, und es können auch mehr als zwei radiale Flügel tragarme vorgesehen sein. Das Getriebe, das auch als Zahnradgetriebe ausgeführt sein könnte, könnte auch in die Flügeltra.garme eingebaut sein. Die Windfahne kann auch aus zwei in V-Form zueinander angeordneten Flügeln bestehen.
Der erläuterte Motor kann zum Laden von Akkumulatoren oder zum Antrieb von Ma schinen usw. eingerichtet und verwendet werden.

The one in the fig. 2 rotor shown (for the sake of simplicity, only slightly more than half of the same is drawn) has the ver vertical shaft 1 and two of this from radially extending 180 degrees against each other offset arms 2, at the outer ends of each a wing around the vertical central axis of the same is rotatably mounted. The axis 3, to which the vane 4 is attached, is set in rotating motion by a gear so that it is rotated by 180 degrees when the rotor shaft 1 rotates.
The gear reduction ratio is 1: 2.
The mode of operation is as follows: the wind turns the wind vane 6, which is attached to the bearing 7, in the wind direction; Since the sprocket 8 is keyed to the bearing 7, it makes the rotation of the wind vane and sets the wing 4 by means of the chain 9 and the sprocket 10 in a position adapted to the wind direction so that the same drive conditions exist in all wind directions.
The process is illustrated by Fig.1. The lower arrows show the wind direction, the upper arrow the direction of rotation, 6 is the wind vane and 8, 9, 10 the gear for rotating the blade axis. The course of the wing positions during one revolution of the rotor can be seen on the dashed large circle. The bell-shaped part A (Fig.?) Prevents rain or snow from reaching the bearing points of axle 3 from above. B is the gearbox protection box.
Wings can also be attached to the lower part of the wing axis, and more than two radial wing support arms can also be provided. The transmission, which could also be designed as a gear transmission, could also be built into the Flügeltra.garme. The wind vane can also consist of two blades arranged in a V-shape.
The explained motor can be set up and used to charge batteries or to drive machines, etc.
