Yorriehtuug for winding wire on bobbins. The present invention is a device for winding wire on bobbins, in which the wire is guided with a reciprocating, driven by a screw spindle guide member on the rotating bobbin, means for changing the direction of rotation at the end of each stroke of the Governing body are provided.
This device is characterized by the fact that electromagnets driven in opposite directions of rotation are rotatably mounted on the screw spindle, and that an armature that can be displaced on the screw spindle but rotates with it is arranged between them, with means that control the excitation of the electromagnets are, through which the armature can optionally be brought to bear on one or the other of the elec tromagnets.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically: FIG. 1 shows the device in section, partly in view; Fig. 2 is a section along the line II-II of Fig. 1, and Fig. 3 shows a detail on a larger scale in section; Fig. 4 shows a circuit diagram of the controller.
A shaft 2 is rotatably mounted in the housing List. This carries a drive pulley 3 at the left end, and also a mandrel 4 at the right end, on which the bobbin S is replaceably arranged, on which the wire is to be wound. A friction disk 5 is seated on the shaft 2, the rotations of which are transmitted to a friction disk 7 by means of a roller 6. The roller 6 is radially adjustable on the friction disks 5 and 7, so that the rotations of the shaft 2 can be transmitted to the friction disk 7 and thus to the shaft 8 in a selectable transmission ratio.
The shaft 8 is rotatably seated in the housing 1. It carries two gears 9, 10. The wheel 9 transmits its rotations via an eccentrically mounted inter mediate wheel 11 of the same diameter to a gear 12 on which an electromagnet 7 3 is arranged. The disk 12 is loosely but axially immovable on a shaft 15 which is arranged in the housing 1: and on which a second gear 16 is loosely and also axially immovably mounted. The latter is in engagement with the gearwheel 10 and carries an electromagnet 17.
The wheels 12, 16 run at the same speed in the opposite direction. Between the electromagnets 13, 17, an armature 18 is arranged on the shaft 15 along this ver slidable and coupled by a wedge 19 with this. The armature 18 is optionally attracted by one or the other of the elec tromagnete 13, 17 and takes part in its rotations, wherein it drives the spindle 15 by means of the wedge 19. The spindle 15 carries on its free, threaded ver end 20 which act as a guide organ, a: wire guide 21 with internal thread.
This is seen ver with guide rollers 22 through which the wire D runs onto the spool .S. When rotating the shaft or screw spindle 15, the wire guide 21 is ver by means of the thread. In the path of the wire guide contacts 24 25 are provided, which are alternately actuated by this, so that once one or the other magnet coil is energized.
Since this reversal must take place very quickly, it is best to use direct current with a low voltage to excite the solenoid coils, since this, in contrast to alternating current, has its full voltage in every llo- ment, with the interposition of a polarized relay, as for example in Fig 4 is shown schematically.
For example, the wire guide 21 comes with the contact 24 or. 25 in contact, part of the relay coil 35 receives current through a series resistor 36, whereby the polarized relay armature 37 the Hauptkon clock 38, respectively. 39 closes and thereby energizes the associated magnetic coil until the wire guide has wandered back and Alen closes another auxiliary contact.
The interconnection of such a relay has the effect that the primary control contacts 24 and 25, which are operated by wire guides, can be ordinary simple pressure contacts without an additional mechanical holding device, which is always dependent on mechanical friction and delays rapid reversal of the wire guide is achieved, which is very important.
Now comes the wire guide 21 with the contact 24 respectively. 25 in contact, then by means of the aforementioned relay, the circuit of the electromagnet 13 BEZW. 17 opened and the electromagnet 17 respectively. 13 closed.
The armature 18 is released by one electromagnet and attracted by the other electromagnet. The spindle 15 thereby changes the direction of rotation and thus the direction of movement of the wire guide? 1 is also changed. The contacts 24, 25 are arranged in such a way that layers of identical lengths are always inserted between the flanges of the bobbin S .
The wire guide 21 is guided in a stationary guide 31 by means of its head 30. In wire guides, balls 32 (FIG. 3) are arranged on fiiliitiugsstiieken 33, which can be adjusted radially by means of screws 34. It is thereby achieved that the wire guide 21 runs almost frictionless on the part 31 and that work can be carried out at a relatively high speed. The working speed can be set by adjusting the roller 6 by means of the handle 35.
Instead of the guide element 21, the conversion could also take place in such a way that on the shaft? or a current converter is arranged on another shaft driven by this, which switches over the electromagnets 13, 17 automatically after a certain number of revolutions which can be set in advance. It can easily ground the number of turns.
