Method for regulating a periodically acting absorption refrigeration machine and device for carrying out the method. The invention relates to a method for regulating a periodically acting, z. B. dry absorption chiller and a device for carrying out this procedural rens.
With a periodically operating refrigeration machine, it is very difficult to keep the temperature in the cold room constant. In particular, the external conditions change, e.g. B. the room temperature or the load in the refrigerator, very much the level of the refrigerator temperature.
In order to achieve the required refrigerator temperature when the outside temperature is high, the size of the refrigeration machine must be selected so that there is sufficient reserve. If, for example, there is a low demand for refrigeration when the outside temperature is low, the evaporator and the cold room temperature will be set to an unnecessarily low value, which creates the risk that the food will be damaged when the freezing temperature is reached.
To remedy these deficiencies, an attempt has now been made to prevent the inside of the cabinet from cooling down too much by delaying the switch-on time triggered by temperature, pressure or a timer for a new heating period, starting from a temperature sensor in the cold room. However, this arrangement has the disadvantage that the evaporator can still cool down just as deeply as before, since the evaporation is not interrupted when the necessary temperature is reached.
This resulted in excessive temperature fluctuations, so that the most economical use of the heating and refrigerant had not yet been achieved.
By partially isolating the cooker absorber during the absorption period when a certain low temperature is reached, attempts have also been made to prevent the evaporator from cooling too deeply and to prevent cooling.
This succeeded only in part, since the slowdown in absorption at lower room temperatures was often not sufficient to ensure the desired temperature in the refrigerator compartment. The refrigerator compartment temperature therefore fell, often too much.
The method according to the invention is characterized in that, at the end of the absorption period, the refrigerant flowing from the evaporator to the absorber is controlled as a function of a temperature-sensitive element attached in the cold room. The invention makes it possible that the work of the absorption refrigeration unit is not impaired by the fact that the external conditions change suddenly.
The device according to the invention is distinguished by the fact that a regulating element is switched on in the line leading from the evaporator to the absorber, on which the fine-temperature-sensitive element located in the cold room acts on the one hand and a spring device acting on the latter acts on the other .
The refrigerant flowing from the evaporator to the absorber during the absorption period can also be controlled as a function of a variable that influences the refrigeration room temperature.
The procedure for executing the method according to the invention can be designed in such a way that the tenipe-sensitive member also. the temperature of the evaporator flowed under the input.
The invention can be used for any type of absorption refrigeration machine and in particular for any type of dry absorption refrigeration machine. will.
The type of connection of the individual parts of the absorption refrigeration machine is for the implementation of the inventive concept:

<tb> flows., <SEP> is <SEP> a <SEP> regulating element <SEP> t ', <SEP> installed. The regulating member 6 is of a spring bellows 7, which is connected via a capillary tube 9 to a temperature-sensitive member forming the temperature sensor body 8, be actuated.
The sensing element 8 is arranged in the cold room near the evaporator 5 and it is connected to the evaporator by a relatively thin metallic connection (sheet metal), so that the sensing element is not only affected by the cold room temperature but also by the evaporator temperature is influenced. The evaporator temperature is a variable that influences the cold room temperature.
On the regulating member acts on the one hand, the member 8 and against the same in Fig. 1, not shown in Fig. 2 corre sponding spring device.
The device works in the following way: At the end of the heating season, the expelled refrigerant is in the collecting vessel 4, for the evaporator and in this itself. The coherent absorber 1 cools down in the absorption period following the heating period, so that the inside Absorbent absorbs the refrigerant evaporated in the evaporator. As the refrigerant evaporates, the evaporator and thus the refrigerator compartment become cold. After a lower temperature limit has been reached, the pressure in the bellows has decreased so much due to the cooling of the sensing element 8 that the previously open regulating element 6 is partially or completely closed under the action of the spring device.
The absorber then cools down further, but when the organ 6 is completely closed, no refrigerant vapor can be absorbed by it. As a result, the pressure in the evaporator 5 and collecting vessel 4 increases, so that a temperature drop in the cooling space can no longer occur. As a result of the heating of the heat sink 8, the regulating element 6 is opened again somewhat, new refrigerant can evaporate and new refrigerants can be generated: when almost all of the refrigerant in the collecting vessel 4 has evaporated, a new heating period begins. In the same, the refrigerant is driven from the absorber 1, then liquefied ver in the condenser 2 and evaporated in the evaporator.
During the heating season, the cold is released in a known manner from a brine reservoir, not shown, so that a continuous release of cold takes place.
A control element suitable for the example of the control method described above is shown in FIG. 7 denotes a spring bellows which is connected to the sensing element via a capillary 9. Bellows 7, Lei device 9 and sensor 8 are filled with a medium whose volume is temperature-dependent. One side of the spring bellows 7 is fastened to a frame 10.
The other side of the bellows is closed and has a cam 11 in the middle, which is supported in a recess 12 of a two-armed lever 13 mounted at 14. In. the expression at 15 rests a disk 16 on which a spring 17 presses. As a counter-bearing for the spring 17, a washer 18 is provided with which the spring 17 can be compressed via the nut 19 and the threaded spindle 20. The tension of the Federvor direction can be changed. By changing the position of the disc 18 and thus the tension of the spring 17, the temperature can be set at which the organ responds.
The frame 10 is. attached to a plate 21 and forms with the spring bellows and the spring an independent unit. Under the plate 21 there is a valve housing 22 with a pipe 23 which leads to the cooker absorber 1 via the interposed condenser 2, and a pipe 24 which is connected to the collecting vessel 4 of the evaporator. The line 3 of Fig. 1 is thus divided into two pipe runs 23 and 24 in the embodiment of Fig. 2, between which .das regulating member is switched on.
The bellows 7 and the spring device thus act on the arms of the two-armed lever 13, one arm of which actuates the regulating member. The upper side of the valve housing? \? is closed pressure-tight by a corrugated membrane 25, which is held firmly with a cover 26. The cover 26 and the plate? 1 have a Üff- nunb for a plunger 27, which is installed between the expression 15 of the lever 13 and the slide of the membrane 25.
The movements of the tappet 7 are transmitted through the membrane 25 to the valve body, here a ruble 28. The ruble 28 has at 29 in the case ?? its seat. The ruble 28 is pressed by the spring 30 from its seat 29, so that the web from the cooker absorber 1 to the collecting vessel 4 is normally free in both directions. The space in which the regulating member is located is thus closed off from the outside by the membrane? 5, which forms a flexible wall and via which the member 8 acts on the regulating member.
If the evaporator has cooled down sufficiently during the absorption period, then the pressure in the bellows 7 decreases so that the valve ball 28 is pushed by the spring 17 over the plunger \? 7 and the membrane 2.3 printed on the valve seat 29 and thus the valve is closed.
The connection from the evaporator to the cooker absorber is blocked, and no new refrigerant can evaporate.
By adjusting the spindle 20, the force of the spring 17 and thus the pressure in the bellows 7 is changed, so that the closing temperature can be adjusted.
There. During the heating period the pressure in the apparatus increases considerably, the membrane 25 is arranged in such a way that it can bear against the cover 26.
The embodiment described has the advantage. that no stuffing box is necessary. Such stuffing boxes represent a considerable length, especially in refrigeration machines, because.
On the one hand, they make the movement of the shut-off element more difficult and, on the other hand, they cause loss of water resistance even with the best maintenance. In addition, however, it is also important not to use any external power sources for the control provided, which would unnecessarily complicate the arrangement and would in practice only restrict it to absorption refrigeration machines that are electrically heated.
In Fib. 3 shows another embodiment of the regulating element. To seal off the space in which the rebubber point of the regulating element is located, a flexible end wall is provided which is formed by a bellows 31 which is attached to the cover 26 on one side and to a valve disk 32 on the other is.
The valve disk, which forms the moving part of the valve and which is firmly connected to the end wall here, expediently has an annular sealing surface which can be seen on a seat 33 for good sealing.
By means of a spring 34, the valve disk 3 \? normally kept away from its seat 33. The higher pressure that occurs on the bellows 31 during the heating period is absorbed by the fact that a screwing <B> 35 </B> of the valve stem causes the cover 2 (i.
The recess 36 at the upper end of the valve stem is in the in Fib. \? The lever at 15 is shown. In addition, the upper part of the device can finitely your spring half 7 and the spring 17 i completely in accordance with the upper part of the device according to Fig.? be formed.
The mentioned turning forms a stop that limits the largest open position of the valve. Here is. the space in which the regulating organ is located is closed to the outside by means of a bellows.
At Fib. 4, instead of a membrane or a spring body for transmitting the movement of the lever 7 3, the force of an, for example, ring-shaped, permanent magnet 37 is used, which is coupled to the lever 13 at 38. The magnet 37 moves on the outside of a housing 39 made of a non-magnetic material, which is closed at the top, specifically along the same, being moved by the member 8. In the interior of the tube, the magnet lies opposite an iron core 40.
The valve cone 41 carries this core.
As a function of the temperature inside the bellows 7, the iron armature 40 is carried along by the movement of the magnet 37, so that the valve cone is located in accordance with the cooling of the sensing element 8 on the evaporator 5 (FIG. 1) 41 approaches the seat 12 and thus throttles the connection from the evaporator to the cooker absorber. In this way, the temperature in the cold room remains constant, in that only as much refrigerant is absorbed in each case as corresponds to the actual refrigeration requirement.
Due to the different lengths of the lever arms 12-14 and 38-14, the short path of the bellows 7 is translated several times, so that the magnet can perform a sufficiently large and safe stroke for the transmission to the iron core 40 and the valve cone 41.
In the embodiment. According to FIG. 4, the iron core 40 and thus the valve body 41 are gradually moved from its one end position into its other end position. Under certain circumstances it can also be advantageous to set it up in such a way that the valve body suddenly moves from its one end position into the other. The throttling of the refrigerant in this case consists in the valve body suddenly being moved from its fully open position to its fully closed position, whereupon it suddenly moves back into its fully open position after some time.
For this purpose, the embodiment according to FIG. 4 is slightly modified according to FIGS. 5 and 6. According to this, the egg countersunk consists of two parts 43 and 44, which are magnetically separated from each other by a ring 45 made of non-magnetic material. They could also be separated from one another by a twist. 6, the Ven-Ulkörper 41 is held by the lines of force of the Magne th 47 acting on the iron core part 43 in its fully open position; the valve body lies against the housing 39 with a stop 46.
If the magnetic ring 47 begins to move out of the end position shown in FIG. 6 as a result of excessive cooling of the evaporator or the cooling space, the valve body 41 is fully opened for a while by the force lines of the magnet 47 acting on the iron core part 43 As the magnet ring 47 moves further upwards due to excessive cooling of the cooling chamber or the evaporator, the iron core part 43 moves out of the area of the lines of force of this magnet.
At the same time, the iron core part 44 comes closer to the line of force field of the magnet 47 until suddenly the effect of the lines of force on the iron core part 44 is so strong that, as shown in Fig. 5, the iron core part 44 suddenly moves with the valve body 41 downwards and the valve body 41 is pressed onto its seat 42.
Here, the part 43 seeks in cooperation with the permanent magnet 47 to move the valve body 41 into its fully open position, while the part 44 in cooperation with the magnet 47 seeks to move the valve body 41 into its closed position, whereby the switching process from the end positions occurs suddenly.
The return movement of the valve body from its fully closed to its fully open position takes place suddenly in a corresponding manner.
It is also possible to arrange the permanent magnet in the interior of the housing 39 and the iron mass working together with the permanent magnet outside this housing. In addition, it is also possible, in one embodiment according to FIGS. 5 and 6, the permanent magnet from two parts separated from one another by a non-magnetic material or by a deep rotation, with .then the. Iron mass itself consists of one piece, on which either the lines of force of one magnet or of the other magnet act.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 5 and 6, it is essential that the magnet faces an iron core in every position, so that. the force line field is not interrupted and no reduction in the magnetic field strength can occur.
