Bei einer andern Ausführungsform kann eine mit einem Verschluss versehene Öffnung vorgesehen sein, durch die hindurch nach Öffnen des Versehluseeseine Verstellung des Anzei;
Camera with film counter driven by the film. The invention relates to a camera with a film counter which is driven by the film and consists in that the film counter is driven via a friction clutch and that a locking device is provided.
through which with the film inevitable Bewegungsverbin standing drive means are blocked by hand during an adjustment of the display device. This makes it possible in a particularly simple and reliable manner to be able to adjust the film counter by hand without any repercussions on the film.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the locking device is made effective by the fact that an adjustment key is brought into its position of use.
This can be done in that when inserting the setting key in its use position Ge a control member of the locking device from: its rest position, in which it locks a locking member, is displaced and thereby brings the locking member into effect. The locking member can expediently be designed as a pawl and from. Control member are worn.
In another embodiment, an opening provided with a closure can be provided through which, after opening the closure, the display can be adjusted;
Eorgaues can be done by hand, since the locking device is effective in the open position of the lock, ineffective in the closed position.
Furthermore, the locking device can advantageously have a member by which it is automatically returned to the inoperative position after the display element has been adjusted by hand (for example when removing an adjustment sleeve or when releasing the lock).
The film counter can be accommodated particularly advantageously in the cavity of a double cover of the film spool chamber. This coil chamber can be accommodated in a cassette of the camera.
In the case of single image cameras and cinema cameras for the production of fades, the counter is expediently designed so that it indicates the number of recordings made. The film counter can just as well show the number of meters of exposed or still available film in cinema cameras.
The drawing shows part of an exemplary embodiment of the camera according to the invention, namely a cassette to be loaded with cinema narrow film, which forms part of a camera which is otherwise not shown because it is known per se for individual recordings or for film recordings.
1 shows a cross section through the cassette along the section line ABCDEFG in g. 2 a plan view of the parts of the counting device, FIG. 3 the locking device in the operative position, FIG. 4 an adjustment key for the counter.
In FIG. 1, 1 denotes the lower part of a film cassette, serving as a film spool chamber, and 2 a double lid, which is also connected to the cassette by hinges 3. This carries a cover plate 4. The counting device is built into the cavity of the double cover 2.
In order to transmit the movement of the Eilmrs to the film counter, a toothed drum 7 is loosely rotatably mounted on a Bol zen 5 which is attached to the bottom 6 of the cassette. The film 8 runs over this toothed drum before it is wound onto the take-up core 9.
A gearwheel 10 is mounted concentrically to the toothed drum 7 in the cover of the cassette, the axis 11 of which protrudes into the upper cavity of the toothed drum 7 and is coupled to the upper toothed part of the toothed drum by a transverse pin 12 when the cassette is folded .
The gear wheel 10 is in engagement via an intermediate gear 13 with a gear wheel 14 which, under the action of a spring 15, sets the display value of the counter with sufficient friction for the movement. The disk 16 is firmly connected to a hub 1.7, and this is loosely rotatably mounted on the further hub 18 fastened in the cover 2.
At the upper edge of the hub 17 recesses 19 are easily seen with which coupling projections 20c of a key 20 brought into one grip who can.
A slide 22 is guided in a transverse ehlitz 21 of the hub 18 and on the nut <U> -IM </U> of a viewing hood 23. The slide 22 partially covers a bore 27 in the bushing 18 and carries a pawl 25 on a bolt 4, on which a spring 26 acts continuously,
the second end of which is suspended from the screw 23. Under the action of this spring, a bent part 25a of the pawl rests. Usually against a shoulder 22a of the slide 22 and prevents the pawl from engaging with the gear 1.4.
The method of operation of the device described is as follows: When the film 8 is conveyed through the spool space and wound up on the winding core 9, it turns the toothed drum 7 into turning, and this movement is via the coupling pin 1 ?, axis 11 and gears 10, 13 and 14 and about the parts 14, 15,
16 transferred to the display disk 16 of the film counter. Should now. a certain position of the film counter can be produced, for example the setting to the zero linear mark, it is sufficient to insert the key 20 into the bore <B> '27 </B> of the hub 18 and to the desired position to rotate the target disk 16
When the key 20 is inserted, a brick attachment 20b attached to the end of the guide pin 20c initially displaces the viewer 22 to the right. In the process, the pawl of the locking device 22 comes into play.
i le? -,? 4, 25, 26 with a tooth gap of the gear wheel 14 engages and blocks this gear, so da.ss the now following rotation by hand; of the display organ 16 by means of the key cannot be transferred to the toothed drum 7 and thus to the film 8 via the friction clutch, since the drive means 7, 10, 13 which are in positive motion with the film , 14 are blocked.
Instead of a loosely carried key, you can also use a toggle-like key that is permanently connected to the cassette and either in the position of use. . Provide a key to be folded down the cassette wall.
With the help of lateral control approaches of the key, the movement of the erecting into the position of use can be exploited to first bring the locking device of the film counter into effect and then to establish the drive connection between the key and the counter display element.
This is possible in the form that the axis of rotation of this key, similar to the key 20, receives a conical projection which, in the course of a possible displacement when erecting, causes the axis inward to adjust the slide 22, while coupling approaches in the further displacement use this key to establish the connection with the meter disc.
If the use of a key is to be avoided at all, an opening can be provided through which the display element of the film counter can be acted upon by hand and which is usually kept closed by a lock.
the movement of which at the same time controls the locking device for the drive means of the film counter in a known manner. A spring can be used to ensure that said opening is usually closed and since the locking device is in the ineffective position. By opening the lock, on the other hand, the locking device is activated at the same time.
