Device to improve the heating effect of heating systems. Known devices for improving the heating effect of heating systems have the disadvantage that the expected heating effect can no longer be achieved with them when carrying out a Sparheizbet.riebes, namely not because in such a case the space in the furnace is no longer the reduced fuel supply respectively. Filling are matched. Furthermore, the heating gases are not completely burned, so that they withdraw with strong smoke development.
The present invention relates to a device of the above type, with means of which in addition to the implementation of a Sparheizbetriebes in heating systems, such as Zen tralheizungen, room ovens, bakery ovens. WäseUeöfen etc., a smokeless, perfect combustion is achieved.
According to the invention, this is achieved by at least one on the grate is arranged, the combustion chamber reducing a rate and at least one, the latter on closing air heating part, with secondary air to be heated from below. The insert.
heated state from the. The air heating part flows out into the combustion chamber in order to bring about the combustion of originally burned combustion gases and to enlarge them through the heating effect.
Due to the reduction in the size of the combustion chamber brought about by the use, combustion conditions adapted to the changed heating conditions in economy mode are created.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject invention is shown.
Fig. I shows a vertical section through the furnace of a device provided with the device according to the invention. Heating furnace and FIG. 2 shows a plan view of FIG. 1 according to section line 1-I in FIG. 1.
In the furnace F of a furnace 0 inserts 1 are arranged on the grate R on both sides. The inserts form hollow open bodies that expand downwards. They cover part of the grate with their inflow opening 2, whereby the latter and .that also the combustion chamber is reduced in size. At the apex 3 of the upwardly tapered inserts 1, connection pieces 4 are provided, onto which U-shaped 5 provided with secondary air outflow openings 6 are loosely fitted.
These connect two opposing nozzles 4: the inserts 1 with one another.
Through the openings of the grate B covered by the inserts 1, some of the air required for the combustion flows into the inserts 1 and then into the tubes 5. in which that part of the air is strongly heated. The heated air flows through the openings 6 as secondary air above the embers zone in the furnace and creates a secondary combustion zone, through which the escape of unburned irritant gases is prevented.
The device described is suitable for all types of heating systems, such as central heating systems, room ovens, bakery ovens, laundry ovens, etc.
Instead of two inserts, only one insert could be used with several .removable air heating pipes attached to it. The air heating tubes could consist of several parts that are telescoped into one another.
In the illustrated embodiment, three fan heating pipes are provided. IT could also be more or less:
In order to be able to heat the air even more, the surface of the tubes 5 could be glazed, for example by guiding the tubes in a wel leniform manner or by providing them with ribs.
The inserts can be connected to a fan so that @ d @ ass can be supplied with compressed air to increase the heating effect and thus enable the burning of inferior fuels.
