Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung von     N,N'-4,4'-Diphthalyl-amino-diphenylsulfon.       Gegenstand der vorliegenden     Erfindung     ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von     N,N'-          4,4'-Diphthalyl-amino-diphenylsalfon,    wel  ches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man       4,4'-Diaininodiphenylsulfon    mit     Phthalsäure-          anby        drid    in essigsaurer Lösung bei Raum  temperatur umsetzt.  



  Die neue Verbindung soll als Arzneimit  tel     sowie    als     Zwischenprodukt    zur Herstel  lung von Arzneimitteln Verwendung finden.  <I>Beispiel:</I>  17,4 g     4,4'-Diaminodiphenylsulfon    löst  man in Eisessig und versetzt bei Raumtem  peratur mit einer essigsauren Lösung von  21 g     Phthalsäureanh3Tdrid.    Nach einigem  Stehen giesst man auf Eiswasser und filtriert  vom ausgeschiedenen Niederschlag, der, aus  Wasser umkristallisiert, ein schwach gelb  lich gefärbtes Kristallpulver darstellt mit  einem Schmelzpunkt über 300 .

   Durch Um  fällen aus     Sodalösung    mit     verdünnter    Salz  säure erhält man das     reine    Kondensations-         produkt        C@$H-#QO"N,S,    das folgende Analy  sendaten ergibt:     -          S:    berechnet 5;88%, gefunden 5,65%  N: berechnet     5,14%,    gefunden 5,25%  Durch Lösen der Säure in     Sodalösnng    auf  Zusatz von Sprit erhält' man das wasserlös  liche     Natriumsalz.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung von N,N'-4,4'- Diphthalylamino-diphenylsulfon, dadurch ge- kenuzeichnet, dass man 4,4'-Diaminodiphenyl- sulfon mit Phthalsäureanhydrid in essigsau rer Lösung bei Raumtemperatur umsetzt. Das so erhaltene neue Produkt 'bildet-ein sehwach gelblich gefärbtes Kristallpulver mit einem Schmelzpunkt von über 300 , das. in Form seines Natriumsalzes in Wasser lös lich ist.
