Saw blade. The present invention relates to a saw blade of the type in which between each of a number of cutting teeth be standing main tooth provided with two teeth, on both sides of Spanräu men limited raker tooth is arranged.
In the saw blade according to the invention, the teeth are arranged so that four different, along the saw blade periodically as the reversing tooth tip distances are formed, namely two different tooth tip distances between the cutting teeth of the main tooth, and a tooth tip distance between the outermost tooth of the main tooth and the initially located tooth of the raker, as well as a tooth tip distance between the tooth tips of the raker, the teeth of the raker are provided with the cutting, which are alternately on opposite sides of the saw blade ent.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing, namely: FIG. 1 shows a side view of part of the saw blade, FIG. 2 shows a side view of the raker tooth on a larger scale and FIG. 3 shows an end view of the raker tooth. The saw blade shown has main teeth 1, which teeth 3, 4, 5 and 6 are divided into four cutting part. These partial teeth have cutting edges 8. Each main tooth 1 is limited by two chip spaces on both sides. Between each two main teeth 1 a, separated by chip spaces from the sen, provided with two teeth 10 and 11 raker 9 is provided.
The teeth are arranged in such a way that four different, periodically recurring tooth tip distances are formed along the saw blade, namely two different tooth tip distances 3-5 respectively. 6-4, and 5-6 between the cutting teeth 3, 5, 6, 4 of the main tooth and a tooth tip distance between the outermost tooth 3 or .4 of the main tooth 1 and the closest tooth 10 or 11 of the raker 9, as well as a tooth tip distance between the Tooth tips 11, 10 of the raker tooth. The teeth 10, 11 of the raker tooth are provided with cutting edges, which are alternately on opposite sides of the saw blade on and for siele be known.
The tooth tips 10, 11 of the Räumzah Nes 9 can be upset in a known manner in the longitudinal direction of the saw blade, whereby the raker teeth are slightly lower than the cutting teeth 3-6 in the main tooth 1 of the saw blade. This arrangement prevents the broaching teeth from getting stuck on the bottom of the saw cut.
The cutting edges 7 of the clearing teeth 10, 11 can also be omitted by the tooth flanks are arranged perpendicular to the plane of the saw blade in a manner known per se, whereby the so-called tips are formed by tip flanks and the clearing teeth the chips that accumulate in the saw cut better to take with you.
The saw blade described has a low-vibration gait when sawing, so that a straight saw cut without wave formation is possible.
