verfahren zur Herstellung eines Puppenkopfes und nach diesem Verfahren hergestellter Puppenkopf. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Puppenkopfes. Es. besteht darin, dass man eine weiche, in plastischem Zustand befindliche, später .erhärtende Masse in eine beut.elartige Hülle aus nachgiebigem Web- oder Wirkstoff einfüllt und die noch in plastischem Zustande befindliche Masse einer Formung durch die Hülle hirndurgh unterwirft.
Der nachgiebige Stoff kann z. B. Trikot stoff und die Einfüllmasse ein. Gemisch von in Wasiser aufgelöstem Tischlerleim mit Sägemehl und Gips sein, letztere zwei im Verhältnis 9 : 1, das Ganze zu einem trocke nen Brei zusammengerührt.
Durch das erfinidungsgemäss,e Verfahren lassen sich .ausserordentlich. haltbare Puppen köpfe herstellen, ,da sich die erhärtende Fül lung fest mit dem nachgiebigen .Stoff verbin det, wodurch derselbe als Überzug wirkt, ohne dass ein Abplatzen oder Abbröckeln der Kopfmasse stattfinden;
könnte, wie es bei denjenigen bekannten Puppenköpfen leicht eintritt, die völlig aus einer derartigen Masse bestehen oder mit' einem Überzug einer sol chen versehen sind.
Ein weiterer Vorteil des Gegenstande., .der Erfindung besteht darin, dass die mit der noch weichen Masse gefüllte .beutelartige nachgiebige Hülle sich gut ausmodellieren läss't und dabei besondere Glättungsmassnab- men der Oberfläche überflüssig werden.
Der 1tb:erzugs-s-to:ff folgt vermöge seiner Nachgie bigkeit glatt und faltenfrei allen Fb#rmen, die von aussen durch ihn hindurch der noch bil.d- samen Masse beim Modellieren erteilt werden. Eine etwa, aufgebrachte Perücke lässt sich leicht durch Nähen dauerhaft mit dem Kopf verbinden und eine, Bemalung oder ein ge spritzter Farbüberzug sind haltbar, da die Färben durch den Stoff aufgesaugt werden..
Die Erfindung betrifft auch den durch das oben erwähnte erfindungsgemässe Verfah ren hergestellten: Puppenkopf.
Ein besonderer Vorteil liegt ;darin, dass der Kopf gegen mechanische Einflüsse, ins- besondere Schläge und Stösse äusserst unemp, findlich ist, so@,dass er ein haltbares Spielzeug ergibt. Nach dem Erhärten der 'Masse ist nämlich der Kopf völlig unzerbrechlich und nur gewaltsam zerstörbar.
Zweckmässig wird die elastische Hülle durch zwei kreisscheibenförmige elastische Stoffstücke gebildet, deren eines das Gesicht und deren .anderes den Hinterkopf darstellt, und die an der Oberseite des Kopfes du-reh ein Zwiekelstück aus, gleichem Stoff mitein ander verbunden und an den untern Seiten teilen des Kopfes unmittelbar miteinander vernäht sind, derart, dass am untern Ende eine Füllöffnung für die zu formende Masse und für das Einführen eines den Kopf mit dem Rumpf der Puppe verbindenden Stabes oder dergleichen verbleibt.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein nach dem erfindungsgemässen Verfahren her gestelltes Ausfü@hrungsbeispiel eines Puppen- kopfe3 in Fig. 1 dargestellt, und Fig. 2 zeigt die Einzelteile der Web- oder Wirkstoffhülle iii ausgebreitetem Zustande.
Das Verfahren wird am besten wie folgt < ausgeführt: Aus nachgiebigem Trikotstoff wird eine beutelartige Hülle angefertigt, und zwar durch Ausschneiden von drei Stoffstricken, von denen zwei, a und b. kreisscheibenförmig sind, während das dritte, e, Zwickelform er hält.
Das Stück (r wird zum Hinterkopf und das Stück b zum Gesicht. Das zwickelförmige Stück wird mit den andern zwei, wie in Fig.1 angegeben., vernäht unter Bildung der Nähte <I>d</I> und e. An den Seiten werden die Teile <I>a</I> und b durch die Nähte<I>f</I> vereinigt.
Unten bleibt die Hülle offen, um sie mit. dem 1@Tassebrei g füllen zu können und zum Einlassen eines Stabes h, der zur Verbindung des Kopfes mit dem Rumpf .dient. Das untere Ende der Teile a und b der Hülle wird nach Einführung des Stabes, lt mit .einer Schnur oder einem Draht i fest. um :den -Stab ge- w ickelt.
