Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     qualitativ    stets gleich zusammengesetzten,       Oayprogesteronpropionate    enthaltenden Gemisches.    Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpaten  tes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines  qualitativ stets gleich zusammengesetzten,     Oxy        -          progesteronpropionate    enthaltenden Gemisches,  welches dadurch     gekennzeichnet    ist, dass man       Bleitetrapropionat    auf Progesteron einwirken  lässt.  



  Das neue Gemisch ist ein zähes Öl, wel  ches schwer zur     Kristallisation    zu bringen ist  und     ammoniakalische    Silbersalzlösung und       Fehlingsche    Lösung reduziert. Es soll als  Heilmittel verwendet werden.  



  Das Gemisch zeigt eine besonders hohe  Wirksamkeit, wenn bei seiner Herstellung  1,5     Mol    des     Bleitetrapropionats    auf 1     Mol     Progesteron angewendet wurde.  



  Da das     Bleitetrapropionat    an mehreren  Stellen des Progesterons angreifen kann, ent  steht bei der Umsetzung ein Gemisch, das  jedoch     qualitativ    stets aus den gleichen Ver  bindungen besteht.         Beispiel:       3,14 g Progesteron werden mit 7,5 g     Blei-          tetrapropionat    in 100 cm'     Propionsäure    7--8       Stunden    bei 75-85   C unter Rühren erwärmt.  



  Danach     wird    die     Reaktionslösung    in Wasser  <B>9</B>     eLyossen,    die kolloide Lösung     ausgeäthert,     die Ätherlösung mit Soda neutral gewaschen  und     schliesslich    über Natriumsulfat getrocknet.  Nach     Abfiltrieren    von Natriumsulfat wird die  Ätherlösung     eingedampft.    Es bleibt ein Rück  stand von 3,46 g.     Er    zeigt stets die gleiche  qualitative     Zusammensetzung.
