Winding or winding machine. The invention relates to a winding or shedding machine with a take-up reel driven by a distribution roller.
With such machines it is absolutely necessary that the take-up bobbin is stopped immediately in the event of a thread break in order to avoid time-consuming searching for the break point and rewinding the bobbin. It is known to use a lifting plate for this purpose, which quickly slides between the distribution roller and the take-up reel when it is turned off and the latter both lifts off the distribution roller and brakes it immediately. But since the take-up reel is resting on the lifting plate, it cannot be rotated freely in its storage.
which also usually has a negative effect on rapid operation. The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate this disadvantage.
The present invention relates to a winding or shedding machine with a take-up reel driven by a distribution roller, in which a lifting plate is arranged for the immediate braking and lifting of the take-up reel from the driving friction roller when parking and a retarding lifting device is also seen before.
which causes the take-up reel to be lifted further away from the lifting plate for braking and lifting by the lifting plate until it can be turned freely by hand.
In the case of the winding or shedding machine according to the invention, not only is the winding reel Tas h slowed down and: lifted off the distribution roller, but it is subsequently automatically: the winding reel is raised further, away from the lifting plate, until it is exposed and, for example, to look for: the end of the thread for the purpose of tying on: the thread free by hand:
can be rotated. For this purpose, the delayed lifting: forward direction is provided.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject invention is shown. They show: FIG. 1 a view of a winding apparatus from the right, in section I-I in FIG. 3, FIG. 2 a view of this winding apparatus from the right, in a section through the oil brake, FIGS. 3 front view of this winding apparatus, FIG. 4 winding apparatus in section II-II in FIG. 1,
Fig. 5 is a view of this winder from the left, in section I-I, immediately after shutdown, Fig. 6 is a view of this winder from the right, after the shutdown process and Fig. 7 is a view of the storage device on the left side of this winder. The winding apparatus consists essentially of the left side wall 1 and the right side wall 2, both of which are mounted on the rails 3 and 4 and the organs between the side walls 1 and 2 built-in winding.
The rails 3 and 4 are in turn firmly connected to the machine frame 5. In addition, the drive shaft 6, on which the friction wheels 7 are fastened, is mounted in the machine frame 5 and, furthermore, a shaft 8 is fastened at the top as a rotation axis for the winding bow 9.
In the rear part of the winding apparatus, a shaft 10 is rotatably mounted to and fro, at the outer ends of which the rocking levers 11 and 12 are attached as carriers for the drive axle 13 rotatably mounted between them. On the drive axle 13 are the friction disc 14 and the gear wheel 15 attached, which is in engagement with the gear 16 rotatably mounted on the shaft 10. On the shaft 10, a lever 17 is attached to which a tension spring 18 is suspended, the other ends of a pin 19 fastened in the side wall 1 is suspended.
If the lever 17 is released, the tension spring 18 causes the rotation of the shaft 10 to press the friction disc 14 onto the friction wheel 7, whereby the winder is driven on.
The gear 16 is in engagement with the gear 20, which is rotatably mounted on the bolt 21 fastened in the side wall 1, and the gear 20 is on the one hand with the gear 23 fixed on the drum shaft 22 and on the other hand with the gear 24, which is rotatably mounted on the bolt 25 fixed in the side wall 1, in engagement. The gear 24 in turn engages in the gear 27 rotatably mounted on the vane shaft 26. The drum shaft 22 and the vane shaft 26 are rotatably mounted on both sides in the side walls 1 and 2 and have opposite directions of rotation.
On the drum shaft 22 is. the Trom mel 28, also called the friction roller, attached by which the winding reel 29 resting on it is driven. The wing shaft 26 has two wire wings 30 and 31. It is supported by the gear 27 by means of the two driving levers 33 and 34 under the action of the tension spring 32, which are superimposed on bolts 35 and 36 fixed in the gear 27 and each have a protruding Noeke 37 and 38, which engage in cutouts of a ring 39 provided on the vane shaft 26, are set in rotation.
The drum has guide grooves 40 in order to be able to wind the thread 41 in cross winding on the take-up bobbin 29. The thread 41, which penetrates into the guide grooves 40, is guided by the wire wings 30 and 31 in such a way that it has a specific note Spiral to the end of the bobbin follows without reversing prematurely at the crossing points 42 of the guide grooves 40. One wire wing 30 is used for the thread run in one direction, for example from left to right, and the other wire wing 31 for the thread run in the other direction .
The take-up bobbin 29 is produced by winding the thread 41 onto the sleeve 43, which is attached to a spindle 46 mounted between the two arms 44 and 45 of the winding bow 9. When the bobbin is lifted off (FIG. 6), the spindle 46 is held in its bearing by the springs 47 and 48 attached to the arms 44 and 45, while this on the other hand, the removal of the winding bobbin 29 together. enable the spindle 46 by hand by a corresponding movement.
In the lower part of the winder, the shaft 49 is rotatably mounted to and fro, at the right end of which the starter lever 50 is fastened. On the shaft 49, the brake lever 51 is also attached, which is under the action of a tension spring 53 suspended in its arm 52, which is attached to a pin 54 attached to the side wall 2 at the other end. The brake bracket 51 be seated a brake lining 55, which is in the off position against the drum 28 (as Fig. 5 shows) and this brakes quickly.
In addition, a lift-off plate 56 is attached to the brake bracket 51. which has the task of immediately lifting the take-up reel 29 (FIG. 5) from the drum 28 when the winder is turned off and at the same time quickly braking it. On the arm 57 of the brake yoke 51, a tab 58 is provided, into which an adjusting screw 59 is screwed and secured with courage 60 ter. This adjusting screw 59 lifts the lever 17 when the winder is turned off, whereby the friction disc 14 is lifted from the friction wheel 7 and the drive is interrupted.
At the left end of the shaft 49, a stop lever 61 is attached, which cooperates with the locking lever 62 and in the position shown in Fig. 7 holds the starting and drive device in the normal working position. The locking lever 62 is swingably mounted on a mounted in the side wall 1 Bol zen 63 and is under the action of the locking spring 64 attached to it, which is attached to a tenwand 1 attached pin 65 on the other end. On the other arm 66 of the locking lever 62, a ratchet lever 67 is pivotably articulated with a screw 68, which cooperates with the parking wheel 69 fastened on the wing shaft 26.
The parking lever 70, which is pivotably mounted on the bolt 71 fastened in the side wall 1, is articulated on the one hand to the parking rod 72 and two bent tabs 73 and 74 provided on it form a guide for the ratchet lever 67.
On the outside of the side wall 2, an oil brake is attached, consisting of a cylinder 75 which is firmly connected to the side wall 2, and from the with holes 76 which are covered by the loosely lying valve disc 77, provided Kol ben 78, the Piston rod 79 is guided again at the top in projection 80. A spring 83 always pushes the piston 78 upwards. The cylinder 75 is filled with 01 92. There is so much play between it and the piston 78 that the latter is only lifted very slowly under the action of the spring 83, the holes 76 being of course covered by the valve disc 77.
A pin 81 is attached to the piston rod 79 transversely to its axis, on which a lifting pawl 82 is pivotably mounted and which simultaneously serves as a stop for a nose 84 provided on the starter lever 50. With the arm 45 of the winding bow 9, a rack 86 is articulated by a screw 85, the tenwand 2 fixed in its slot 87 of a bolt 88, and the spring washer 89, which can be adjusted by the nut 90, out becomes.
The lifting pawl 82 has a foot 91 at the bottom, which stands up in the lower piston position according to FIG. 2 on the upper edge of the cylinder 75 and moves the lifting pawl 82 away from the rack 86, so that in this position the lifting pawl 82 of the winding bow 9 with the rack 86 can be moved up and down unhindered.
The mode of operation is as follows: Before the winding process begins, the winder is in the position shown in FIG. 6. On the spindle 46 is an empty sleeve 43, which can be rotated freely by hand to wind the thread end. The winding process is initiated by pressing the starter lever 50 backwards, while the lug 84 presses the pin 81 downwards and with it the piston rod 79 and the piston 78. The oil 92 offers the movement of the piston 78 after there is no resistance at the bottom, since the oil flowing upwards through the holes 76 lifts the valve disk 77 off.
The lifting pawl 82, which comes to stand with its foot 91 on the upper edge of the cylinder 75 during the movement of the piston axis 79 downwards, is pivoted away from the rack 86. Since the rack 86 is now free, the winding bow 9 falls by its own weight down until the sleeve 43 comes to rest on the drum 28.
Simultaneously with the backward pivoting of the starter lever 50, the brake yoke 51 is moved away from the drum 28, the lever 17 also being released so that the friction disk 14 is pressed against the friction wheel 7 by the tension spring 18. This friction drive now guarantees a gentle start-up of the winder. The shaft 49 is held in the working position by the stop lever 61, which is locked by the locking lever 62 according to FIG.
On the sleeve 43, which is now set in rotation by the drum 28, the Fa the 41 winds, namely in going back and forth of the cross winding, as a result of the mutually coordinated action of the drum grooves 40 and the wire wings 30 and 31. The winding process now continues in this way until the bobbin 29 is full or until a thread break occurs.
The parking rod 72 is connected to some thread monitor, which is no longer shown in the drawing, since the operation of such devices is generally known. When the thread breaks, the thread monitor exerts a slight pull on the stem 72, whereby the parking lever 70 is pivoted slightly.
As a result of this pivoting, the ratchet lever 67, which is guided by the tabs 73 and 74 of the lowering lever 70, is also pivoted slightly until its nose 93 comes into the area of the teeth 94 of the rotating parking wheel 69 and is captured by this, whereupon the arm 66 is suddenly pulled downwards.
As a result of this movement, the locking lever 62 releases the stop lever 61, the brake yoke 51 snaps upwards under the action of the spring 53, the drum 8, the lifting plate 56 simultaneously lifting the bobbin 29 from the drum 28 and braking it immediately The lever 17 is raised by the adjusting screw 59, as a result of which the friction disk 14 is lifted from the friction wheel 7 and the entire winding apparatus comes to a rapid standstill.
The pin 81 can not immediately follow the nose 84 of the release lever 50, which was also quickly thrown forward with the shaft 49. The 01 92 cannot flow from top to bottom through the holes 76, which are covered by the valve disc 77, but only through the narrow gap between piston 78 and cylinder 75, so that the piston 78 is only long under the action of the spring 83 sam can move upwards.
During this slow upward movement of the piston 78 below the piston axis 79, the lifting pawl 82 only engages the teeth of the rack 86 after the wichel bobbin 29 has already come to a complete standstill and then lifts the toothed rod 86 and the bobbin 9 again a little until the take-up reel 29 can be rotated completely freely.
The advantage of this arrangement is that in the event of a thread breakage, the take-up spool 29 is not only braked quickly, which is an indispensable condition particularly for specialist machines, but is also easily brought into a freely suspended position, which means that a quick: Finding the break point and a quick and easy tying of the thread is made possible.
The execution shown in the drawing also has the advantage that each winder is driven and stopped for itself. The winder is not hindered in its operation by rotating parts.
If the spooler should do any work in front of the unprotected wire blades with an apparatus in operation, the easily detachable coupling of the wing shaft 26 ensures the prevention of accidents as a result of careless movements by the wing shaft 26 through the spring clutch 32 to 38 when the wing wires 30 and 31 encountered a resistance, immediately comes to a standstill without the transmission being damaged.
The depicted in the drawing from the adjusting device is therefore particularly good before, because the stop lever 61, as soon as it is released, by sliding on the lower edge 95 of the locking lever 62 pushes the arm 66 as the downward. The projection 96 of the arm 66 then comes to rest on the back 97 of the parking lever 70 and swivels it so that the ratchet lever 67 comes to lie completely outside the area of the parking wheel 69, regardless of this. whether the train of the thread monitor device is exercised on the stem 72 for a long time.
This prevents the teeth 94 of the parking wheel 69 from being able to pluck the nose 93 several times, which would result in rapid wear.
The device acting with delay for further lifting of the take-up bobbin can, for example, also be attached to machines with a continuous distribution roller shaft, i.e. those in which only the take-up bobbin is lifted and braked when the thread breaks, while the distribution roller and possibly also the thread guide continues. Any other thread guide could also be selected, for example with a thread guide moving back and forth, instead of guide grooves in the distribution roller and wire wing.
