B. Gleichstrommaschinen, in Be- tiacht.
wodurch unruhiger Lauf her vorgerufen würde.
Auch gcl;ühlte, insbesondere flüs-iökeitsbel;ühlte Wicklungen für die Erregerspulen können zwerkmässib sein, um den Wickelraum und ih-init die Abniessun#,cn des Gerätes klein zu ])alten. Die Spannungsrügelung kann dadllrcll erfolgen. dass die I'nterla-e für die Kontaht- se@;

Vorschlagsweise werden die auf dem Kreisumfang wirksamen Einzel- magnete oder 1lfannetsysteme jetzt durch Gleichstrom- und 1@Techselstronierregerwick- hin; erregt, und die Schaltung der Gleich- sironin-icl;

Magnetically operated lioiitakt device for periodic switching processes. It has <I> </I> already been proposed to stagger an anchor through a multi-phase magnetic field in such a way. or circling bellyling so that it creates a contact between different solid Kouiaktseämenten. These devices are characterized by
that they do not have any sliding bearings that need to be quenched or that move on top of each other at great speed, and that they guarantee maximum operational safety even without maintenance.
The invention aims to reduce the amount of material used and to keep the magnetic path as short as possible. According to the invention, this applies to a magnetically actuated contact device for periodic switching operations, iis, Zllesolidere for mechanical straw judges or rotating electrical machines with mechanical commutators,
in which an annular armature under the influence of a polyphase magnet system executes a rolling motion, in that the magnet poles for the outward and return conduction of the magnetic flux in the armature are arranged alternately on a circumference. In contrast to the subject matter of the invention, there has been no return flow at all for the magnetic flux,
or this takes place centrally in the middle of the llabnet tanker. The latter arrangement has. especially with high powers, where the diameter of the armature has to be large with regard to the necessary large tensile force, the disadvantage that the 1fase of the magnet armature with increasing diameter is square. increases.
In addition, it is difficult with this arrangement to build the magnet closer together from the insulated sheet metal in such a way that the magnetic currents are largely suppressed. In contrast to this, with the arrangement according to the invention, the control fluid can be passed through the armature over a very short distance.
As a result, the mass of the latter is brought to possible values and, moreover, the eddy currents are carried along with it. constructionally simple means prevented. .
In FIG. 1 of the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown. 1 is a central magnetic pole, which either consists of a steel magnet or is excited by a direct current coil 2.
The alternating current limbs 3 to 8 are arranged centrically around 1, each carrying fast polellilli on their upper end.
The central center pole 1 carries at the lower end, also arranged symmetrically in the center. Arms 9 to 1-t, which reach between the pile pile 3 to 8. A contact ring 15 with a power supply 16 is secured to the center pole 1 in an insulated manner.
On the magnet handles 3 to 8, which are driven by \ @TechscJsiromspulen 17 to 2? are excited in the manner of a multi-phase rotating field, contact segments 23,? 4 and? 5 are arranged in an isolated position. These complement each other with spacers \? 6, 27 and \ 18 isolated from them to form a circular ring,
on which a contact disk 29, which has the shape of a truncated cone with an opening of almost 180, executes a rolling I3e-W-egunä. On its underside, between the contact rings 30 and 31, this contact disk has a ring-shaped magnetic armature 3?. This is.
in the manner of a corrugated ribbon core, as is used, for example, for high-quality current transformers or for switching throttle, wound from ferromagnetic ribbon and fastened to the disk 29 by means of angular rings. The height of the contact rings? 3,
4 and 25 is chosen in such a way that when the contact surfaces are firmly in contact with the armature 32, the armature 32 is not yet. comes into contact with the pole pieces underneath. If you look at the moment in which z.
B. the phase on the left in the drawing is excited in such a way that it drives the maximum value of the flow of force upwards, then this flow of force closes at this moment via the equilibrium rompolschuhe_ 12 and 13 to @liltclschenlcei 1,
the excitement of which drives the flow of air downwards and intensifies it accordingly. The excitation of the leg 3 is selected so that it follows a flow of force in the leg 3 at the same time. seeks to drift down below,
so that at the same moment no magnetic flux to the pole shoe 3 occurs via the DC pole shoes 9 and 10. Accordingly, the anchor 3? pulled onto the pole pieces 6, 12 and 13. , If the rotating field now advances over time, for example in a clockwise direction,
so accordingly the voltage in the drawing behind respectively. overhead parts of the anchor 3? respectively des Ring '? 9 related to the poles. In this way, a bulge of the flat helical jacket comes about on the iontaki segments lying in one plane. The bespoke arrangement makes it easy to go anywhere,
Where alternating magnetic fluxes occur, the ferromainetic material is laminated in such a way that eddy currents are effectively suppressed. will. In particular, the direct and alternating current pole shoes will be built from high-quality sheet metal, while the central pole 1 is massive, e.g. B. from a steel magnet or from a wire bundle, can be constructed.
To make the armature 32 as small as possible with the tensile force applied, a material is used for it which is characterized by special rolling and Glübbeha.ndlun; has a high saturation even at the smallest magnetic field strengths, e.g. B.
Iron silicon with <B> 15000 </B> Gauss at 1 AW / cm or 50% iron-nickel alloy. The latter make it possible, due to their sharp saturation kink, to operate the anchor in saturation,
so that the magnetic force is largely independent of fluctuations in the receiving currents. To relieve the contacts of switching lights when switching on and off, switching throttles, suction throttle-like transformers, primary valves or other means may be used.
In certain current and voltage ranges, however, especially with small inductances in the commutation circuit, one can get by without such aids.
The contact device described is particularly suitable for mechanical converters. But there is also tend tend for rotating elec tric machines with mechanical power, z. B. DC machines, in consideration. As already mentioned in patent no.
225233 was proposed as spei send respectively. The powered winding (power winding, armature winding) of the stator of a synchronous machine, and periodically operated contacts for commutation are attached to it. The invention is also suitable for electrical machines with resistance commutation. This can e.g. B. be achieved in that the intermediate pieces 26.
27.? 8 do not consist of insulation, but a certain, in the direction of the circumference, very much too or. have decreasing conductivity, which is tuned in such a way that it is able to commutate the currents through its) resistance. In order to reduce the losses in these resistors, you can also use the above-mentioned relief means for the contacts. namely switching throttles, suction throttle-like transformers or primary valves, apply.
You can also completely omit the slots between the individual contact segments and arrange a continuous transition of very high and very low conductivity material to the circumference of the ring. For this purpose, for example, carbon, graphite or the <B> "</B>] calibrated resistance resistors, composed in a certain way, are suitable. Under certain circumstances, the contact track can also be arranged under a liquid of suitable conductivity. Around bruises to avoid and to achieve restful running, the armature 32 can be elastically connected to the ring 29.
To achieve greater closing and separating speed, the segments 2 :; to 28 be arranged elastically on their pad. To facilitate the start-up process and to calm the run, the anchor 32 BEZW. 29 be resiliently held in such a way that its natural frequency fully or approximately coincides with the frequency of the rotating field.
On the other hand, the start-up can also be facilitated by the fact that the possible stroke of the armature is gradually increased from zero to its final value during the start-up process. To achieve different contact times, in particular a larger contact time overlap, one can. Connect several contact devices of the type described in series or in parallel.
In particular, a second contact device can also be arranged on the underside of the arrangement shown in the drawing. The contact surfaces are expediently so slightly arched that in the event of a burn due to short circuits, the switch light is blown out of the contact surface as quickly as possible and, in addition to the indentation created in this way, fresh contact points come into contact with each other, which are roughly in the same plane as the burnt-out lying so that the disc 29 does not have to run through depressions,
which would cause restless running. In order to remove outstanding melt pearls from the contact plane, the specific surface pressure at the contact points can be selected so high that the material is stressed close to the flow limit, so that with every irregularity it returns to the plane surface, 2, in particular the The tread can also be grooved.
To damaged contact rings 30 respectively. To replace contact segments 23 to 28 as quickly as possible, an expediently easily detachable holder is to be provided. The device described is particularly suitable for multipole BEZW due to the arrangement of the magnetic poles according to the invention. Multi-pole devices in which the rotating field frequency is a multiple of the movement frequency of the anchor. In such cases, the diameter of the contact disk 30 can be large, e.g.
B. 1 m or more, and the device is suitable for the greatest power, in particular, it can be built together directly with a generator, so that it replaces the previously common roller gates.
In order to control very large currents, one may use artificial liclici liiililun @ r, e.g. B. by liquid flow., To be provided on the firm Iionlaktstücher.
Also cooled, in particular liquid-cooled windings for the excitation coils can be designed to reduce the winding space and reduce the wear and tear on the device. The tension control can then be done. that the I'nterla-e for the Kontaht- se @;

end it'cch @ cistrt) me by known llitt <@l, like I) i'elitransforni "itoren, twist.
The egg-finding idea can also be realized without the presence of a central core that guides the equatorial.
The approach of the field and the winding '@@ a1101'dlitill @, r bring a number of difficulties, which are made difficult by a different development of the inventive idea.
As a suggestion, the single magnets or lfannet systems effective on the circumference of the circle are now powered by direct current and alternating current excitation windings; energized, and the circuit of equi- sironin-icl;
lun, or -wieklunjen. taken in such a way that the alternating voltages irAnced in the direct current circuit add up to zero or close to zero. In this way, the resulting flow can carry out the pulsations required for proper work,
without the equilibrium winding being a burden for the @@ "echc.lstronitrrcguiin@-n% i.
One embodiment for this is shown in FIG. 2 of the drawing, for example on a contact device with two cylindrical contact tracks. While an older, not yet known arrangement has a cylinder-shaped core for the moving cylinder, guiding the magnetic equilibrium flux, this is no longer available.
The contact tracks 1 and 2 are through the cylindrical hollow body 32, which the hontahtrinöe 1 'and?' leads, fails. This carries. a relatively --chinal rin; 32 'made of high quality maleic material. The magnets 11 'to <B> 16 </B> arranged in a circle act on this ring.
These magnets have a lamellar iron core and are designed in such a way that their pole pieces 17 and 18 lie close to one another on a circumference, so that the opposite part of the ring 4 as a yoke is attracted by the most strongly excited pole pieces 17 and 18. Apart from the electric current exciter winding? 1 to -26, the magnets carry the

In the slots, the alternating current windings 21, '- "2 ... 26 of the individual phases are on in a cyclical sequence;
The direct current recovery winding is also accommodated in the grooves and connected in such a way that it does not prevent the creation of a pulsating flow. The winding can also be executed in a known manner as a training loop,
to make the course of the field even more even. 'If direct current lind @fiechselaroniwici; - lung <B> ha </B> are accommodated in the same slot, then the direct current wind = liln; placed on the open part of the groove in order to reduce the spread.
A construction of the stand from stamped sheet metal is particularly advantageous when it is a question of round-the-clock devices with a large h: mfanb. A further embodiment of the inventive concept is shown in FIG. Here is a ring 3 serving as a contact bridge, animal stumbling on an upper 1:
n (1 sintered contact tracks 1 and 52 roll off, from two family systems 10 and 20 lengthways. One of the contact balins will preferably be equipped with segments and serve as a commutator, the other contact as a slip ring serve.
The iron magnets 10 and 20 are filled as a band and contain grooves and lines. in which: the direct current and alternating <u-1> tronicrregenvickdungen lie.
On the contact ring 3 is a light magnetic cattle, 30, advantageously wound from tape material ge. attached, which serves as a yoke for the upper magnet system and on the opposite side as a yoke for the lower \ Gi-netsysteni.
The winding arrangement corresponds, for example, to that shown in FIG. 1. Zoobei the magnet system 10 @ eöcn the magnet system 20 offset by 1S0 i-t. In this way the rin becomes; above and below @t: irk pressed and moved in a rolling manner.
for technical reasons, the contacts can also form the outermost circumference of the ring: Vs 3, and the magnetic core can be laid in the ring. In this way, the invention also achieves the drive of @ sc # ni; @cr simple contact bodies.

that the individual NEN Solmente of the contact track 1 are connected to the free ends of the non-numbered transformers -ickIuii-, and that the Kontakt.liabn 2 and the star point of the Tran..formatorwieklung the acceptance or. 7 cause the DC voltage to be supplied. The contact bridge 3 is a thin, windy wooden,
-Linder formed and finitely provided as in Fig. 2 a ring 4 made of high quality maone-1-iscliein material.
The magnet s @ s @ eme uni, like in Fig. 2 and <B> 3 </B>, the 1ie -eät part of the contact device. It can be seen that the contact bridge makes contact at the top because the hollow cylinder 3 with the ring 4 is attracted by the lower magnet system 21.
The arrangement according to Fig. 5 is. more advantageous than that according to FIGS. 2 and 3 because the thin-walled hollow cylinder has a favorable springiness and thus the risk of bouncing is reduced. In addition, the centrifugal force has a favorable effect in the same way.
