Spannklaue.
B. Prisma, Oval usw.
Clamping claw. The subject of the present invention forms a clamping claw, which is to enable safe holding of work pieces on machine tools in pairs to order, namely in that a holding piece has an inclined surface with which an inclined surface of a clamping jaw cooperates, on which one in the holding piece is right standing clamping screw acts, which presses the clamping jaw against the holding piece when screwing in, whereby a laterally directed clamping pressure is generated on the clamping jaw by the interaction of its inclined surface with that of the holding piece. This clamping claw is characterized by its simple structure.
In the drawing, three Ausfüh approximately examples of the subject invention are shown.
Fig. 1 shows an elevation of the first example with partial section; Fig. 2 is a plan view and Fig. 3 is a side view of Fig. 1; Fig. 4 shows an elevation of the second example with partial section; Fig. 5 is a plan view and Fig. 6 is a side view of Fig. 4; Fig. 7 shows a vertical section of the third example; FIG. 8 is a plan view of FIG. 7, and FIG. 9 is a vertical section in a plane rotated by 90 with respect to FIG.
In the example according to FIGS. 1 to 3, the holding piece 1 has a corrugated inclined surface 2 with which a corrugated inclined surface 3 of a clamping jaw 4 interacts. This jaw 4 has a stepped elongated hole 5 for receiving a screwed into the holding piece 1 clamping screw 6, which has a cylindrical head with a hexagonal bore. A compression spring 7 surrounding this screw 6 is between tween the holding piece 1 and
the clamping jaw 4 is arranged and strives to lift the clamping jaw 4 from the holding piece 1. The holding piece 1 also has two holes 8, so that it can be fixed in the usual way on the bed 9 (FIG. 3) of a machine tool by means of screws and nuts, the lower part of the holding piece 1 being in the groove of the bed 9 is performed.
A workpiece to be clamped onto the bed 9 can be fixed by means of at least two opposing clamping claws by exerting a laterally reported clamping pressure on the clamping jaw 4 when the clamping screws 6 are screwed in by cooperating the inclined surface 3 of the clamping jaw 4 with the inclined surface 2 of the holding piece 1 as a result, the ribbed side surface is pressed firmly against the workpiece and the same is held securely.
The second example according to FIGS. 4 to 6 differs from the first example only in that the holding piece 1 'and the clamping jaw 4' have a slightly different shape in which the clamping claw is less high. Furthermore, the retaining piece 1 'has only one countersunk hole 8' for a retaining screw.
In the third example according to FIGS. 7 to 9, a holding piece 10 is provided which has an inclined surface 11, with which an inclined surface 12 of a clamping beam 13 cooperates. With the elongated hole 14 of this clamping jaw 13, a clamping screw 15 acts together, which penetrates a bore of the holding piece 10 and menacts together with a nut 16, which bed 17 is inserted into the groove of the machine. When screwing in the clamping screw 15, the clamping clasp is held on the bed 17, so that no special fastening screws are required here. At the same time, as in the first two examples,. Together, the inclined surfaces 11, 12 a laterally directed clamping pressure exerted on the clamping jaw 13 and thereby the ge ribbed side surface firmly give the workpiece pressed.
The holding piece 1 could also be formed without the stepped down, in the groove of the Maschi nenbettes entering part.
The fact that the inclined surface 2 respectively. 11 of the holding piece 1 respectively. 1 'resp. 10 and the inclined surface 3 respectively. 12 of the clamping jaw 4 respectively. 13 are corrugated, the pressure directed across the Festspanndruek is canceled and the clamping screw 6 respectively. 15 relieved.
The jaw 4 respectively. 13 various shapes can be given depending on the workpiece to be clamped, such as B. prism, oval, etc.
