Shaft deep pull gate direction with closed shaft pull for loft chairs. Upper construction looms with so-called closed shaft trains, in which the heald shaft can be easily released from the shaft train or locked with the same and adjusted in height without the shaft train having to be loosened or interrupted somehow, are already introduced and z. B. in Switzerland. Partly described in U.S. Patent No. 221284.
Fig. 1 in the accompanying drawing shows a known shank deep drawing device of this type. From the lifting arm a of the dobby, the shank pull runs over the deflecting rollers b 1, b2, b3 and b4 and is last on a known spring-loaded register c is attached. The heald frame d is locked to the heald train in a known manner, not shown in detail.
Due to the spring-loaded register c, the entire shaft line is taut and therefore presses the deflection rollers accordingly. When deep-drawing the shaft from the middle to the deep compartment, the tension springs not shown have to overcome the frictional resistance in the numerous pulleys in addition to the chain tension and the frictional resistance occurring in the spring tension register, which explains the fact established by measurements that the The deep tensile force acting on the shaft holder 1 is only a fraction of that on the shaft holder 2.
In order to obtain a sufficiently large mean deep tensile force on the heald frame, the spring tension register c must therefore be set to a correspondingly strong tension. Of course, these circumstances also have a disadvantageous effect on the high tensile force required on the lifting arm.
According to the measurements made, the ratio of the deep tensile force acting in the middle of the shaft in the lower position to the high tensile force required on the lifting arm, without taking into account the influences of the warp tension, is approximately 1: 3
These disadvantages are to be largely eliminated in the deep-drawing device forming the subject of the invention. In this case, a circular segment disc is rotatably mounted in its center under the heald frame.
Flexible tension elements, for example roller chains, are attached to the circumference of the disc at two points. When the segment disk is rotated, the tension elements run up or down depending on the direction of rotation on the disk circumference, whereby the heald shaft is drawn on or on the sides. is released.
Conveniently, on the one hand, tension springs attack the segment disc, which are attached to a connecting arm from the disc rim to the center by means of an articulated double loop, and which strive to rotate the disc about its axis into the basic position, which corresponds to the lower position of the shaft, and on the other hand, on the dobby side, the lifting arm, which comes into operation when the disk is to be rotated from the basic position to the Ilochfachposition.
Fig. 2 and 3 of the accompanying drawing voltage show an embodiment of the deep drawing device according to the invention. The circular segment disc e 'is rotatably mounted on the zen cally located shaft f. Notches f are made on the arm ä of the disk at various distances from the center.
In one of these notches by means of the hinge double loop g, the train springs h, two of which are shown in the drawing, which springs are attached to a fixed point at the other end and so seek to rotate the disc about the axis f until the shaft has reached the bottom. This position of the disc is referred to as the basic position (Fig. 2). By changing the loop g from one of the notches f to the other, the attack lever arm for the tension springs is larger or smaller, depending on whether a stronger or weaker deep-drawing force is required.
At point 3 on the disk circumference, which is perpendicular to the axis f in the basic position of the disk, a roller chain is attached as a flexible tension element, which loops around the disk in its basic position at the start over an angle of 90 and from which the shaft tension is perpendicular up to the shaft holder 1 and from there via the guide roller b1 to the swing arm a goes.
From the attachment point 4, which is slightly above the horizontal line through the Scheibenzen strand in the basic position of the disc, a roller chain wraps around the disc circumference at least the length of the maximum shaft stroke achievable with the lifting machine. From this chain, the shaft pull goes over the deflection roller b, and is connected to your shaft holder 2 on the opposite shaft side,
from which it is guided back to the segment disc via the diverting rollers b4 and b; 3, where it is also fixed at the starting point 3 of the shaft train, which leads from the disc to the lifting arm. This creates an endless train, the tension of which can be adjusted with the regulating screw i.
When the lifting arm lowers, the segment disc c 'is rotated into the basic position by the tension springs lt and the shaft on the dobby side is deep-drawn directly through the shaft pull attached to point 3 and by the shaft attached to point 4 via the university guide roller b.
In this process, the endeavor of the warp to keep the shaft in the middle shed th, the shaft tension from point 4 to the shaft holder 2, so the deflection roller b. under pressure, while it is slightly loose from the shaft holder 2 to point 3 on the washer (achieved by the corresponding setting of screw i), so that the guide rollers b4 and b.,
are almost unloaded and cause irrelevant frictional resistance. In practice, therefore, the tension springs for the draft, in addition to the keas tension and the frictional resistance occurring at the pivot point f of the disk e ', only have to overcome that at the deflecting roller b. Measurements have shown that the deep tensile forces acting on the two shaft holders 1 and 2 therefore differ very little from one another.
If the lifting arm a is pulled from the shaft machine, then it lifts the shaft on this side and at the same time sets the segment disc in motion, which on the one hand releases the shaft on the opposite side and pulls it on the other. If the tension of the warp is strong, then at the moment when point 4 on the segment disc lets go of the shaft pull, it will immediately endeavor to pull the shaft up against the middle shed.
The shaft pull over the diverting rollers b3 and b4 is only tensioned when the shaft has to be pulled approximately from the middle into the upper compartment by the shaft pull attached at point 3. Then the part of the train from the shaft holder 2 to point 4 on the segment disc is a little loose and the deflection roller b "relieved.
The position of the tanning 6 on the segment arm 5, in one of which the tension springs h are suspended by means of the double loop g, is selected so that the attack lever arm of the latter is greatest in the lower position of the shaft, while it is at its highest when the Shank and the rotation of the disc caused thereby decreases until the joint of the loop rests against the hub of the disc (Fig. 3). This ensures that, despite the extension of the tension springs, the necessary high tensile force on the lifting arm is reduced.
With the deep-drawing device described, a ratio of the deep-drawing force acting in the center of the shaft when the disk is in the basic position to the necessary high-pulling force on the lifting arm of approximately 1: 1.7 is achieved, without taking into account the influences of the warp tension.
As a result, the dobby and all parts associated with the dobby are significantly less stressed, a smoother gait of the loom is achieved and drive power is saved.
