Kochherd.
Stove. The invention relates to a cooking stove with a furnace next to an oven and a hotplate arranged at a distance above the ceiling of the furnace, with a flue connected to .den space between the hotplate and the ceiling of the furnace for discharging the formed in .dem furnace Combustion gases are used.
The aim of the invention is to increase the amount of heat given off by the combustion gases to the stove top as possible.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that deflection means are mounted in the space between the stove top and the ceiling of the oven in such a way that they force the combustion gases to close a curvilinear path on their way under the stove top describe.
In the drawing, an execution example of the cooker is shown.
Fig. 1 shows a horizontal section through the stove along the line 1-I of the o-. 2.
2 shows a vertical section through the kitchen stove along the line II-II in FIG. 1.
The bottom plate 2 of the combustion chamber 1 has an air supply opening 3 in its rear part. In addition to the rough fire, an oven 5 is provided in a known manner. The cooker is covered by a hotplate 7 arranged at a distance above the ceiling 6 of the oven 5, which has a cooking opening 8 above the air supply opening 3.
The combustion gases formed in the combustion chamber flow through the intermediate space 9 between the stove top 7 and the oven 5 and are diverted through an exhaust 10, which is located on the side of the stove opposite the combustion chamber 1.
The stove includes a cylindrical fuel-saving insert 11 which can be inserted into the combustion chamber 1 under the cooking opening 8 and which, when inserted, is used as a fire chamber and: can be fed with fuel through the cooking opening, the combustion gases through the top of the cylinder #vand arranged holes 12a flow out.
On the underside of the hotplate 7 there are three walls 12, 13, 14 which form the deflection means and which extend into the vicinity of the ceiling 6 of the oven 5. The one marked with: 12 extends from these walls from the rear wall 15 of the intermediate space 9 läno, the upper one to the furnace space na-helie,
lowing edge of the furnace, until about halfway to the opposite wall 16 of the space 9. The wall marked 13 extends perpendicularly from the last-mentioned wall 16 to over the center of the Z% 7. -ischenraumes 9, while the wall marked 14 extends from the wall 15 extends along the top edge of the ceiling 6 of the furnace at a distance from the opposite wall 16, opposite the furnace chamber.
The deflection means for the combustion gases forming walls 1 ?, 13, 14 force the combustion gases to describe a curvilinear path as they flow through the space 9 between the stove top 7 and the oven and to paint the underside of the whole stove top. The hotplate is on its underside mutually parallel ribs 17 see which lead the combustion gases flowing along the hotplate on their curvilinear path, which they have to flow through due to the arrangement of the walls 12, 13, 14. The ribs 17 also help to increase the heat transfer to the stove top.
At the corner of the hotplate 7 diagonally opposite the cooking opening 8, a cooking opening 18 is also provided therein.
The invention is not limited to the embodiment described above and illustrated in the drawing, which can be changed in detail without deviating from the basic concept of the invention. For example, the walls 12, 13, 14 do not need to sit on the stove top 7, but rather they can be designed as separate parts or attached to the ceiling 6 of the furnace room 5. They can also be in a different location than shown on the drawing. The walls 12, 13, 14 can also stretch to the ceiling of the furnace 6.
