Mahlgut oder Gasen freizulassen und gleichzeitig einen vollkom men zentrischen und ebenen Lauf des Stirn rades sicherzustellen. Dies geschieht dadurch, dass bei einem der Halszapfen zwischen die sem und der Gleitfläche,des Stützlagers eine Tragbüchse eingeschaltet ist, die ihrerseits gelenkig aber uridrehbar mit dem Halszap fen verbunden ist, ;
Drive device for rotary drums, in particular for tube mills. The invention relates to a drive device for rotary drums, in particular special tube mills, rotating dryers, e.g. B. steam dryers, mixing drums and similar apparatus.
Rotating drums, e.g. B. tube mills, which are mounted in hollow neck journals, are mostly driven by means of a spur gear that is attached to the mill jacket or to the mill end wall.
This embodiment has the disadvantage that the gear wheel becomes very large and it is very difficult to encapsulate it in a dust- and oil-tight manner.
In addition, it is very difficult to mount the spur gear properly, and due to bending of the mill tube, etc., it is not possible for the spur gear to run smoothly.
There is also a drive for tube mills known (DRP No. 378025 / 50c), wherein the driving force of, a gear train by means of a longer shaft on the neck pin of the mill is transmitted, with the interposition of a clutch that extends up to a . can move freely in all directions to a certain extent.
Irregularities in the construction and operation of the mill are compensated for without being transferred to the gear train, but this construction has the disadvantage that the coupling and the drive shaft are in line with the rotating drum axis.
It is therefore not possible to carry in or remove material through the neck pin or to pass air through the pin, as happens, for example, with all wind-sighted mills.
The invention represents the solution to the task, with a central drive of the mill, the neck pin on the front side for the inlet or outlet of.
To release regrind or gases and at the same time to ensure that the spur gear runs perfectly centrally and evenly. This is done in that at one of the neck pins between the sem and the sliding surface of the support bearing a support bushing is switched on, which in turn is articulated but non-rotatably connected to the neck pin;
and .that the spur gear is attached to the support liner.
In the accompanying drawing, three exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown, specifically showing: FIG. 1 a first embodiment in axial section, FIG. 2 a partial section along the line AB in FIG. 1 and FIGS. 3 and 4 two further embodiments @- to shape,
also in aclear section. Between the sliding surfaces 16 of the support bearing, which is provided in the Laberbock 1.8 , and the hollow neck pin 1. A support sleeve 3 is switched on. This is spherically turned and sits on a corresponding spherical surface of the neck pin.
A number of aclrsial claws 2 are attached to this, the center plane of which passes through the center. the spherical surface passes through. This row of claws is in engagement with the counter claws 19, which are seen on the inside of the Tra.gbiielrse. The flanks of the claws 2 and 19 lie against one another with a sliding fit, and these interlock so far. that there is always a gap between the head and the foot of the claws.
This is the; Carrying liner non-rotatable, but articulated in a vertical plane with the neck pin. On the outside of the carrier there is a spur gear 5, the pinion 6 of which is connected to the drive motor. The pinion is housed in the bearing block and the spur gear is covered by a housing 7, so that the drive is encapsulated in an oil- and dust-tight manner.
In operation, the torque is transmitted from the spur gear to the support liner and from this via the claws 2, 19 on the neck pin of the mill: Due to the spherical support, the neck pin can adjust obliquely when the drum is bent; the position of the spur gear does not change. so that a smooth and smooth run of the same is always ensured.
The non-rotatable connection between the neck pin and the support bushing can of course also take place in other ways. The connection can also be arranged to the side of the spherical surface, such as, for example, FIG. 3 shows. Here, the neck pin 8 rests in the correspondingly designed support sleeve 9, which is held in the bearing block 20. The neck pin is seen with a flange 11 ver on which bolts 13 are attached.
The carrying sleeve 'has a flange 12 in which bores 21 are located. These are lined with rubber or leather sleeves 14 out. through which the bolts 13 protrude. When the drum is bent: the neck pin can be set at an angle, since the bolts in the bushes 14 can move in the direction of the drum axis as well as in the rotated direction.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, the inner diameter of the support sleeve 22 is greater than the diameter of the neck pin 23, so that a free space 24 remains on all sides between these parts. In this a rubber ring 15 is housed, which is firmly connected to both the neck pin and the support sleeve and carries the load of the rotary drum.
As a result, too, the support sleeve is articulated, but connected to the support pin so that it cannot rotate within certain limits. Instead of the rubber ring. you can of course also use individual pieces of rubber or girmmil), akete. -
