<tb> Pfeil <SEP> in. <SEP> Fig. <SEP> 3).
Attachment for lenses of photographic cameras. When recording, especially Kinoauf recorded, often occurs as a result of the most diverse circumstances, a sudden change in the lighting or also: the distance of the object to be recorded, which is why cameras have devices that allow an upstream connection of light filters or lenses.
In the case of large cinema cameras, the upstream connection is usually done by an assistant. In the case of small cameras, such an assistant is of course not available, which is why the upstream connection of the other attachment element usually causes the recording to be interrupted.
Not only with cinema cameras: the ability to quickly connect an attachment element is a requirement, but also with 35mm cameras for taking still pictures, since the speed of the sequence of the individual images is very often important, the addition of the attachment element hesitant.
The invention relates to an attachment device for lenses of photographic cameras in which a number of attachment elements of various types are arranged in a housing on a carrier, which attachment elements are alternately brought in front of the lens by movement of the carrier can.
The feature is seen as new that the carrier is under the influence of: an indexing motor and that an organ for releasing and blocking the carrier is provided.
In the drawing, the attachment is illustrated in several embodiments. The gig. 1 and 2 show parts: the first embodiment in view of omission of the cover and in cross section.
FIG. 3 is one of the overall arrangements of the camera and front attachment. Fig. 4 is a front view of a. Part of the attachment. In Fig. 5 a second embodiment is shown.

<tb> on <SEP> the <SEP> film <SEP> should appear <SEP>.
<SEP> If <SEP> is now the screen. from the horizontal to tens. 8 in the vertical, that is pivoted into the beam path of the lens, then there is suddenly a different object distance for the lens 12, and if an additional lens were not connected upstream at the same time, the screen 14 would bezw. its inscriptions are blurred or out of focus on the film.
As Fig. 3 shows, has .the trigger 15 with the trigger 16, which is used to actuate the resting in the housing 1 the disc 2, a common push button 17. It is then by pressing the button 17 not only -a pivoting of the arm 14, but also causes a change in the focal length of the objective by connecting a lens, and consequently one obtains sharp images in both cases, namely when recording the screen 14 and when recording the landscape in front of it.
The screen can be completely translucent and wear the lettering in a more or less opaque, permeable form, or it can of course also be completely opaque and a translucent or also. wear opaque lettering, it can have a height such that it only partially extends into the beam path of the lens.
The front lens to be connected would then only represent a segment of a circle in order to ensure that only the area of the lens covered by the screen is provided with the front lens.
If the screen 14 is translucent and if it bears the inscription in an impermeable form, the inscription can suddenly appear without interruption of the desired recording in the fuzzy reproduction of the landscape.
In the case of the device described above, a single actuation of the progressive motor always brings the spatially closest attachment element into the area of the camera object.
However, there is often the need to change the front-end elements in the order, for example in that a red filter is to follow a light yellow disc in one case and a green filter or a mask on the same yellow disc in the other. This requirement can be met in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 to 7.
It is assumed here that six different ballast elements are required, and accordingly the disk 2 contains six openings 20 lying on a concentric circle to the shaft 19, which for example contain three yellow filters of different densities, one green filter, one orange filter and one red filter.
It is known that the filters have different extension factors, and assuming that the same shutter speed must be selected, the corresponding aperture settings must be selected for the individual filters.
In the case of the arrangement of four according to FIG. 5, this task is solved in that behind the pane 2 there is another pane 21 which contains correspondingly large aperture openings 22.
It is assumed that the opening 22 at the top in the drawing carries the brightest yellow filter, and accordingly the smallest B lumbar opening is provided here, while the opening to the left of the brightest yellow filter is intended to contain a red filter.
in which, due to the high extension factor, no glare is required. Of course, the aperture openings can also be provided directly in the pane 2.
Um, well. optionally to be able to bring any intent element without an intermediate position in front of the ob jective, are in Figs. 5 and 6 on the .Scheibe 2 pins 23 which have a different distance from the shaft 19 is attached. In the housing 1, a lever 25 is pivotably mounted about the pivot point 24, which:
at its free end carries a pin 27 guided down through the slot 26. This pin can optionally be inserted into the path of one of the pins 23 and accordingly prevents further rotation of the disc 2 driven by the motor as soon as the pin 23 on which it has been positioned
bump into him. In order to allow adjustment to the individual ge desired filter, the tip 28 of the lever 25 plays in front of a scale 29 which carries the colors corresponding to the filters. The organ 25 thus serves to release and tension the carrier 2.
The embodiment according to FIG. 6 differs from that according to FIG. 5 by the way in which the lens is dimmed. It is here in the housing 1, an iris diaphragm 30 is attached, the collar of which is connected by two arms 31 to the pivot of the lever 25 a related party. Take all the parts out in full lines:
position shown, so be found in the selected embodiment example, the brightest yellow filter 22 in front of the ob jective, and accordingly the iris diaphragm has the same free opening that is provided in the embodiment of FIG. 5 for the brightest yellow filter. If the lever 25 is now in Fig. 6 in the dash-dotted position.
brought, i.e., with the red filter switched on, the adjusting ring of the iris diaphragm rotates counter-clockwise and the iris diaphragm also opens completely. In the practical version, the Irzsblende and the connecting levers 31 are located behind the window 2. In the drawing, a different arrangement is chosen only to avoid obscuring the image.
The iris diaphragm could also be used in the lens, namely if the arms 31 can be connected to this diaphragm.
Of course, other interchangeable disks can also be provided here, for example masks of various types, gray filters, filters or additional lenses created for color photographs.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 it is assumed that the Fortseha.lt- motor consists of a simple spring 4. In general, an arrangement will be chosen as the example in FIG. 7 shows. Here sits on the shaft 32 of the spring housing 33 outside the housing 1 of the winding key 34 (Fig. 6).
Within the housing 1, the gear 35 is slipped onto the axis, and from this the shaft 19 is driven via several gears 36. In addition, the shafts 37 and 38 are also driven by the spring. The latter carries a disk 39 to which the pivot levers 40 are articulated.
These levers are used to control the speed of the indexing motor. They swing under the effect of the centrifugal force outwards into the dash-dotted position, come into engagement with a fixed or movable arm 41, which can be adjusted from the outside of the housing 1 in the latter case, and this results in a braking effect.
The further the free end of this arm is removed from the shaft 38, the further the levers 40 can swing outward and the greater the speed of the indexing motor. You can regulate its speed by means of the arm 41 within wide limits.
Sometimes there is a need to take pictures with different filters one after the other. Then it is appropriate. To couple the release button of the camera connected to the attachment to the lever 5 in FIG. 1, so that each time the camera shutter is actuated, a switch is made to the next attachment element.
In the exemplary embodiment dealt with above, it is assumed that always the same. Exposure time is chosen as it results, for example, in cinema cameras, if different Gangge.schwindib- speeds are not provided.
If there is no such link to a specific exposure time, there is a need to automatically adapt the exposure time display to the lens element located in the beam path of the camera lens using a known electrical light meter with a predetermined aperture.
In order to make this possible, the attachment is provided with an electrical exposure meter and a resistor connected to its circuit, which is influenced by a sliding contact. Arm sits.
The current generated by the selenium cell then changes according to the upstream resistor, and accordingly an exposure time is indicated by the exposure meter in a manner known per se, which takes into account the extension factor of the ancillary element located in the beam path of the camera lens.
