. . H.,</I> und h_ <B>...</B> h, in Kaskade geschal tet.
<I>1,</I><B>...</B><I>1,</I> bezeichnet, die dazugehörigen Belastungswiderstände mit <I>B, . . .</I> B, bezw. <I>1),</I><B>...</B> b9.
1", 31, 26, 25, 24, I1":, ., S._, 34, 11, und 1l,, 31., 21. 20, 19, k:. s_, 33, 1b. Be- lastumgsstromkreise: l;
" 36,<I>B,, L,</I> (B_, L_), 35, l b und<B>1",</B> 36,<I>b,, 1,</I> (b" 1.,1, 35, 1b.
.</I> k" bewegt.
Die eingebauten Gleichrichter (i,.

Kontaktwälileranlage with circularly arranged contacts for automatic regulating or control systems. The subject matter of the present invention is a contact selector system with contacts arranged in a circle for automatic regulating or control systems. The proposed voter system allows a large number of control levels or with little contact. To master tax processes. For example, with two contact selectors, each with 10 contacts, 99 control levels or Control, commands are mastered.
In the case of standard systems, a number of tax protection devices corresponding to the voter contact number is expediently arranged, which makes it possible to make the system significantly cheaper and simpler. The drive of the contact dialer can be done, for example, by a simple reversing motor, in contrast to dialers, as they are common in automatic telephone systems, where the drive takes place electromagnetically.
The invention is characterized in that there are several contact step selectors, the contact arms of which are driven by a common drive at different rotational speeds, and that the ratio of the speeds is such that the contact arm of the selector executes a full revolution at a higher rotational speed, while that of the voter with lower speed a contact forwards respectively. steps backwards.
The subject matter of the invention is explained with reference to two in the accompanying drawing is provided embodiments. 1 shows the scheme of a load control system using coarse and fine step switches. Fig. 2 shows the scheme of a remote control system for 99 control operations.
The load control system according to FIG. 1 has a current generator G, a tachometer <I> T, </I> a differential relay <I> D, </I> a reversing motor g ?, two coarse and fine level selectors W1 and W. _, a receiver resistor stood ETTr, the Schützen S,. . . 8, and s1 <B> ... </B> so as well as the load resistances B, <B> ... </B> B "and <B> b:,. </B>.. B ;, one Electric boiler.
The rule falls to the task. to regulate the load in such a way that the speed of the generator remains as constant as possible in the event of variations in the load in the rest of the power supply or in the case of variable loading of the turbine.
The generator G connected to the busbars 1a, 1b drives the tachometer T which, by adjusting a contact arm \? a resistor 3 changes as a function of the speed. The resistance 3 is connected in series with an excitation coil 5 of the differential relay D and a receiver resistance 7 and connected to the power source. The relay D has a second excitation coil 6 which is connected to the balancing resistor 4 in series.
The excitation coils 5 and 6 we ken on the pivotable at point 9 gelager th armature 10, on which a contact tongue 11 is attached and between the con tacts 12 and 13 is movable.
The controlled by the relay D to reverse motor ill drives via gear 1.1, 1.5 # Fe the 16, detent disk 17, with which the locking lever 18 cooperates, a contact arm 19 of the fine level selector <B> <U> IV., </U> < / B> on. This. the latter is connected to a contact arm 24 of the coarse stage selector I4 'via a gears 22, 23 with a gear ratio of 1:10, with which the contact arm 8 of the receiver resistor ETT' is also coupled.
The contact arms 19 and 2-1 are connected to slip rings 20, 25 on which contact brushes 21 and 26 slide. The ratchet lock 17, 18 causes the contact arm 19 to step forward or backward step-by-step with a uniform rotational movement of the motor 3I. the number of teeth of the wheel 17 corresponds to the number of contacts of the selector TY_, which has ten contacts k "...".
The coarse stage selector TU also has ten contacts H "... H ',,.
The coarse step contactors S, <B> ... </B> S "and the fine step contactors s, <B> ... </B> s" are switched on and off via the '\ LTahlerkonta.kte'. The contactors are connected by auxiliary contacts <I> H,. . . H., </I> and h_ <B> ... </B> h, connected in cascade.
If, for example, the voters TV "I1 '= on the contacts K = and k,. As drawn net, the contactors S" S_, s "s., Switched on, where S, and s, through the auxiliary contacts H ., and hz are kept.
The power contacts belonging to the contactors are marked with <I> L, </I> <B> ... </B> <I> L "</I> and <I>1,</I> <B> ... </B> <I> 1, </I>, the associated load resistances with <I> B,... </I> B, or <I> 1), </I> <B > ... </B> b9.
The following circuits of the control system can be distinguished: Control circuits of the differential relay D: 1; "27, 6, 4, 1b and 1", <B> 27, </B> 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 32, 1b . Control circuits of the motor 11T: 1 @ "27, 11, 12, 28, 11,1, 30, <B> 11" </B> and 1; "<B> 27, </B> 11. 13, 29, H, 30.1. ,,. Step-by-step circuits:
1 ", 31, 26, 25, 24, I1" :,., S._, 34, 11, and 1l ,, 31., 21. 20, 19, k :. s_, 33, 1b. Load circuits: l;
"36, <I> B ,, L, </I> (B_, L_), 35, lb and <B> 1", </B> 36, <I> b ,, 1, </I> ( b "1., 1, 35, 1b.
The operation of the described control system is as follows: The armature 10 of the differential relay is in the center position shown when the currents in the excitation coils 5 and 6 are equal; the motor M is at rest because the contact tongue 11 does not touch any of the two contacts 12, 13. The current in coil 6 remains unchanged, while that in coil 5 depends on the size of resistors 3 and 7. The resistance of 3 is determined by the speed of the generator; it is big if the speed is too high and vice versa.
If the speed rises above the setpoint value, for example, the current in coil 5 is smaller than in coil 6, whereby relay armature 10 tilts in a clockwise direction and contact 13 is closed. This starts the motor 3I and turns the contact arms of the counters TV. And IT 'clockwise.
until the balance of the currents in the relay D is restored and the Mo tor 1I comes to rest as a result of reducing the opposing position. By this rule arrangement so the position of the selector 1T'_ and U ', respectively. the switched load on the speed of the generator G depends. The higher the speed, the higher the load, whereby speed control and adaptation of the load to the performance of the turbine is achieved.
The two level selectors W. and <I> W, </I> work in such a way that the coarse selector TV, remains at the same level as long as W @ is between the contacts k ", k, <I>... </I> k "moves. However, found at T @ 1T. a transition from k "to k" takes place, a coarse step is added to W, whereby the contact arm 24 can temporarily or permanently touch two contact segments; at the same time, when moving from k 3 to k, nine fine steps are switched off.
The opposite takes place when contact arm 19 from k, to k "crosses by switching on nine fine levels and one coarse level off. The load is completely switched off when the contact arms on K" or. k "; it is a maximum when the contact arms are on K or k.
Using two level selectors with ten contacts each, ten contactors each for the coarse and fine levels, and 10 coarse and fine load resistors each, 99 even regulation levels can be obtained, which allows an approximately continuous speed control of the generator.
The sensitivity of the differential relay is appropriately adjusted; it should be large enough to enable the regulating device to work progressively; on the other hand, it must not be too high, otherwise oscillations could occur.
The remote control system according to Fig. 2 has the power source 37, 37, "the transmitter or transmitter potentiometer S, the receiver potentiometer E, the contact selector TV, and W.-" the reversing motor D2, the rectifier G "G2, G3 and G4, the changeover switch U and the control relays Ro, R ,, R2 <B> ... </B> The latter are only shown up to R., 4,
in reality there would be 99 relays corresponding to the 99 control operations.
The transmitter potentiometer S consists of a contact arm 38 with an adjusting knob 39, an adjusting scale 40 and a potentiometer resistor 41. The contact arm 38 is connected to the power source 37 via a rectifier G or Gz, control current indicator 42 and a switch U.
The ends of the resistor 41 are connected via a differential current indicator A to the long-distance line 43, 44, which are connected to the ends of the potentiometer resistor 52 via the excitation coils 45, 46 of the differential relay D at the receiving location. The differential relay D further has a pivotable about point 47 th armature 48 with between the fixed Kon clock. 50, 51 movable contact tongue 49. The contact arm 53 of the receiver potentiometer is connected on the one hand via rectifier G3 to the power source 37u and on the other hand via rectifier G4 to the contact arm of the contact selector W.
The reversing motor 11l controlled by the differential relay D drives the contact arm 56 of the selector WZ via a gear 54, 55, which in turn drives the contact arm 61 of the selector TV via gears 59, 60 at a rotational speed ten times lower. The contact arm 56 is connected to the power source 37u via slip ring 57 and brush 58, while contact arm 61 is connected to the rectifier G4 via slip ring 62 and brush 63.
The control contacts k "... k, of the selector WI are with the corresponding Erregspu len the control relay R". . . R ;, connected; At the same time, however, they are also connected to the relay coils RIO <B> ... </B> R ,; "R-10 <B> ... </B> R._ü etc.
The other ends of the relay coils are connected in groups of ten (R "... R @, R <B> ....... </B> R" <B> ETC) </B> and each have a control contact of the voter W connected. The group R ,. . . R, is with contact Ko, the group R ,,. . . R "connected to contact K, etc.
The contact arm of the selector W moves on the same contact segment as long as the contact arm of W @ moves between ko, k, and k ". When crossing from k to k, or vice versa, contact arm 61 changes from W, the contact segment, whereby only one segment is connected to your contact arm in the final control position.
The differential relay D, together with the two potentiometers S and L ', fulfills the same purpose - as described for FIG. 1, in the sense that the contact arm 53 is remotely controlled by the contact section 38. The armature 48 of the relay D is in turn in the central position when the currents in the coils 45, 46 are equally large.
If the currents are different from one another, the contact tongue 49 touches the contact 50 or 51, and the motor 31 runs in one sense or the other until the contact arm 53 on the potentiometer resistor 5? assumes a position in which the currents are equal. If the conal arm 38 is brought into position 11 (command no.l1), for example.
so the contact arm 53 runs automatically also in position 11, with the contact arm 61 of the selector TI ', on contact K, and contact arm 56 of the selector T1', on contact 1,:, zti are honinil (as shown).
Corresponding to the 99 control procedures, the transmitter S a.lich <B> 99 </B> on the scale 40 indicated setting options with assigned stencil notes. The differential relay D is sensitive enough to ensure an exact setting of the @ t'ühler <U> TV., </U>.
The built-in rectifiers (i ,. G2, G ;; and G., as well as the uniswitch Z- allow the internal setting of the selector as well as the remote control of the receiving relay via a double line 43, 44 zii. The following control example is intended to demonstrate the functions - wisely explain even better:
It is assumed that the transmitter S and the receiver E respectively. TTr, and TV ,, are in position (i, and command no. 11 is to be transmitted, that is, relay 1i "is to be switched on.
For this purpose, the switch Z 'is set up and the setting knob J9 Lezw. Contact arm 38 brought into position no.1l. With this setting, a current of <B> 37. </B> flows through U, G ,, 38, _4, 43, 45 (44, 46), 5 ?, 133, Gto 37 ,,. Rectifier G,

In order to pass a control command, it would then only be necessary to switch a switch assigned to the control command on and off.
The drive of the contact arm of the selector W, by the selector W = could be followed in Fig. 1 as well as in Fig. 2 in such a way that this is moved by leaps and bounds by a segment forwards or backwards when the contact arm of the selector TTT2 from 7c "to k" respectively. is adjusted from lco to k. This could be done, for example, by means of a gear 22, 23 (59, 60), as are common for spring roller counters.
The control device according to FIG. 2 works independently of the line resistance and also independently of the Kontaktwiderstän to the potentiometers S and E. With the control device described, 99 control operations can be carried out with two selectors with ten contacts each. The dialers only need to have small dimensions and can advantageously be housed concentrically in the same housing. For 99 control processes, only 20 connection lines lead into the voter housing, which is a particular advantage.
If, according to previous practice, one wanted to accommodate the 99 contacts along a single circular line with 99 positions of the contact arm, 100 connecting lines would have to be connected to the selector; the voter would then also have to be considerably larger.
