Fig. 6 zeigt die zuge hörige Seitenansicht.
Compression refrigeration machine. In the case of compression refrigeration machines, the compressor motor unit of which is enclosed in a pressure-tight capsule, it is known to dissipate the waste heat from the unit to the outside with the aid of a liquid coolant. For example, it is already known for such indirect cooling to use the refrigerant liquefied in the condenser to dissipate heat.
There are arrangements of this type be known in which the actual pressure-tight unit capsule another, on the other hand also pressure-tight jacket is placed around which leads the refrigerant used for cooling. In other known constructions, a coil has been built into the interior of the capsule, in which the liquid coolant used for cooling flows. The invention relates to a compression refrigeration machine, the encapsulated compressor motor unit of which is cooled indirectly.
The invention is characterized by an adjacent to the stator of the electric motor, provided within the capsule provided inner jacket, which forms a cavity with the capsule walls opposite it for receiving the liquid refrigerant used for direct cooling.
If the inner jacket is under the same pressure inside and outside, it has practically no pressure to endure. You therefore do not need to build this inner jacket stronger in this case than it corresponds to the mechanical requirements for receiving the machine to be cooled Ma. The compression refrigeration machine is preferably designed in such a way that the interior of the capsule and the cavity filled with the liquid refrigerant are under condenser pressure.
In one embodiment, the inner jacket is pot-shaped and has a collar with a larger diameter, which is pressed into a pot-shaped part of the pressure-tight capsule. This creates a press fit that keeps the inner jacket at an even distance from the capsule. The said collar of the inner jacket is dimensioned in such a way that it protrudes beyond the cup-shaped part of the capsule.
This inevitably results in good coverage of the welding point used for the final welding of the capsule, so that the welding heat can be prevented from penetrating the inner machine parts.
An undesirable shifting of liqs inside the machine, so for example the outflow of the lubricant from the capsule, is prevented in one embodiment by the fact that the condenser leading to the condenser line for the refrigerant opens into the capsule at such a point that the lubricating oil level is below this mouth in any machine position. The oil can never be removed from the capsule assigned to it, even if the refrigeration machine is in a correspondingly unfavorable position during transport by tilting it.
In order to prevent liquid refrigerant from penetrating into the interior of the capsule, in one embodiment the opening point of the pressure line in the condenser is placed in its central area and the refrigerant charge in the condenser is selected so that the level of the liquid refrigerant in the condenser is in any machine. is located below the named mouth. For example, the entire condenser volume can be selected to be more than twice as large as the contents of the named cavity, so that in every position of the cooling unit, the liquid refrigerant emerging from the cavity only fills part of the condenser.
without being able to get into the pressure line and thus into the interior of the actual compressor capsule.
In the drawing, Ausführungsbei are games of the subject invention provides Darge. 1 shows a longitudinal section through the encapsulated motor-compressor unit of the first example. Fig.? shows a second longitudinal section: with the float housing attached to the capsule. 3 shows a cross section through the part of the capsule receiving the compressor. FIGS. 5 and 6 show a front and side view of a further embodiment.
The unit according to FIGS. 1 to 4 is installed in a pressure-tight capsule which consists of an upper cup-shaped part 1 and a lower cover 2. These two parts are welded together along the weld seam 3.
In the cup-shaped part 1, an inner jacket 4 is pressed. This pot-shaped inner jacket has a collar 5 at its lower end, the diameter of which is greater than that of the remaining part of the inner jacket and which lies in the pot-shaped part 1 with a press fit in the manner shown in the figure. The collar of the inner jacket is.
arranged at the bottom of the capsule. in order to prevent the heat from damaging the motor unit, in particular the electric motor, when welding the cover on the capsule. The stator housing 7 with the stator 6 of the drive motor is pressed into the inner jacket. The inner jacket is therefore on the stator of the motor.
The stator housing 7 is made in one piece with the upper closing bar 8 of the compressor. This end cover is also designed as a bearing 9 for the shaft 10 of the rotor 11. With 12 the cylinder, with 13 the - # Välzl @ olben of the compressor. 14 is the lower end cap of the cylinder.
The drive shaft 1 5 has in the lower part and in the middle part lubricant channels 16 through which the oil filling the lower part of the capsule up to the liquid level 17 is fed to the lubrication points of the unit. By a strong spring 18, a plate 19 is pressed from below against the cover 14 ge, -odurcli the position of the unit is set within the capsule. Nit 20 are designated beads provided in the inner jacket 4, which engage in corresponding grooves in the stator housing 7 when pressed and thus prevent rotation of the stator countries.
A ball 21 prevents the drive shaft 10 from being pushed in the axial direction.
The refrigerant is sucked in through the suction line 22. It passes from the pressure side of the compressor into the chamber 23 and from there through the channel 24 into the interior of the capsule, which is enclosed by the jacket 4. In the middle area of this capsule interior opens the condenser leading to the line 25 for the refrigeration medium, which at 26 and 27 through the Man tel 4 and the capsule 1 passes. This line represents the outgoing pressure line to the condenser and the refrigerant takes the usual route from the compressor to the condenser and evaporator and back to the compressor.
The line 25 opens into the capsule at such a point that the lubricating oil level is below the mouth of this line even in any tilted position of the machine, so that the lubricating oil is reliably prevented from flowing out of the capsule. The volume of the lubricating oil filled into the capsule is therefore selected to be so large that it cannot penetrate into the pressure line 25 in any operating position. The jacket 4 forms a cavity 28 with the Kapselwan opposite it, which is filled with liquid refrigerant. This space is in connection with the air-cooled condenser of the machine through the connection line 29.
This capacitor consists of a U-shaped part 36 to which the cross tubes 30 are welded. The refrigerant is fed to this condenser through line 25 and the condensate flows back into space 28. The connection line 29 is selected to be so large that the refrigerant vapors developed as a result of the heat absorption in the space 28 can also rise up through this line to the condenser again in order to liquefy there again.
Through this alternating evaporation and condensation of the refrigerant, the waste heat from the machine is fed to the cooling surfaces of the condenser and the unit is indirectly cooled by the liquid refrigerant. The condensate required for refrigeration passes through a line 31 into a float housing 32 and is passed from there in the usual manner through a line 33 to the evaporator of the refrigeration machine not shown in the figure. The float housing 32 is firmly connected to the capsule 1 by a holder 34 a related party. The bushings through which the current is supplied to the drive motor are denoted by 35.
As can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 4, the opening point of the refrigerant line 25 is laid through the central area of the condenser 30, 36 and the refrigerant filling in the condenser is selected so that the level of the liquid refrigerant in the condenser is in any machine - Located below the point of opening of the line 25 in the condenser.
This prevents liquid refrigerant from entering the interior of the capsule. As can be seen from the drawing, this is achieved simply in that the inlet opening of the line 25 and the filling of the cold are selected in such a way that this does not occur in any dimensional position.
In the arrangement described, the compressor and the drive motor, ie the entire unit, are surrounded on all sides by liquid. In the lower part the unit is surrounded by the lubricating oil and in the upper part by the liquid refrigerant. In this way, you see a very effective damping of the noise originating from this machine part.
5 shows a compression refrigeration machine mounted on the rear of a household refrigerator. Fig. 6 shows the associated side view. The Kompres.sormoto.r- aggregate is built into a capsule, which consists of a cup-shaped part 41 and a cover 42. These two parts are firmly connected to one another along the weld seam 43.
With 44, the inner jacket is characterized, which divides the capsule so that a bell-shaped, liquid cold medium filled space 45 is separated from the actual internal space 46 of the capsule. In the space 46 is the drive motor 47 and the compressor 48. With 49 the bushings for the supply of the motor current are designated. The compressed refrigerant is pressed by the compressor through a line 50 to the condenser 51. This condenser consists of several horizontally lying tubes which are welded to two perpendicular tubes 52, 53, so that a uniform, rigid condenser structure results.
On the two side tubes 52 and 53 the R. return pipes 54, 55 are connected, which in turn are in open connection with the upper part 56 of the capsule. This upper part 56 of the capsule forms a steam dome for the refrigerant vapors developed in space 45 as a result of heat absorption. These vapors return to the condenser through lines 54 and 55 to be liquefied again there. At the bottom of the steam dome 56 is a collecting vessel 70, into which the refrigerant liquefied in the condenser passes through the lines 54, 55. The collecting vessel 70 is in open connection with the cavity 45 and the wall of the collecting vessel forms part of the capsule.
The valve 58 controlled by the float 57, which regulates the flow of refrigerant to the evaporator, is arranged in the collecting vessel 70. The float protrudes into the steam dome. The float valve is mounted on top of the cup-shaped inner jacket 44. From the valve, the liquid refrigerant then reaches through a line 59 to the evaporator, not shown in the figure. The space containing the unit is separated from the space containing the swimmer by the inner jacket 44. The refrigerant pipes 54 and 55 connected to the steam dome are rigid, so that the unit capsule is held by these pipes.
These tubes 54 and 55, which serve as holders, are, as can be seen in FIG. 6, connected to the upper part of the capsule, specifically to the part 56 of the capsule that has been displaced laterally from the capsule. Be special fastening devices for the unit capsule are not required in the arrangement shown. blan can use this holder for the machine capsule to advantage, in particular, when a two-pole single-phase AC motor that is directly coupled to the compressor is used as the drive motor of a piston compressor.
This type of machine is so easy to build that it is easy to suspend it directly on the condenser. The float has been removed from the inside of the steam dome.
