Description
Intercom amplifiers. The invention relates to a feedback circuit for generating a tone in an amplifier with negative feedback for intercom systems.
According to the invention, the amplifier has switching means which, when actuated, cause a phase change in the feedback voltage, so that the negative feedback changes into positive feedback and the amplifier fed back into one. Sound generated. In this way, a call signal or busy signal can be generated with simple, additional switching means.
In the figure, an example of the inventive design is shown. The normal negative feedback circuit with known advantages is set up in that the changeover switches U1, U2 are in the positions N1, N2 . In this case, the output A of the amplifier V connects the line L1 via the changeover switch U1, contact N1 to the line L2 and the line L3 via the changeover switch U2, contact < I> N2 electrically coupled with line L4.
The lines L2, L4 lead to a part of the amplifier input E which is not described in detail. In this position of the changeover switch U1, U2, the resistor W is short-circuited by the changeover switch U2 and therefore has no influence.
Will the two coupled changeover switches. U1, U2 mechanically, for example by means of a push button built into the amplifier housing, or electrically, for example by forming the contacts of a relay (not shown), moved into the positions B1, R2, so a phase change of the feedback voltage takes place the unspecified part of the amplification input. The L1 is connected to the input line L4 via the switch U1, contact B1,
and the output line L3 is connected to the input line L2 via the switch U2, contact R2. In this feedback circuit, in which the negative feedback changes into positive feedback, the amplifier generates a tone which can be used as a call or busy signal in intercom systems. In this position, the resistor W is the switch UI, U2 between the two lines L1, L3 and respectively. L2, L4 switched on.
This resistance limits the voltage, and by changing the size of this resistance you have a means of varying the degree of feedback and thus the volume of the tone.
