Hochspannungstransformator.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist nun ein Hochspannungstransformator mit einem zwi schen Ober- und Unterspannungswicklung an den Wicklungen praktisch ohne Zwischen raum anliegenden Isolierzylinder und wenig- stens einer,die Oberspannungswicklung gegen .das Joch iabs,chi;
High voltage transformer. The invention relates to a high-voltage transformer, which is equipped with a
on the windings practically without a gap. adjacent insulating cylinder and is equipped with at least one flange-shaped frontal insulation which shields the high-voltage winding against the yoke.
It has been proposed that the isollar cylinder lying between the windings be at least one of its ends by continuously expanding it apart into the flange-shaped,
Transfer the high-voltage winding shielding forehead insulation and the forehead. to be dimensioned in the axial direction so that it is a multiple of the radial wall thickness of the insulating cylinder,
thus violating a level of security previously unattainable with transformers. Excessive blows or breakthroughs in the insulation are guaranteed.
Such a transformer still has deficiencies insofar as the spreading of the insulating cylinder can seriously be started when the upper voltage winding is completely applied to the insulating cylinder,
as the high-voltage winding usually has to be provided with flange-shaped end insulation at both ends.
The production of the flansoh-shaped forehead insulation by spreading the insulating cylinder is relatively time-consuming, and once the insulation has been completed, individual, for example, damaged parts of the winding can no longer be replaced.
without destroying the forehead insulation.
The subject of the invention is a high-voltage transformer with an insulating cylinder between the upper and lower voltage winding on the windings practically without any space between them and at least one, the high-voltage winding against .das yoke iabs, chi;
Flat-shaped forehead insulation, in which the described deficiencies have been remedied in that, according to the invention, the flange-shaped forehead insulation is formed from a number of overlapping angle caps 6,
@dve inserted into the grooves of the insulating cylinder and for the formation of, opposite the wall: thickness of the Loh ore cylinder, reinforced flanges are separated by intermediate hoses made of insulating material on the front side, the whole thing for the purpose, long creepage distances and:
to be able to achieve thin oil routes between the high and low voltage winding. Exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in FIGS. 1 and. 2: the drawing is shown schematically. In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the high-voltage winding 1 and:
the low-voltage winding 2 directly on the insulating cylinder 3; the axial dimension 4 of the end insulation, which shields the high-voltage winding 1 from the yoke 5, is a multiple of the radial wall thickness 6 of the insulating cylinder 3.
In the space 7 between the yoke 5 and the undervoltage swieklung 2 there are slit and insulated metal lungs 8 which, in conjunction with the also insulated and slit protective ring 9, influence the field distribution. The insulating cylinder 3 has a number of grooves 10 at least at one end into which the frontal insulation is inserted.
The between. The creepage distance running above and below the voltage can be selected: by choosing the depth of these grooves and, thanks to a high number of grooves, of practically any length, so that there is no longer any risk of creep breakdowns. Furthermore, one can choose the ra.dia.l: e thickness of the grooves 10 so small that the specific:
The load-bearing capacity of such oil-filled grooves is slightly higher than that of a thick layer of oil. In practice, the extended strength is achieved with grooves whose thickness is approximately. 1 mm or less.
The production of such narrow and deep grooves at the end of the insulating cylinder is best done in such a way that it is wound up from two insulating tapes 11 and 12 of different widths. Man. but can also take two bands of equal width and! there, -:
i Reset the spell 12 by the depth of the groove compared to the tape 11 when it is rolled up together in the axial direction, if it is, oh, to Zyhuder with only one flange. Furthermore, in order to obtain as circular a cross-section as possible for the I, ol: ierzvlinder.
When the two tapes are wound up, their starting and end edges are shifted against one another in the direction of the winding so that only steps of the thickness of one tape are created. If necessary, 11a can be weakened by post-processing. This type of production is possible if the insulating cylinder is to be provided with front insulation at both ends or only at one end.
For the tapes, preference is given to: - using a high-quality insulating material such as Press- spa.n and the like.
The front insulation can be produced as a whole and lifted into the grooves of the insulating cylinder.
The frontal insulation can also be built up from strips 13 bent at an angle, which are lined up one after the other and inserted into the grooves of the insulating cylinder, as shown in FIG. 2 in section through the insulating cylinder along line 14 in Fig. 1 indicated. To form the opposite wall thickness 6 of the Isali:
ErzyEnder.s reinforced flanges are used on: the front side, insulated and appropriately ring-shaped Z-, vischen.stücl #: e 15. It is particularly advantageous to give all strips 13 the same width, thickness and length.
In order to allow easy end insulation in the axial direction, it is only necessary to ensure that the length of the ends of the strips to be inserted into the grooves is selected in comparison to the groove depth so that all Leave enough space for movement in the grooves in the axial direction. There.:
2 T, Tachpres @ en of the high voltage winding or the removal of individual parts of the same is then easy to accomplish. The thickness of the strips 13 is preferably slightly less than the thickness of the two bands 11 and 1 \ ?,
from which the insulating cylinder 3 is wound. For example, the strips 11 and 12 each consist of 0.5 mm thick press chip, while the strips 13, which may also consist of press chip, are only about 0.4 mm thick.
