Yisier device on a telescope for shooting purposes. Sighting telescopes are usually provided with a device with the help of which the image of the sighting means, which is visible together with the target in the eyepiece of the telescope system, can be moved out of its basic position in such a way that the angle corresponding to the difference between the basic position and the disengaged position is Represents the sight angle of the firearm. When moving the sight mark, the firing range can usually also be read off on a firing range scale directly in the field of vision of the device.
which corresponds to the sight angle of the weapon. Because this angle is not only due to the distance of the target and the ballistic properties of the weapon. but is also due to the ammunition, so for the purpose of forming a universal telescope it is necessary to arrange a group of scales for the different types of ammunition in the field of view of the telescope. Such an arrangement, however, reduces the visibility in the center of the field of view through which the target must be observed, or the readability of the individual scales is also impaired.
The subject matter of the present invention is a sighting device on a telescope for shooting purposes with mutually adjustable plates arranged in the image plane of the telescope and provided with sighting and firing range marks, in which, according to the invention, the sighting and firing range plates are inevitably linked to each other and with are connected to a rotatable adjustment element for the firing range,
wherein the firing range plate is provided with at least one firing range scale and the sight plate is provided with at least one indicator mark for displaying the firing range on this scale.
The above-mentioned disadvantages can then be largely eliminated by arranging the firing range scales concentrically on the circumference of the field of vision, so that the sighting mark is located solely in the center of the field of vision.
In such a simple and easily producible constructive Ausfüh approximate form of the sighting device according to the present invention, the mutual positive connection of the rotatable and displaceable member is advantageously solved, whereby the possibility of a more precise reading of the firing range is achieved at the same time, - since it is possible to distance between the marginal values of the scale and thus between the individual sub-lines by means of suitable arrangement within wide limits.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject invention is shown. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a sighting device on the telescope of a firearm, FIG. 2 shows a cross section through this telescope in the plane A-A respectively. in plane B-B when looking at the visor plate,
3 shows a rotatable plate with two firing range scales on a larger scale, and FIG. 4 shows a displaceable plate with the sight mark and two display marks for the firing range scales on a larger scale.
As illustrated in Fig. 1 and 2, an extension piece 2 is mounted in the tube 1 of the telescope, which secures ge by a nut 3 and is provided with a thread for adjustable storage of the eyepiece tube 4 for the optical elements of the eyepiece 0. On the eyepiece tube 4 a diopter scale 5 is provided and a rubber eyepiece 6 is pushed. In the bearing surfaces of the non-rotatable extension piece 2 of the telescope tube, a mount 7 is rotatably mounted, which is secured against axial displacement by a nut 8.
In this version 7 is a glass plate 9 (Fig. 3) with various NEN shooting range scales 10 and 11 net angeord. At the non-rotatable attachment piece 2 guides 12 and 13 are attached by means of screws, between which a socket 14 is slidably mounted.
In this version 14, a glass plate 15 (Fig. 4-) is arranged, which is provided with a sighting mark 16 and indicator marks 17 and 18, with which indicator marks the relevant firing range with the help of, for example, hectometrically divided range scales 10, 11 is set. Depending on the ammunition used, the associated scale is read with the corresponding indicator mark.
The images on the two sight plates 9 and 15 are in the image plane of the eyepiece. that is located at the focal length f from the main point of the eyepiece.
A ring 19 is rotatably mounted on the outer circumference of the extension piece 2 and is grooved on the circumference and secured against axial displacement by a nut 20. On the inner end face of this ring 19 an eccentric groove 21 is provided which is used to move the sleeve 14 with the help of a pin 22 which is ver slidable in a cutout 23 of the non-rotatable extension piece 2. The ring 1.9 is provided with a cutout for mounting an extension 24 which is arranged on the mount 7 and can perform a half turn.
since the extension piece 2 is provided with an associated cutout for the displacement of the extension 24. When the ring 19 is rotated, the pin moves on the one hand. \? 2) and thus also the socket 14 with the glass plate 15 and the sight mark 16 up and up respectively. down, and with the help of the extension 24 the mount 7 and thus also the plate 9 with the Sehussweitcka.len 10 and 11 is inevitably rotated at the same time,
on which by means of the display marks provided on the glass plate 15 respectively 17 18 the corresponding firing range can be read.
In a modification of the illustrated and described embodiment, for example, the eccentrically arranged circular groove 21 could, among other things. a curve or a spiral groove can be replaced, or translation elements could be arranged between the movement organs for the purpose of increasing the reading accuracy and the like.
