Mechanische Verriegelung an motorbetätigten Schaltern.
Mechanical interlock on motor-operated switches. The present invention relates to a mechanical lock on motorbetätig th switches with trip relays, in particular motor contactors with zero voltage tripping. In particular, it has set itself the task of creating a lock which can be triggered with low forces even in the case of switches with greater power. This makes it possible to trigger the trip using small auxiliary relays with low power consumption.
This is particularly important for switches with zero-voltage relays: because they are constantly energized while the switch is on.
The lock is characterized according to the invention in that a pawl, which is articulated to the movable switch part, slides during the switching-on process on a drive plate provided with notches on the circumference and always driven in the same direction by the motor and is swiveled into a notch by spring force and taken along and the switch counteracts the force of a spring is closed, while a second, with the first pawl and the movable part of the releasing relay in operative connection pawl prevents the first slipping out of the gerbe, or the triggering of the switch as long as the relay is energized.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the invention, namely: Fig. 1 is an elevation of a lock of a motor contactor with associated releasing relay, while Fig. 2 shows a plan view of this device Einrich.
On the switch base plate 1, two bearing blocks 2 and a are mounted, in which the axis 4 of the movable switch part is mounted. On the axis 4 a square shaft 5 is attached, over wel surface an insulating tube 6 is pushed, which serves as a carrier of the contact fingers 7. The pawl carrier 8, which serves as a bearing for the pawls 9 and 10 and on which one on the base plate 1 and 1, respectively, sits firmly on the axle 4. at the elbow 12 be strengthened, the disconnection of the switch be acting tension spring 11 attacks.
On the switch axis 4, the drive plate 13 is rotatably seated, which is provided with four semicircular notches 14 on the circumference and has a gear 15 attached to the hub, via which the disc 13 is always driven in the same direction by a motor, not shown. The pawl 9 is pivotable about the axis 6 and has a roller 18 running on the axis 17, which engages in the notches 14 of the drive plate and can be slid through the cut of the pawl 10 in this position. The pawl 10 is pivotably mounted about the axis 19 and is pulled against the roller 18 by a tension spring 21 fastened to the pin 20 and to the axis 17.
At the same time, the spring 21 also exerts a torque on the pawl 9, which presses the roller 18 against the driver disk. The pawl 10 also has an elongated lever arm 22 which cooperates with the movable part of a zero voltage relay.
The relay consists of the core 23, the coil 24 connected to the control voltage and the magnet armature 26 pivoted about the axis 25. In the energized state of the relay, the armature is attracted, while in the de-energized state it is lifted by the spring 27 and thereby the on the armature fixed roller 28 against lever arm 22 is pressed.
The operation of the switch, respectively. the latching is as follows: In the position shown of the latching, the switch is in the on position, the movable contacts 7 rest on the mating contacts 29, and the drive motor, not shown, is in the rest position while the zero voltage relay is energized . The spring 11 is in the tensioned state, and the switch is prevented from being triggered by the pawl 9 engaging in the drive plate.
The disk 13 in turn is inhibited from rotating backwards by the motor gearbox.
As long as the zero voltage relay is energized, the roller 17 is held by the fork of the pawl 10 in the notch of the drive plate, by virtue of the tensile force of the spring 21, which gives the lever 1.0 a torque about the axis 19 clockwise and at the same time the roller 18 into the notch. If the relay is de-energized, be it by pressing a push button or by lowering the voltage, the roller 28 presses against the lever 22 and pivots the fork of the pawl 10 and thus the roller 18 outward so far that it slips out of the notch 14 able.
As a result, the movable switch part is rotated by virtue of the tensile force of the spring 11 about the axis 4 until the pawl carrier 8 comes to rest on the angle piece 12 and the contacts 7 th from the fixed Kontak 29 are lifted. To turn off ge is enough a very small pressure on the lever arm 22, whereby the use of a relay of low power is made possible. This low disconnection force results from the fact that the straight connecting line between the centers of the axes 16 and 17 is approximately tangential to the periphery of the driver disk 13 and that the direction of movement of the fork of the pawl 10 is perpendicular to that of the roller 18.
To turn on the switch, the relay and the drive motor, not shown, are energized, as a result of which the roller 28 is lifted off the lever 22 and the driver disk 13 is set in rotation in the counterclockwise direction. After the driver disk has performed a certain partial rotation, the roller 18 is drawn into the next notch and thereby the movable switch part is entrained with simultaneous tensioning of the spring 11. After the switch contacts are closed, the motor is activated by an auxiliary contact (not shown) switched off automatically.
The pawls are then back in the position shown. The drive plate therefore executes a quarter turn per shift according to the four notches.
The not engaged with the pawl notches of the drive plate can nen to control auxiliary contacts, eg. B. for switching the drive motor on and off.
