Fig. 1 zeigt das Schaltschema einer Aus löseanordnung.
Fig. 2 zeigt eine solche Anordnung mit Tauchspule.
Device for quick release of electrical switching devices. The invention relates to the field of high-voltage electrical systems and associated control devices. It is intended to be a significant reduction in the tripping time of switching devices, calculated from the issuing of commands to the termination of the arc extinguishing in the switching device. For this time, up to approx. 12 half-waves at normal operating frequency, ie approx. 0.12 seconds, are required for extra-high voltage switches.
A significant part of this is due to the time it takes for the switch to reach the position in which the arc goes out after releasing the movable switching element. With today's switch designs, this part of the tripping time can only be reduced with difficulty.
For the time from the issuing of the command to the occurrence of the movement of the power switch, about 4 half-waves are generally required at normal operating frequency, that is to say about 0.04 seconds. A large part of this time is required to operate the gear ratios and intermediate force accumulators on the switch that were previously needed to maintain the holding forces of a switch with a relatively low power of the order of 100 watts, which is often of the order of magnitude several 1000 kg are to be able to solve.
One could now think of simplifying the mechanical latching devices on the switch in order to save time and providing a trigger with a correspondingly increased power consumption. However, this encounters considerable difficulties, since the relay contacts, with the help of which the release are controlled, are no longer able to switch such power conditions; because, as is well known, such control devices, as used in selective protection devices, are necessarily extremely fine and sensitive.
In addition, an increase in the power consumption of a tripping electromagnet would generally also result in an increase in the time constant of the current circuit of the electromagnet coil.
The aforementioned disadvantages can be eliminated according to the invention by a device for quick release of electrical Schalteinrich lines, in which a command is given before the release of the release command, which has the creation of a control conductor surrounding magnetic field, the triggering of the switch by a current sent into this control head when submitting the Ausführungskom mandos is brought about, whereby the conductor is electrodynamically influenced. This considerably shortens the time from the issuing of the command to the start of the movement of the release device.
If necessary, the triggering arrangement can also be designed in the manner of a dynamometer, the excitation field being variable as a function of one or more decisive influencing variables. Here, too, there is the advantage that the time required to build up the exciter field is not lost for the triggering process because the exciter field is already switched on when the pre-command is issued.
In the following the invention with reference to the drawing, which represents an embodiment of the subject invention, ben described and explained.
Fig. 1 shows the circuit diagram of an off release arrangement.
1, 2 are contacts which are activated as a pre-command by a selective protection relay before the actual execution command, regardless of whether the execution command is issued at all or not. Contacts 1, 2 are closed as soon as the selective protection relay starts to operate. 3 is the contact of the selective protection relay that issues the execution command.
M is the electromagnet of a dynamometrically acting release, C is a capacitor, L is a movably arranged conductor, which represents the "anchor" of the release. The conductor L is expediently wound up in the form of a coil. One possible embodiment of the trigger is shown in FIG. 2 by itself.
By the pre-command by means of the contacts 1, 2, the electromagnet M and the capacitor C are connected to the control voltage, which is for example 220 volts. The electromagnet M is thus excited and the capacitor C - charged via charging resistors R, which can be formed by the line resistance.
As soon as the execution command is given by means of the contact 3, the capacitor C discharges to the coil L. The capacitor is dimensioned so that it briefly provides a relatively high power for actuating the trigger available, as it is with the same The magnitude of current and voltage through the sensitive contacts of selective protection relays could not be switched. The command contact 3 does not need to be excessively stressed by this, however, since the discharge current of the capacitor only rises after the circuit is closed and has decayed before the contact 3 opens, so that the contact is opened without current.
In order to avoid damage to contact 3, which could occur when switching on as a result of the extraordinarily rapid increase in the discharge current and as a result of any contact bruises, an iron choke (with special iron, especially nickel iron) saturated even with small currents can be used. put in the circuit, the inductance of which is negligibly low after reaching the saturation state and which initially flattens the current curve in a certain, extremely short period of time after switching on, until the sensitive relay contact certainly no longer flutters.
The discharge process of the capacitor via the coil L should be as vibration-free as possible, i.e. aperiodic, because the energy conversion is then the fastest. To achieve this, the resistance of the resonant circuit formed by the capacitor C and the coil L - if necessary by arranging an additional resistor R '- is to be dimensioned accordingly.
Fig. 3 shows schematically (qualitatively) the desired time course of the current in the oscillating circuit. At time 0 the command contact is closed. The discharge current of the capacitor then initially takes for a short time (approx. 0.001 sec.), During which the command contact can be expected to flutter, a strongly flattened course until the throttle D is saturated; then it rises steeply and then decays aperiodically.
The discharge time should be as short as possible. For this purpose, the self-induction coefficient of the coil L should be selected as small as possible. Although the force of the trigger should be as great as possible, it is therefore advantageous in an arrangement according to the invention to make the coil iron-free. For the same reason, it is advisable to give the coil as few turns as possible and, instead, to give it a larger diameter and to dimension the air gap as large as possible. Besides .. the field strength in the air gap is to be selected as high as possible; this allows the wire length and thus the self-induction coefficient to be reduced.
The trigger itself consists of a dynamometer rotating or diving coil, which is arranged movably in the field of a temporally pre-excited electric magnet.
Fig. 2 shows such an arrangement with a moving coil. The electromagnet consists of a cup-shaped part 10 and a core body 11 which is fixedly arranged therein and on which the winding M is arranged. In the annular gap 12 between the parts 10 and 11 is located in the axially movable plunger coil 13, which has a mass at the front. After the electromagnet 10, 11 has been excited, it is moved in the direction of the arrow as soon as the current flows through it.
After a certain small start-up stroke, during which the capacitor current flows through the coil, it triggers.
It has been found that triggering forces that are so strong can be achieved in this way that the mechanism (translations, intermediate energy storage) otherwise required between the trigger and the energy storage mechanism of the switch can be significantly simplified, which in turn saves time.
