Description
Nesserkörper für Fleischkutter. Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Mes:serkärper für F'leis,chkutter mit auswechselbaren und gegen.- den Boden einer Kuttemsehüs:sel nachsstellbaren Messerblättern.
Gemäss Erfindung ist der Messerkörper dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er in einer Schnittebene eine Vielzahl von radialen Boh rungen besitzt, die zur Aufnahme und Füh- rung der Angel des zugehörigen Messer blattes ,dienen, wobei Mittel zurr Sicherung der Angel in der ,Sahnittstellung,
des Messers mit der Bohrung vorgesehen sind, dass. Ganze derart,,dass ,das Messer gegenübeT der Kutter schüssel verstellt werden kann.
Die Angel des Messe@rblattes kann mit einer Längsnut versehen sek, in welche eine :in. :den Messer- kö,rper eingeschraubte StellechTaube eingrei fen kann.
Es könnte aber auch zwecks Aufnahme einer mit Gewinde versehenen Angel .des Messerblattes die Bohrung des Messerkörpers mit Gewinde versehen sein und eine auf ,die Angel surfzusahrauben@de, aussen konisch ge- staltele, mit versehene Mutter vorgesehen sein, die in eine entsprechend koxds,
ch gestaltete Ausnehmung des Messer körpers eindringt.
Schliesslich kann die Bauart des Messer körpers auch so getroffen, sein, dass der Mes - s:erkörper @durch die Messerwelle .des Fleisch kutters selbst gebildet wird.
Mit diesem Messerkörper wind der Vor teil erreicht, dass sämtliche in einer Ebene liegende Messerblätter nach ihrer Abnutzung infolge Nachschleifens unabhängig vonein- ander jedes für sich zum innern Umfang ,der K@uttterschwssel in normal-en @S@ehnittabstand nachgestellt werden können.
Durch die Erfindung ist es ferner mög lich, eine Vielzahl Ader Messerblätter in Serien hintereinanderliegend anzuordnen, und zwar .derart, dass isichdiese Messerblattsernen ent weder .decken oder zueinander versetzt stehen.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind mehrere Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfiu:- dungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Messerkörper für drei Mes- serblätter in einer Schnittebene in, Seiten- ansieht in teilweisem .Schnitt.
Fig. 2 ist ein Querschnitt nach Linie 2\2 der Fig. 1.
Fig. 3 zeigt den Messerkörper gemäss Fig. 1 in veränderter Ausführung in Stirn ansicht.
Fig. 4 ist ein Grundriss zu F'ig. 3.
Fig. 5 zeigt einen Messerkörper mit sechs Messerblättern in einer Schnittebene in Stirn ansieht.
Fig. 6 ist ein Grundriss der Fig. 5 in dop pelter Anordnung der Messerblattserie. Die Fig. 7 und 8 zeigen den;
Messerkörper als Messerwelle ausgebildet in Stirn- bezw. Seitenansicht. Die Fig. 9 und 10 zeigen im Querschnitt bezw. Endansicht eine andere Art der Ver# bindung der Messerblattangel mit dem Mes- serkö rpeir.
Der Messerkörper 1 trägt die Messerblät ter 2 und ist mit einer Bohrung 3 zum Auf- setzen: auf die Messerwelle eines Fleischkut- ters versehen, um von der Seite her auf diese aufgeschoben zu werden.
Bei der in Fig: 3 gezeigten Variante ist der Messerkörper 1 mit einer Ausnehmung 4 (Fig. 3) versehen, um in senkrechter Richtung auf die Messer welle des Fleis-chkuttens aufgesetzt und durch eine auf dieser verschTaubbare Mutter fest- gelegt zu werden.
In besonderer Ausführung, kann: der Messerkörper, wie z. B. aus den Fig. 7, 8 und @9, 10 ersichtlich ist, auch mit der Messerwelle 5 aus einem einzigen Stück bestehen.
In :den Ausführungsformen nach den Fig. 1 biss 8 besitzt der Messerkörper 1 in der Schnittebene @deT Messerblätter 2 an sei nem Umfang radiale Ansätze @6 für gleich- gerichtete Bohrungen 7,
die zur Aufnahme und Führung der Angel 8 des Messerblattes 2 :dienen. Dhe Angel 8 hat eine Nut 9, in welche :
das freie Ende 10 einer in den zuge- hörigen Ansatz 6 eingeschraubten @Stell- .schraube 11 eindringen kann, um das Mes serblatt 2 in seiner Bohrung 7 -gegen Ver schiebung und Verdrehung zu sichern.
Bei der Ausführung nach den Fig. 9 und 10, nach welcher Messerwelle 5 und Messer- körper ebenfalls ein Stück bilden, ;
indem die Welle 5 an der Einbaustelle der Me6serblät- te@r 2 mit einem Bund 1'2 für die radialen Bohrungen 7 versehen ist, erfolgt die Befesti- gung und Sicherung der Messerangeln @8 mit- Wo Gewinde in,
der Bohrung 7 und auf der Angel B. Zurr Sicherung des Messerblattes 2 in seiner Schnittstellung dient hier eine Mut- ter 15.
Diese besitzt einen Konus 14, der mit Längsschlitzen 16 versehen ist und mit diesem in eine endsprechend konische Aus- nehmung <B>17</B> des Messerkörpers 5, 12 hinein- passt,
um durch Verschraubender Mutter 15 auf der Angel 8 des Meeserblatttes 2 fest geklemmt zu werden.
In besonderer Ausführung können, wie dies z. B. aus der Fi,g. 6 ersichtlich ist,
auf der Messerwelle eines Messerkörpers für Fleischkutter mehrere Serien von Messerblät- teTrn 2 neben- bezw. hintereinander ange- bra-oht werden, wobei die Lagerung der Serien zueinander entweder so;
wie dies Fig. 6 zeigt, sich ,gegenseitig decken, oder aber so, wie dies in F'ig. 5 strichpunktiert angedeutet ist, zueinander versetzt erfolgen kann. Dabei kann die Form der Meeserblät- ter selbst jede beliebige sein.
