Radiatoren <I>Ra</I> des Ge bäudes.

<tb> Die <SEP> beiden <SEP> Aussenthermostaten <SEP> <I>TR</I> <SEP> und
<tb> TR' <SEP> erzeugen <SEP> wetterabhängige <SEP> Stromim pulse,
Es werden also durch die be treffenden Kontakte tr,, trz über die Impuls relais<I>J, J'</I> und deren Kontakte<I>i</I> und<I>i'</I> wetterabhängige Stromimpulse auf die Heiz- wicklungen b,,
b2 des Differenzrelais<I>TU</I> übertragen.
Hierdurch ist der Stromkreis A, lt" 5 Kontakt rat, <I>k',</I> urx', "Auf"-Draht des Ven tils Vp, B geschlossen.

<SEP> Im

<tb> zumacht, <SEP> wodurch <SEP> das <SEP> Beimischrohr <SEP> BII <SEP> zum

<tb> wiedür <SEP> in <SEP> 3fittclstellung.
<tb> Vc;
i-langt <SEP> also <SEP> der <SEP> Aussenthermostat <SEP> <I>TR'</I>
<tb> für <SEP> den <SEP> Strang <SEP> I <SEP> mehr <SEP> Wärme, <SEP> so <SEP> öffnet <SEP> der
<tb> entsprechende <SEP> Anlegethermostat <SEP> <I>TA'</I> <SEP> das Ventil Yp entsprechend mehr.
In diesem Falle kom men selbstverständlich keine Impulse in Frage, sondern nur veränderliche Spannun- gen bezw. veränderliche 'Widerstände.
Licensing with automatic regulation of the room temperature of buildings. The invention relates to heating devices with automatic control of the room temperature of buildings and relates to a control system of the aforementioned. Type with at least two separately adjustable heating lines. Each line should be regulated according to the weather conditions that affect the part of the building in question.
The invention consists essentially in that an outside thermostat and a contact thermostat are assigned to each heating section and the heat source of the heating system is always controlled automatically by the contact thermostat whose associated outside thermostat requires the most heat from all the outside thermostats.
The drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely: FIG. 1 shows the floor plan of a building which is divided into two heating groups, each with a branch I or II is subdivided, and FIG. 2 illustrates a corresponding control system for line I and line 1I of the heating system.
The exemplary embodiment is an automatic temperature control system in which the temperature is not controlled according to the room temperature, but depending on the cooling conditions of the heated building, i.e. according to its heat losses, which is not only controlled by the outside temperature, but also to a great extent Mass also depend on the wind strength, solar radiation, humidity, etc.
The control system according to the present example works according to the principle in such a way that flow contact thermostats, which control the actuating elements of the building heating formed by motorized valves, are arranged outside the building and act as heat loss measuring devices, depending on the Weather conditions can be adjusted. This adjustment is carried out electrically, in such a way that the temperature of the heating medium depends on the heat losses in the building, and is higher when it cools down significantly and lower when it cools down slightly.
In Fig. 1, the north-west line I corresponds to the outside thermostat TR 'and the south-east line II corresponds to the outside thermostat TR.
According to the embodiment of FIG. 2, the two strands I and 1I are fed by a heat source formed by a heat converter TYU (hot water or steam). On the primary side, the heat converter has a heating coil <B> Sch </B> with flow PY and return <I> PR. </I> The motor valve Yp controlling the heat source W IT is arranged in the flow PY.
The north-west line I and the south-east line TI lead on the secondary side of the heat converter WIT via the flow collector YS to the correspondingly connected radiators and / or. Radiators <I> Ra </I> of the building.
They both flow into the return collector RS. From there, the return leads via the circulation pump P to the heat converter WU. Two admixing channels are branched off from the return R, of which BI leads to the northwest branch I and Btt to the southeast branch 1I.
The motor valves <I> Y </I> and <I> Y '</I> are arranged at the' 'confluence of the two admixing channels in the corresponding lines. The contact thermostat <I> TA '</I> is also arranged on the flow of strand I and the contact thermostat <I> TA </I> is arranged on the flow of strand I.
The contact thermostat <I> TA '</I> is connected to the heating circuit of the outside thermostat TR' for line I and the contact thermostat <I> TA </I> is connected to the heating circuit of the outside thermostat TR for line 1I. The two outside thermostats TR and TR 'are connected to a thermal differential relay TU in the manner described below.

<tb> The <SEP> two <SEP> outdoor thermostats <SEP> <I> TR </I> <SEP> and

<SEP> the <SEP> under <SEP> other <SEP> also <SEP> via <SEP> the <SEP> pulse relays <I> J </I> and <B> J </B>. The two Heating coils b, ', b2' of the differential relay. TU can be supplied, with the two heating coils serving as pulse storage.
The basic interaction of the outside thermostats TR respectively. TR 'with the associated strap-on thermostats <I> TA </I> and <I> TA' </I> in connection with the control element is as follows.
The outside thermostats respectively. Heat loss meters TR, TR 'are essentially small images of the heated building, consisting of a chamber in which an electrical auxiliary heater Tr, respectively. Tr2 and a temperature sensor, e.g. B. a Bimet.allkontakt tr, respectively. tr, be find.
According to its setting in the chamber, the temperature sensor maintains the same temperature as desired in the building by switching the electrical auxiliary heating on and off. However, the weather conditions affect the heat losses in this chamber in the same way as that of the building. The greater these heat losses, the longer the electrical auxiliary heating must remain switched on by the sensor in order to keep the temperature of the chamber at the desired level.
These external thermostats control with their contacts tr, respectively. tr.- a heating resistor ta, respectively. ta, 'in the corresponding contact thermostats <I> TA </I> resp. <I> TA '</I> in such a way that the heating windings of the contact thermostats are always switched on when the auxiliary heating of the outside thermostats is switched off. In this way, the contact thermostats maintain a medium level of heating that is inversely proportional to the heat losses in the external thermostats.
The larger the latter, the less the contact thermostats are heated.
The strap-on thermostats are now influenced by the flow temperature as well as by their heating resistance (by impulses from the outside thermostat). The effect of this is that the flow temperature must be higher the shorter the switch-on times of this heating resistor or the greater the heat losses in the outdoor thermostat so that the strap-on thermostat can be switched off or switched off. Switching is coming.
The contact thermostats in turn issue the corresponding actuating organs of the building heating, d. H. in the present case the valves Yp respectively. Y and V ', pulses in such a way that the resulting valve position is always the heat loss of the outside thermostat TB respectively. TR 'corresponds.
There. the heat loss of the outside thermostat is a measure. for the heat losses of the building itself, the heat supply of the building heating is influenced in this way in such a way that it changes in the sense of the heat losses of the building. This means that a constant temperature inside the building can be achieved in all practically occurring cooling conditions.
It is now assumed to explain the effect in detail according to the present example that at the time under consideration, the north-west, line I requires more heat than before, while the heat demand of the south-east line II remains the same.
When the line switch H is closed, the outside thermostats TR, TR 'are switched on in a known manner via the supply transformers <I> TL </I> and <I> TL' </I>. By means of their temperature-sensitive contacts tr ,, tr2, both outdoor thermostats send out impulses according to a diagram in which the ratio of switch-on plus switch-off time to switch-on time is greater, the more the thermostat has cooled down.
As the switched-on position of the contacts t, .sei the one in which the contacts are laid down (Fig. 2) in wel cher. The relevant contacts tr ,, trz via the pulse relays <I> J, J '</I> and their contacts <I> i </I> and <I> i' </I> result in weather-dependent current pulses on the heating windings b ,,
b2 of the differential relay <I> TU </I>. Since, according to the above assumption, the external thermostat TR 'corresponding to line I requires more heat than the thermostat TR for line II, the heating winding b' has caused contact t "to tilt on its side as a result of the longer switch-on pulses (Fig. 2) where U is excited by the changeover relay and, through its switch position, through its contact U2> closes the circuit to the changeover relay UR,
but the one to the switchover relay <I> UR '</I> interrupts with its contact UI and also puts the "open" wire of the mixing valve Y' on voltage, whereby this moves into the open position in which the Vor run of strand I is released and the mixing pipe BI is closed.
Because the changeover relay 1TR has been energized, the mixing valve Y is controlled via the relays TV, K by the contact thermostat Tzl, while the switch-over relay 11R 'drops out, the control valve Up via the relays IV', <I> K '</ I > is controlled by the contact thermostat TA '.
The application thermostat <I> TA '</I> causes the necessary heat supply to the heat converter fVU and therewith to line I by controlling the valve 1'p, while the application thermostat TA of line II, which is connected to valve T. <B> '</B> is switched on, this z. B. on admixture through the channel BI controls.
The mentioned control of the valve TTp on the one hand by the thermostat <I> TA '</I> and the valve Y on the other hand by the thermostat TA proceeds as follows: The switch <I> tu </I> has the contacts U " u ;, of the relay <I> U </I> interrupted the circuit to the relay <I> UR '</I> and its contacts atr,', ury 'on the connection with the valve <I> Up </ I > put down.
The contact thermostat Tzt 'switches its contact td to k' (since string I requires heat) so that the relay <I> K '</I> responds and closes its contact <I> k' </I>. As a result, the circuit A, lt "5 contact rat, <I> k ', </I> urx'," open "wire of the valve Vp, B is closed.
The valve Yp is opened until the contact t "'goes back to its middle position and -thereby interrupts the above-mentioned circuit via the relay K', so that the valve Up-remains in any intermediate position.
This process is repeated due to the energized relay K 'respectively. TU 'short-circuited or switched-on hold-in resistors, possibly several times, as a result of which the heating winding ta'1 in the thermostat <I> TA' </I> emits more or less heat and thus thermally returns the center contact ta '.
With regard to the switching of the strap-on thermostat <I> TA </I> to valve V almost simultaneously with the above processes, it should be mentioned that the switch

<tb> corresponding <SEP> contact thermostat <SEP> <I> TA '</I> <SEP> the valve Yp correspondingly more. At the same time, the valve <B> '</B> remains open in the flow and closes the mixing pipe BI, while valve Y in the flow is closed according to the heat demand and the connection between line II and mixing pipe <B> BI, </ B> opens accordingly.
If the south-east branch II needs more heat, while branch I should remain the same, the switching is analogously reversed. In the event that both outdoor thermostats require the same amount of heat, i.e. the ratio of switch-on to switch-off time is the same for both, this has the effect that on the one hand the contact thermostats <I> TA </I> and < I> TA '</I> regulate to pale temperatures and on the other hand the two heating coils b "',
b2 'of the differential relay TLT receive the same average heating power. The contact t, 1 is set so that it can close contact both to the left and to the right. Since he has a momentary circuit that excludes the taking of a middle position, contact is possible both to the left and to the right, but this is irrelevant in the assumed case, since both strands should receive the same amount of heat; thus the valve Yp can be controlled from <I> TA </I> as well as from <I> TA '</I>.
Since experience has shown that with two separately regulated admixtures, it cannot be avoided that a point in time can occur at which both valves Y and F 'are closed, e.g. B. when changing from day to night program, there would be the risk of overcooking if the heat transducer was also separately regulated, since with heat transducers, due to their small time constant, boiling over occurs within a few minutes with the smallest excess amount of heat in relation to the heat consumption can.
With the device described above, this risk is made impossible by the inevitable opening of the valve of the line directly supplied by the converter.
In the scheme of FIG. 2, two night programs are provided that can be preselected with the scarf ier N1 '.
If the switch NY is in the RH position, when the 'contact d' closes the timer S which switches on the night program, the relay N 'is energized, causing the auxiliary heaters Tr,', Tr. ' the external thermostats TR and TR 'switched on - earth.
As a result, the current pulses that are delivered to the strap-on thermostats <I> TA </I> and TA 'change in such a way that the; The heat flow through the valves Yp and Y or Yp and Y 'also depends on the weather, but becomes smaller than in the same weather during the day.
If switch NY is in the "off" position, relay N is energized at night. The latter. With its contact n, interrupts the circuit to the supply transformers <I> TL </I> and <I> TL '</I> and with -its contact n, to .valves Y and Y'. These remain in the position just paused while the valve Yp is closed.
The switch on the timer bridges the night program switch d over the weekend, so that heating is reduced or not at all during the day.
While switch F1 (Fig. 2) is constantly switched on in the heated position <I> lt, </I> h in winter, it is switched to contact h, ', h.! In summer. knocked down. As a result, the circuit A, "closed" wire of the valve Yp, <I> B, </I> is closed, whereby the valve 1 = 'P is closed.
Instead of the thermal differential relay shown in the embodiment of FIG. 2, other relays or means can be used, such as. B. voltage-dependent motors and relays, against running synchronous motors, etc., the one. Operate mechanical overhaul gear or variable resistors.
The thermal differential relay <I> TU </I> can also be controlled by the external thermostats TR, TR 'in such a way that the heating windings bi and b2 of the differential relay <I> TU </I> have pulses of the same duration, but different, -Amplitude, he hold, contrary to the embodiment, in which more or less long pulses, but the same amplitude, are used.
On the other hand, the heating windings bi and b2 can be arranged in the diabonal branches of bridge circuits, the branches of which contain the two external thermostats TR and Tf.
In this case, of course, no impulses come into question, but only variable voltages or. variable 'resistances. In Fig. 3, a circuit for alternating current is shown, from which it can be seen how each external thermostat with a heating winding 'n series is connected, while Fig. 4 shows a bridge circuit for direct current,
at which in the diagonal line the relay t? which takes over the function of the differential relay <I> TU </I>.
The valves Yp, V and <I> Y '</I> do not need to be motorized valves, as has been shown in the drawing, but other types of organs for regulating the supply of heat can also be used. -control, such as B. Contactors, automatic switchgear, motor switchgear, fresh air dampers, throttle valves, relays for automatic firing, etc.
