Gespanntes Zugorgan.
Das Band oder der Faden durchläuft in glattem Zuge ohne Unterbrechung den Federungskörper; 2. die MIsse des Federungskörpers ist im Verhältnis zum Gewicht der andern be- wegten Massen sehr klein; 3. die Bauhöhe ist denkbar gering;
L. Der Federungskörper ist symmetrisch zur Achse ausgebildet; 5. das Band wird nicht durch Löten oder Klemmen beansprucht;
Tense traction organ. In many electrical and mechanical devices. Thin, stretched tapes or wires for the suspension or storage tion of the movable organ used, z. B. with the @Spanubandlagerun: g, with the Fa, den.galvanometer, with heating wires and more.
These wires or bands must be kept so thin that there is only a small margin between the tensile strength and the operational load, so that there is a risk of inadmissible high stress and thus the destruction of the thread or the tape is obvious.
It is therefore common to connect the ends of the band to resilient elements. The known spring forms, such as leaf springs or helical springs in the most varied of designs, usually have the disadvantage that the movable nose of these parts is too large in relation to that of the movable organ, which, especially with individual impacts,
these masses can additionally stress and destroy the tape. In addition, the overall length of such a spa building must often be as small as possible. The overall length of the suspension must not: take up an unnecessarily large amount of space.
According to the invention, this is made possible by the fact that a band or thread is tensioned by at least one resilient structure bent in an S-shape.
Two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown on the enclosed drawing.
When using stretched straps, the simplest solution to the problem is to corrugate the baud, which is tightly clamped in the jaws on both sides, as shown in Fig. 1 of the accompanying drawing, whereby the tension is achieved by several S-shaped structures of the strap itself becomes.
After the in Fi: g. 2 of the embodiment shown in the accompanying drawing consists of an S-shaped curved spring 1 through which the tape or thread 2 is pulled through.
whereby this band respectively. this thread 2- is held in an S-shaped loop.
It is also possible to interrupt the tape or the thread and use the suspension organ in the interruption point, the end of each section with an S-shaped curved spring body, for. B. is connected by soldering or cementing.
In the event of tensile stress, the ends of the spring element are bent open; this will lengthen the band by a small amount, but keep its central position. Nearly the advantages of the embodiment according to FIG. 2 are 1.
The tape or the thread runs smoothly through the spring body without interruption; 2. The mass of the spring body is very small in relation to the weight of the other moving masses; 3. the overall height is extremely low;
L. The spring body is symmetrical to the axis; 5. the tape is not stressed by soldering or clamping;
G. the central positioning of the movable organ is not changed by this suspension body.
