Vorrichtung zum Schliessen und Öffnen der Aufreihbügel an Briefordnern. Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sieh auf eine Vorrichtung zum Schliessen und Üffnen der Aufreihebügel an Briefordnern, welche zum Einordnen gelochter Schriftstücke be stimmt sind.
Die Erfindung bezweckt, dass mit einem Finger der rechten Hand, mit welcher die Inde sunterteilkarte ergriffen wird, gleich zeitig die Schliessvorrichtung der Aufreihe bügel betätigt werden kann, wodurch ein rasches und bequemeres Handhaben der Schliessvorrichtung möglich ist als bei be kannten Schliesseinrichtungen.
Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass der Teil der zwei Aufreihebügel, auf welchem die Schriftstücke aufzureihen :sind, auf einem Schieber befestigt ist, der eine federnde Zunge aufweist, welche bis zum Rand des Ordners reicht, und dass diese Zunge mit einem Griff, einem Sperrzahn und einem Anschlag versehen ist und in einer am Ordner befestigten Führung derart geführt und ge halten ist, dass mit einem Finger der rechten Hand die Aufreihebügel vom Rand des Ordners aus geöffnet und geschlossen wer den können, wobei die Schliessstellung durch den Sperrzahn der Zunge gesichert wird.
In beiliegender Zeichnung ist eine bei spielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfin- dungsgegenstandes veranschaulicht; es zeigt: F'ig.1 einen Ordner mit Aufreihebügel und Schliesseinrichtung in der Seitenansicht mit geschlossener Bügelstellung, Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht wie Fig. 1, in geöffneter Bügelstellung, Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht auf Fig. 1.
An der Rückwand 1 des Ordners ist eine Blechplatte 2 befestigt, mit welcher die Teile 3 der beiden Aufreihebügel 3, 6 fest ver bunden sind. Die Enden 4 der Platte 2 sind umgebogen, so dass Schiebenuten für den Schieber 5 gebildet werden, an dem die Teile 6 der Aufreihebügel 3, 6 befestigt sind, auf welche die Schriftstücke aufzureihen ,sind. An dem Schieber 5 und mit diesem ein Stück bildend, ist eine federnde Zunge 7 be festigt, die nach oben gebogen ist.
Die Zunge 7 reicht bis zum Rand des Ordners und. ist an ihrem Ende zu einem Griff 8 umgebogen. Die Zunge 7 weist ferner einen Sperrzahn 9 und einen Anschlagstift 10 auf.
An der Rückwand des Ordners ist ein Führungsbügel 11 befestigt, der einen Schlitz aufweist; in dem die Zunge 7 seitlich geführt ist. Dieser Führungsbügel 11 besteht aus einem um den Rand des Ordners geschlungenen, mit diesem vernieteten Blech, das winklig nach oben ab gebogen ist, in welchem Teil der genannte Schlitz für die Zunge 7, sowie ein eingeroll ter Stift 12 vorgesehen sind.
Durch Nieder drücken der Federzunge und Ziehen am Griff 8, was mit dem Daumen der rechten Hand geschehen kann, werden die Teile 6 der Aufreihebügel 3, 6 von den Teilen 3 weggezogen, wodurch die Aufreihebügel ge öffnet werden. Durch die entgegengesetzte Bewegung werden diese Aufreihebügel wieder geschlossen, wobei gleichzeitig durch die Fe derung der Zunge die Nase 9 derselben vor den Stift 12 gelangt, wodurch die Aufreihe bügel 3, 6 in der Schliesslage festgehalten werden.
Zum Niederhalten der Schriftstücke dient ein Bügel 13, der umgelegt und durch die Feder 14 in der einen oder der andern Stellung gehalten wird.
