Working device with rotating tools, in particular for use in excavating, drilling and concreting. The present invention bil det a tool with rotating work tools, especially for use in excavating, drilling and concreting, in wel chem in an annular housing to be used as a head piece, on which an annular space is provided for the supply of a pressure medium, a through connected to the annular space inlet nozzles acted upon turbine rotor is mounted, which carries the work tools on one end face and is provided with outlet nozzles, which lead the exiting pressure medium in such a direction to the work place that it acts on the turbine rotor in. Its direction of rotation by recoil.
Because the tools are arranged directly on the turbine runner in this tool, a very compact design of the device is made possible, which is operable in any position. Furthermore, there is no transmission gear for driving the work tools. In the accompanying drawings, two embodiments of the subject invention are shown.
Fig. 1 shows a vertical section through an implement according to the first game; Figure 2 is a partial plan view of Figure 1, the device partially in section; Fig. 3 shows a side view of Fig. 1, and Fig. 4 shows partly a side view and partly a section of the second game.
In the example of Fig. 1 to 3, a ringförmi ges, arranged as a head piece housing is seen on a pump suction hose 1, the inner cylindrical housing wall 2 by means of a flange 3 on a flange 4 of the pump suction hose 1 be fastened. A pipe 5, which is connected to a supply line 7 by means of a connector 6, is guided around the housing wall 2. On this tube 5, which forms an annular space 8, obliquely axially directed inlet nozzles 9 are connected, which direct the pressure medium against blades 10 of the turbine rotor 11 in such a way that the blades 10 are axially impacted.
Radial rollers 12 and axial rollers 13 are mounted on the outer wall of the turbine rotor 11 and bear against the outer wall 14 and the end walls 1.5, 16 of the housing. The turbine runner 11 is supported in this way in all directions by means of rollers and protected against axial or lateral impacts. The rollers 12, 13 are arranged in a closed chamber formed by the outer wall of the rotor 11 and the walls 14, 15, 16 of the housing. Through the gap between the housing and the rotor 11, the pressure medium can gelan gene into the chamber, the resulting overpressure prevents the entry of contaminants. The nozzles 9 pass through an intermediate wall 17 of the housing. As can be seen, the turbine rotor 11 is enclosed by the housing in such a way that only its lower end face is open to the outside.
A ring 18 is screwed onto the turbine rotor on this end face in such a way that it can be replaced. This ring 18 carries outlet nozzles 19 and milling BEZW. Drilling tools 20. As can be seen from FIG. 3, the outlet nozzles 19 are directed in such a way that they guide the exiting pressure medium to the work site in such a way that it acts back on the turbine rotor 11 in its circulating rails by recoil. The tools 20 are arranged interchangeably on the ring 18 so that they can easily be replaced by other tools depending on the material to be processed and the work to be carried out. The tools rotate with the rotor 11 and can process an entire circular area or just a circular ring area.
Furthermore, the tools can work not only on the front side, but also on the circumference of the device.
For example, pressurized water, compressed air or steam can be used as the pressure medium for operating the device described.
For dredging work, the device is attached to the end of a pump suction hose as shown, and pressurized water is advantageously used for its operation, the escaping water being used to dig up the material to be dredged. In this way, not only the tools mechanically shred the excavator bottom (e.g. when drilling or pumping mud, sand, gravel, peat, coal, etc.), but also a hydraulic flushing effect through the pressurized water .
For drilling holes in tunnel structures, compressed air is expediently used as a pressure medium.
If the device is used for pumping thick liquid tar, it is used as a pressure medium, especially in winter; with advantage steam used to increase the flowability of the viscous tar at the same time and to make the tar pumpable in this way.
When using the device for stirring purposes, e.g. B. for the production of emulsions, air mixed with another gas can be used as the pressure medium.
The device can also be used as a mixing and circulating device for the chemical industry and as a cleaning device (similar to a rotating bottom blower).
To control the number of revolutions of the turbine runner 11, a manometer can be connected to the turbine outlet in order to be able to read the pressure, which is dependent on the number of revolutions of the runner, the manometer being used at the same time as a rev counter to show how the device is is working. If the device does not touch a solid ground, the number of revolutions is increased, i.e. the pressure on the manometer decreases due to the high centrifugal force of the escaping water.
If, on the other hand, the device is pressed so hard on the surface to be dredged that the tools no longer rotate, the pressure on the manometer increases, respectively. the number of tours drops, and the worker knows how to operate the device in order to do the greatest possible job. This tour counter, especially when it is designed as a recording instrument, enables precise control, which is very important because it is only possible to work efficiently if the device is properly operated.
By changing the ratio between the cross-sections of the inlet nozzles 11 and the outlet nozzles 19, the number of tourists can be selected smaller or larger, depending on whether the flushing power and the tools should be large or small.
Another possible use of the tool is that, after drilling holes for foundation piles, the borehole is filled with concrete with the same device or that only one cement pipe is concreted. If only one cement pipe is to be poured, a pile or pipe is brought into the borehole instead of the suction hose and the device is mounted on. Instead of the water jet, there is now a cement jet that releases the cement with pressure and centrifugal force. As tools, pressure blades can be attached to the turbine runner, which press the cement homogeneously like with a trowel. Of course, when concreting, the progress of the work is the opposite of that when drilling.
If reinforced concrete piles or pipes are to be produced, the outer part of the housing of the device can have axial holes through which iron bars can be inserted.
If filter pipes are to be produced instead of concrete piles or pipes, the device is fed with sand and gravel instead of concrete.
When working with concrete, sand and gravel, pressurized water must be supplied to the roller chamber so that the rollers always move in the pure water and, at the same time, the material to be injected is made liquid. The supply of this additional water can BEZW depending on the number of tours. can be selected from the amount of material to be injected.
The device after. Fig. 4 differs from the device according to Fig. 1 to 3 only by the fact that here the annular space 21 for supplying the pressure medium is arranged around the tur binenläufer 22 and the inlet nozzles 23 are directed so that the blades 24 of the rotor 22 be impacted tangentially.
Two or more ring-shaped sub-units could be built into one another in order to obtain the largest possible processing surface, whereby the direction of rotation of the rotor can be opposite for the production of emulsions or for stirring purposes.
