Ohne Briefumschlag versendbarer Geschäfts-Briefbogen. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Geschäfts-Briefbogen, bei dessen Versen dung das sonst übliche Fensterkuvert in Weg fall kommt. Er ermöglicht eine relativ grosse Material- und Zeitersparnis und damit eine willkommene ,Spesenreduzierung.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist der Er findungsgegenstand in einem Ausführungs beispiel dargestellt. Fig. 1 zeigt den offenen Briefbogen: bereit zum Verschliessen. Die punktierten Linien sind perforiert; sie lau fen auf den Längsseiten 1 cm vom Blattrand entfernt. Oben sowie unten am Blatte sind je zwei solche Perforationen, die ersten sind 5 mm, die zweiten 25 mm vom Blattrand ent fernt. Blattgrösse innerhalb der innersten Perforation ist Normalformat A4. Quer durch das Blatt laufen vier zur Falzung dienende Rillen, mit A bis D bezeichnet.
Die Rillen<I>A</I> und<I>B</I> haben Wulst nach vorn, und sind zum Zurückbiegen, die Ril len C und D haben Wulst nach hinten und sind zum Vorwärtsbiegen bestimmt. Diese Rillen dürfen jedoch nur sehwach hergestellt werden, damit sie beim Schreiben nicht als Hindernisse hervortreten. Im gefalzten, ver sandfertigen Zustande ist als Vorderseite nur der obere Drittel des Briefbogens sichtbar. In .der Ecke rechts oben ist ein Feld für .die Frankatur (siehe Fig. 2) vorgedruckt, eben so direkt darunter ein solches für die Adresse des Empfängers.
Die ganze linke Hälfte bleibt der Geschäftsreklame bezw. dem Briefkopf reserviert. Die geschmackliche Ausführung dieses Teils ist Sache des Buch druckers; Fig. 2 zeigt lediglich ein Beispiel.
Fig. 1 macht auch .das Falzen des Briefes verständlich. Rille C kommt :dabei etwas unter Perforationslinie Al zu liegen und Rille B über Perforation Dl. Der mittlere Briefteil ist also 2 mm kleiner als die äussern, und somit kann der geklebte Rand ohne Be schädigung des Briefes abgetrennt werden. Das Rändchen B wird nach hinten gefalzt und der Rille C nach aufgeklebt; das Ränd- chen F falzt man nach vorn und klebt es der Rille B entlang.
Mit Klebstoff werden alle perforierten Ränder, auf den untern zwei Dritteln vorn, sowie auf den obern zwei Drit teln hinten, versehen. Wird als K ebstoff Selbstklebegummi verwendet, so ist es nötig, über der Rille B vorn, sowie unter der Rille C hinten, ebenfalls einen kleinen Streifen von 5 mm Breite zu gummieren. Auf diese beiden Stellen kommen die Verschlussränd- chen E und F zu liegen. Fig. 2 zeigt das Öffnen des Briefes bei dessen Empfang.
Der rings um den Brief laufende, geklebte Rand wird abgetrennt, der Brief auseinandergezo- gen und ist lesebereit.
Einsatzblätter von der Innenperforations- grösse können für längere als einseitige Briefe verwendet werden.
Durch den geklebten Rand erhält der Brief eine besondere Steifheit und ist gegen Kantstösse und andere Verletzungen weit gehend gesichert. Der beschriebene Briefbogen erhält inso fern dokumentarischen Wert, als die Fran katur sowie Al>g-angs- und Ankunfts-Stempel der Post dem Sehreiben für immer erhalten bleiben.
Business letterhead that can be sent without an envelope. The present invention is a business letterhead, in the case of which the usual window envelope is no longer used. It enables relatively large material and time savings and thus a welcome reduction in expenses.
In the accompanying drawing, the subject of the invention is shown in an execution example. Fig. 1 shows the open letterhead: ready to be sealed. The dotted lines are perforated; they run on the long sides 1 cm from the leaf margin. There are two such perforations at the top and bottom of the sheet, the first 5 mm and the second 25 mm from the edge of the sheet. The sheet size inside the innermost perforation is normal format A4. Four folds, labeled A to D, run straight through the sheet.
The grooves <I> A </I> and <I> B </I> have a bulge to the front and are designed to be bent back, the grooves C and D have a bulge to the rear and are intended to be bent forward. However, these grooves may only be made visually so that they do not emerge as obstacles when writing. In the folded, ready-to-ship state, only the upper third of the letterhead is visible as the front. In the upper right corner there is a preprinted field for the franking (see Fig. 2), and one for the recipient's address directly below.
The whole left half remains the business advertisement respectively. reserved on the letterhead. The taste of this part is up to the printer; Fig. 2 shows only an example.
Fig. 1 also makes the folding of the letter understandable. Groove C comes: to be slightly below perforation line A1 and groove B above perforation Dl. The middle part of the letter is 2 mm smaller than the outer one, and thus the glued edge can be torn off without damaging the letter. The edge B is folded back and the groove C is glued on; the edge F is folded forwards and glued along the groove B.
All perforated edges, on the lower two thirds at the front and on the upper two thirds at the back, are provided with adhesive. If self-adhesive rubber is used as the adhesive, it is necessary to also apply a small strip of 5 mm width over the front groove B and under the rear groove C. The locking edges E and F come to rest on these two points. Fig. 2 shows the opening of the letter upon receipt.
The pasted edge that runs around the letter is torn off, the letter is pulled apart and is ready for reading.
Insert sheets of the same size as the inner perforation can be used for letters longer than one-sided.
The glued edge gives the letter a special rigidity and is largely secured against edge bumps and other injuries. The letterhead written on has documentary value insofar as the franking as well as the postage and arrival stamps remain with the letter forever.
