<B> Additional patent </B> to main patent no. 214502. Self-sellers with 3 coin insert, e.g. B. for electricity or gas. According to the claim of the main patent, the introduction of the coin into the apparatus loads an energy store, which is triggered in the course of the in-ring movement and causes the through; chleus movement of the coin and, if no supply is available, the release of the consumable.
For the introduction of the coin into the apparatus, a slot is advantageously provided in the usual way, in the wall of the apparatus housing, into which the coin, held between the fingers, is pushed a soot.
The present additional invention aims to achieve a more advantageous introduction of the coin and, according to it, a coin pocket, which can be displaced in the coin drum and is under the influence of a spring protruding from the apparatus, is provided in the coin drum. loading this into the apparatus in the sense of pressing the coin pocket, connected, the drawing shows. a Ausführungsbei game of the invention, and it is:
FIG. 1 is an elevation section and FIG. 2 is a cross section.
In the drawing, only what is part of the understanding of the invention is shown, especially based on the main patent.
In the housing 1, the Münztrom mel 2 is rotatable. 3 is a slide which is under the action of a spring 3a and is provided on its lower edge with a slot which, according to the example, consists of three cutouts 9, 10 and 10a. 5 is the nose of a slide 6 which is movable transversely to the slide 3 and is guided in the coin drum 2 and has pins 7, 8, 8a,
which, in cooperation with a gear wheel 11 of the default shaft 12, serve to adjust the self-seller to the supply of consumption means. With the energy store, not shown, is in the working direction, d. H.
in the direction in which the slide 3 is pushed back when the coin slot is pressed, a gear 17 is coupled, which sits loosely rotatable on the axis 15 of the coin drum 2 and is located in a slot-like section 40 of the slide 3. 36 is a pin of the slide 3, which cooperates with a slide 38 of the housing part la.
The slide 3 lies in a coin pocket 41, which has the shape of a flat slide and has fine ratchet teeth 42 on its underside. This coin pocket protrudes through a slot 4 of the housing part under the influence of a spring not shown in the drawing when the coin is in the idle state yes out of the device and is open at the front in the upper part and provided with openings 43, which on the one hand serve as viewing openings for observing whether there is a coin in the ready-to-work coin pocket,
but on the other hand, during the passage, the keying of a coin control element of a known type provided inside the drum is used. The coin pocket 41 has slot-like openings 44 in its inner side walls, which are ausgebil det in their lower lying parts to racks 45 into which the gear 17 engages.
The coin pocket 41 has a recess 46 from below, which with. the nose 5 acts together. 47 is a role at the point where the slot 4 merges into the interior of the housing 1, 1 a and 39 is the ejection channel for the coin passed through. The interior of the housing 1, la is then widened to the housing slot 4.
The described coin slot is, as can be seen from the three sections 9, 10, 10a, intended for a self-seller for three different coin values, it being assumed that the largest of the three coins is the smallest, the middle one the largest and the smallest have the middle value.
If, for example, a coin a of the smallest value is inserted into the coin pocket 41 protruding from your housing 1, la and then the coin pocket is pressed into the slot 4, the coin first comes into contact with pocket 41 and slide 3, and it is together with the coin pocket 41 of the slide 3 moved or. pushed back.
In this case, in addition to the coin pocket 41 in the slot 4, the pin 36 initially also slides on the slideway 38, but is released from it before the rounded front edge of the 1Vlü-nztasche reaches the roller 47.
During this movement, the power feeder is loaded via the toothed racks 45 and the gear 17 and, at the same time, the cutout 9 of the slit of the slide 3, that is, this is transferred to the specification corresponding to the value of the coin and the recess 46 the nose, 5 set ..
In this position of the coin pocket 41 \ "occurs under the beginning of the discharge of the energy storage device .the front edge of the 'coin pocket 41, sliding over the roller 47, into the space in which the coin drum lies and the energy storage device rotates the coin drum 2. the slider 6 is released according to the known arrangement of a fixed cam disk after a rotation of about 30, so that it is moved under the influence of a spring in the drum 2 and its nose 5 enters the cutout 9 and the recess 46.
After a further rotation of a few degrees, the front edge of the coin pocket 41 comes to rest in the extension of the housing space, so that the spring 3a moves the coin pocket 41 outwards. However, this movement is limited to a very small extent by the recess 46 and, in addition to the play of the cutout 9 on the nose 5, only constitutes the difference between the stop edges of 9 and 46 compared to the nose and it has the consequence that the coin of the ; System on the coin pocket and the slide 3 is released, but the front edge of the pocket does not come to rest on the Cehi, usewainung.
As a result, the coin is free to fall out of the pocket, and friction of the pocket on the housing during the further rotation of the coin drum 2 is avoided. If the coin drum has rotated about <B> 60 '</B>, the pin 7 comes into engagement with the gear 11 and rotates the default shaft 12 according to the value of the coin.
In the further course of the rotation of the coin drum 2, the coin a falls into the ejection channel 39, the slide 6 with its nose 5 is moved back into its original position in the coin drum 2 by the said cam mechanism and with completion of a whole Rotation of the coin drum 2, at which moment the pin 36 comes to rest on the slide 38 again, the coin pocket 41 is moved to the slot 4 out of the apparatus in order to return to its original position.
If a coin b of medium size, that is to say of the greatest value, is inserted into the coin pocket 41, when the pocket is pressed into the apparatus, the cutout 10 is set over the nose 5 together with the recess 46. Then come in the course of the passage of the coin b all pins 7, 8 and 8a on the gear 11 for Einwir effect and the default shaft 12 is rotated in the mass of the value of this coin by the, Maxi mum.
Becomes a coin c of medium value. used, the cutout 10a comes with the recess 46 over the nose 5 for setting and when sluicing through the pins 7 and 8 cause a rotation of the default shaft 12 according to the value of this coin.
If a coin with a different diameter than the one intended for insertion is inserted into the coin pocket 41, the nose 5 engages in the fine toothing 42 of the slide 3 when the coin is passed through and in this way causes the coin to be released from the pocket and the slider, so that this incorrect coin also falls out of the coin pocket 41 and the device is free to insert a new coin after it has been passed through.
The device described has the advantages that the coin does not have to be held with the fingers when it is pressed into the device, and that when a coin is pressed, the energy store is always charged to the same maximum extent. Since the coin only needs to be inserted into the pocket, i.e. the guiding of the coin into the apparatus is fixed by mechanical means, the entire manual force can be applied to the insertion movement because the coin tilts in the Insertion slot of the apparatus is excluded.
Since, furthermore, the loading movement for the energy storage device does not depend on the size of the coin being used, but always corresponds to a maximum charge, the provision of the force necessary for practicing the functions described is guaranteed even with a coin of small diameter.
Just as the coin drum 2 and other parts of the coin slot described can be made of plastic, the coin pocket can also be made of such a material, with the possibility of observing the situation by using transparent pressed material a coin in the coin pocket protruding from the apparatus.
Instead of giving the coin pocket 41 a flat slide-like shape, it could also have a cylindrical shape so that it has a push-button-like shape.
