Description

  

      Verfahren    zur     Darstellung    eines     Monoazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpaten  tes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines       Monoazofarbstoffes,    welches dadurch gekenn  zeichnet ist, dass     diazotierte        2-Amino-4-acetyl-          amino-4'-        methyl-diphenylsulfon-3'-sulfonsäure     in saurem Medium mit     2-Amino-8-oxynaph-          thalin-6-sulfonsäure    gekuppelt wird.  



  Der neue     Farbstoff,    ein violettes Pulver,  welches sich in Wasser mit roter, in konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure mit braunroter Farbe  löst, liefert auf Wolle aus saurem Bade gleich  mässige     gelbstichig    rote Färbungen, die sich  durch sehr gute Lichtechtheit auszeichnen.

           Beispiel:     38,4 Teile     2-Amino-4-acetylamino-4'-me-          thyl-diphenylsulfon-3'-sulfonsäure    werden nach  bekannten Methoden indirekt     diazotiert.    Die       Diazoniumverbindung    gibt man zu     einerkongo-          sauren    Suspension von 24 Teilen     2-Amino-8-          oxynaphthalin-6-sulfonsäure    und stumpft dar  auf die     11lineralsäure    in üblicher Weise bis  zur schwach kongosauren Reaktion ab. Die    Kupplung ist     in    kurzer Zeit beendet.

   Man  erhält einen     Farbstoff,    der nach dem Filtrieren  und Trocknen ein violettes Pulver bildet, das  sich in Wasser mit roter, in konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure mit braunroter Farbe löst und  auf Wolle aus saurem Bade gleichmässige       gelbstichig    rote Färbungen     liefert,    die sich  durch sehr gute Lichtechtheit auszeichnen.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazo- farbstoffes, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass diazotierte 2-Amino-4-acetylamino- 4'-methyl-diphenylsulfon-3'-sulfonsäure in sau rem Medium mit 2-Amino-8-oxynaphthalin-6- sulfonsäure gekuppelt wird. Der neue Farbstoff, ein violettes Pulver, welches sich in Wasser mit roter, in konzen trierter Schwefelsäure mit braunroter Farbe löst, liefert auf Wolle aus saurem Bade gleichmässige gelbstichig rote Färbungen, die sich durch sehr gute Lichtechtheit auszeichnen.
