Von dieser Bremse, die in der Mitte vor der Nuten -alze 4 angeordnet ist, läuft der Fr,den 2 über die Büchse 5 des einlaufenden Fliii;
Thread guiding device for winding machines. For the production of cross-wound bobbins, revolving thread guides are used in order to achieve high thread winding speeds, e.g. B. Nu tenwalzen used. These grooved rollers have two grooves for the purpose of laying the thread crosswise on the surface. One groove guides the thread from left to right, the other from right to left. At the ends of the roller, the two grooves run into one another. Depending on the pitch size of the helical grooves, there are places on the roller where there are. the two opposing grooves cross.
This results in the disadvantage that the thread leaves the leading groove easily at these crossing points and jumps into the opposite groove. However, this causes defective packages.
To avoid this disadvantage, it is proposed according to the invention to ensure the correct run of the Fa dens at the intersection of the grooves, in front of the grooves roller on a parallel with her shaft opposite the groove crossing points thread guide wings.
It can be provided for the back and forth movement of the thread ge separate thread guide wings, which alternate individually in action and only at the intersection of the grooves roller for a short piece of the Füh tion of the thread take over, so that the same on the rest of the groove path is not influenced by the suture guide wings. The Fa runs advantageously over the rotating shaft carrying the wing gel in order to give it a little additional tension before it runs onto the grooved roller.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, and it shows: FIG. 1 a winding unit of a winding machine in a side view, FIG. 2 the same parts in the front view, FIG. 3 the wing thread guide in section along line 3 -3 of Fig. 5,
4 to 7 the wing thread guide in different views on a pure scale, FIG. 8 a development of the grooved roller and FIG. 9 a scaling down of the wing thread guide also on a larger scale. @ Tab. The thread 2 coming from the supply bobbin 1 initially passes through a spring brake 3 in the usual manner.
From this brake, which is arranged in the middle in front of the grooved roller 4, the Fr, the 2 runs over the sleeve 5 of the incoming fluid;
"Elfadeiifüli rers to the grooved roller 4 and is guided back and forth in a known manner by the two intersecting grooves 6 arranged on the roller 4 and merging into one another at the ends, so that it crosses the spool 7 lying on the grooved roller 4. For this purpose, the grooved roller 4 is set in rotation by a power source, not shown.
The grooved roller is fastened on a shaft 8 which is mounted in supports 9.
A shaft 10 is mounted in supports 11 near the HTUtenwalze 4 and running parallel with its axis. The sleeve 5 is firmly seated on this shaft. By means of gear wheels 12 and 13 fixedly arranged on the shafts 8 and 10, the wing thread guide is driven by the shaft in a transmission ratio of 2: 3 when the grooved roller is running. Of course one could also use the wing thread guide shaft 11 as a drive. It has been found that the filing ratio of 2: 3 is particularly favorable.
On the one hand, the slope of the guide curves of the thread guide wings can be kept small, and on the other hand the thread guide wing prevents the thread going back and forth during its rotation. The thread is therefore hardly used by the wing thread guide, since it is only shifted laterally on it.
The wing thread guide consists. from the cylindrical sleeve 5 on which the wing pairs 14 and 15 are arranged opposite the intersection of the groove. The thread touches the sleeve 5 lightly (Fig. 3) so that it receives a little additional tension before running onto the grooved roller 4. The thread guide wings 14 have guide surfaces 16 on the circumference (FIGS. 5 and 7), which during their rotation the thread during a kur zen piece to the groove, roll center hinfüh ren.
The thread guide wings 15 have guide surfaces 17 (Fig. 4 and 6), each of which for a short time lead the thread outward in the direction of the _ \\ 'alzenenden. One wing of each pair of wings leads the thread to the left, the other to the right. It would be more expedient for these guide surfaces 16 and 17 to be made in such a way that only the outer, slightly rounded edge guides the thread in order to prevent the thread from rubbing against the entire guide surface. Before the thread leaves the respective acting thread guide wing, it rests against its radial guide edge 18.
If, for example, during the winding process, the thread is guided from the turning point 19 of the grooved roller 4 (FIG. 8) through the groove piece 6a to the groove crossing point 20. so it comes just before the intersection in the loading area of the wing 14a (Fig. 9), which, slightly leading, takes the leadership of the thread until the groove 6b again leads the thread safely. Shortly before the intersection? 1, the wing 15a takes the lead.
until the thread has safely reached the groove part 6e . From the turning point 22, the groove part 6d guides the thread to the right. In front of the border point 21, the wing 14b takes over the leadership until the thread is safely guided in the groove 6e. Before the crossing point 20, the thread comes into the area of the wing 15b until it is securely grasped by the groove 6f and guided to the turning point 19. This is repeated so that the wings 14a and 15a come into effect one after the other when the thread runs counterclockwise and the wings 14b and 15b when the thread runs clockwise.
The thread is inserted into the note roll automatically during the run, since the grooves of the roll are always in the appropriate position to the thread guide wings. The grooved roller is expediently given the largest possible diameter. z. B. 110 mm. With this diameter, the grooves only need to have a 1i / 2-turn pitch as shown in FIG. B. This means that there are only two intersection points of the grooves and accordingly the number of wings of the wing thread guide only needs to be four.
In the device described, an absolutely safe back and forth guidance of the thread on the grooved roller is guaranteed. The thread is very spared and runs, just touching the sleeve 5 of the wing thread guide, -over the grooved roller onto the bobbin. Since there is no need to be taken into account on the elasticity of the Fa dens, very coarse yarns such. B. cord, are spooled.
A more detailed representation of the winder assumed otherwise as known has been removed and only the parts necessary to understand the invention are shown.
