Verschhissvorrichtung an Behältern.
Wearing device on containers. The invention relates to a closure device on containers of round shape that can be opened by simple pressure and are formed by a housing and a tilting cover, the housing and cover each consisting of a base piece and a wall piece each and the housing wall being convexly bent outwards and the wall piece of the housing or the lid has two tilt points around which the other element tilts during the opening of the container.
The opening of such containers, the lid of which rests firmly against the housing wall in the closed position, is known to be associated with difficulties and in many cases is only possible by attaching special opening devices or by using special aids.
The invention enables easy opening of the container in that the tipping points are at least indirectly on the upper edge of the housing wall.
The container according to the invention is particularly suitable for mass production, using elastic material or sheet metal (container for .Schuhcreme, füx Boh nerwachs, for .chemical products), glass, porcelain, 'cardboard, cellulose' (boxes and bottles for Medicinal and toilet products, luxury goods and the like.) Can be used.
The drawing shows some exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention. Fig. 1 shows in section a box which is made of a plastic material ago.
Fig. 2 also shows in section a second embodiment of a box with a lid in the open position.
Fig. 3 shows a box .stanzte from sheet metal.
F'ig. 4 shows a further embodiment of a box in section.
Fig. 5 shows a box in which the tipping points are placed on the box body.
FIG. 6 shows the interior view of a cover according to FIGS. 1 and 2.
The box according to FIG. 1 has a lid 1, the wall of which has a cylindrical shape on the inside and is slightly rounded at 5 at the lower edge. The bottom piece of the lid has an elevation 4, which extends over approximately% of the circumference and thereby forms a horizontal plane. The flat part of the increase ends in the two points 2, which represent the tipping points. From .these points on, the elevation of the cover drops down towards the cover side according to the inclined plane 3a. The edges of the elevation are slightly rounded off at the points.
By means of this increase, the lid is supported on the upper edge 7 of the housing from the box. The lower edge of the cover is withdrawn by means of a plane 3b parallel to plane 3a, which, like plane 3a, also extends over approximately 2 1/2 of the circumference. As a result, the cover forms edges and leaves a zone 11 of the housing wall that extends over approximately 2 /, -, of the circumference free.
If pressure is exerted on the cover on the right-hand side, the points 2 act as tilting points and the cover tilts into an inclined position by means of these points supported on the edge 7, as shown in FIG. In this position, the lid can then easily be lifted off the box. The housing of the box consists of a bottom piece 10 and a wall piece. The latter is on the upper part, on which the cover comes to rest, according to the line 6 convex outwards, arched.
The removal of the collar 9 of the box from the lid, which extends over the entire circumference, is selected in such a way that the lid is not hindered from tilting.
The container according to FIG. 2 does not have a collar, so that the side wall 5 of the lid does not need to have an inclined plane. The lower edge of the side wall 5 of the lid is rounded to a fairly large extent in order to enable the box to be opened easily even if the lid wall is somewhat deformed. should have.
Also in the loading container shown in Fig. 3 is no see over the entire order to catch extending collar of the housing in front of hand, and consequently the lower edge of the top wall runs smoothly without an inclined plane. The elevation 4 with the inclined plane 3a is worked out of the cover by .stanzen. The side wall of the lid can be bent outwards towards the free edge, which edge can be provided with a bead for the purpose of greater strength against bending. The edge of the housing side wall 6 is also reinforced ver by flanging.
Of course, in the case of boxes according to FIGS. 2 and 3, a collar extending over the entire circumference can be provided on the box (or on the container). It is only necessary to ensure that this collar, as in the case of a box according to FIG. 1, is attached at a sufficient distance from the lid in order not to impair the tilting movements of the lid.
In the case of the container according to FIG. 4, the curved side part of the housing stamped from sheet metal is fastened to the lower part of the same by means of a flange 12 in the form of a clamp ring. This beading forms a radial plane 9 which extends outwards and at the same time serves as a collar extending over the entire circumference. ; In this embodiment too, the upper edge of the wall 6 is reinforced by a flanging 7.
The elevation 4 of the lid is produced together with its inclined plane 3a by punching. The collar 5 of the lid has, like the Ausfüh approximate shape of FIG. 3, a curvature. The lower edge of the side wall of the cover is set back because of the presence of the radial plane 9 along the inclined plane 3b.
While in the previous embodiments mentioned the elevation serving to form the tipping points was attached to the cover, FIG. 5 represents an embodiment in which this elevation along with its inclined plane 3a is attached to the housing, while the cover is cylindrical in shape with level bathing.
The increase is divided into three parts, of which two - to: the circumference separated from each other - serve as tipping points, while the third - visible on the left side of FIG. 5 - for better support of the lid in the The closed position is used.
Since the lower edge of the smoothly continuous cover wall lies in a single plane, the annular collar 9 is withdrawn by means of an inclined plane 3c to prevent the tilting movement of the cover around the tilting points 2 and the penetration of the side wall of the To allow cover to zone 11.
In Fig. 6, the increase extends over approximately% of the circumference. The inclined plane 3a starts at the end points of this elevation 4, as a result of which the two tilting points 2 are formed.
A thin intermediate lid can be used for all containers, which is inserted between the main lid and the goods in the container. Above the. Container is the particular shape that is particularly suitable for this, this intermediate cap is indicated.
Depending on the nature of the contents of the container, this intermediate cup is made of sheet metal, cardboard or another suitable material, with a more or less convex bulge 13, <in the middle, if so desired / B> carries,
whereby, on the one hand, it is easier to lift it off and, on the other hand, a pressure is exerted on this bulge by the middle lid part, which pressure can be used for closing off or for keeping the contents of the container on a diet. For this purpose, a main cover made of plastic material can also be provided with a bulge -8 (Fix. 1, 2).
The elevation 4, which extends over approximately% of the circumference, also causes the intermediate cover to be pressed on. A groove can be made on the circumference of this intermediate cover,
In which, if necessary, an elastic rubber ring or an adhesive ring made of suitable material to effect the air seal is inserted. The intermediate cover shown in FIG. 5 is provided with eyelets 14 for the purpose of easier lifting. The shape of the container and lid can of course deviate from the shapes shown in any way.
Means can be provided in order to maintain the distance existing between: the two tilting points of the lid unchanged even with the pressure exerted on the lid to open the container.
These means can consist, for example, of ribs on the cover, which hold the edge of the wall of the outer element at the tilting points and thus prevent or prevent the wall from bulging at these points when the opening pressure is applied and thereby the cover from sticking. reduce the friction counteracting the opening of the lid.
