Electromagnetic contactor. The subject of the present invention forms an electromagnetic contactor, wel Ches is characterized in that the Sehütz Mechanism consisting of a number of chamber members with fe most contacts and at least one armature of an electromagnet carry the shift lever with movable contacts is arranged in a support frame in such a way that the mechanism can be taken out independently of a fixed electromagnet core. Such an arrangement is particularly useful in machine tools.
The accompanying drawing represents an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
Figure 1 is a vertical cross-section through a two-way three-pole: contactor; 2 is a perspective view of the support frame with the two magnetic cores; 3 is a similar view of the contactor mechanism lifted out of the frame; FIG. 4 shows a detail of FIG. 3.
The electromagnetic contactor of the embodiment shown has a sheet metal frame (FIGS. 1 and 2) which is formed by two side walls 1 and an exchangeable rear wall 2. The rear wall .2 has a length which corresponds to the selected number of fixed contact members 3, each of which has two connection contact pieces 4 provided with fixed contacts 5.
These links 3 are placed on two bolts 6 and secured in their position by end nuts 7.
Each link -3 forms a Kontaktkam mer with the aforementioned fixed contacts. 5 and is provided with an approach .3 ', wel cher has a hole for an axis $, on which between the individual approaches 3' the bearing projections 9 'of the angle lever 9 are placed. The angle levers 9 carry the spring-loaded bridging on the upper, divided leg (Fig. 4):
- bars 10 with the contact points 11 and on the other, downwards. Legs also sprung armature 12 of the solenoid, which is only held in the middle with the help of two parallel, flat rates 13 and the spring 14. The spring 14 is supported at one end against the base 15 held on the lugs.
At the free end of the lower leg of the lever 9 there are also projections 9 ″ for fastening auxiliary switch-on and switch-off contacts, of which only one switch-on contact 1.6 is shown in FIG.
The support frame 1, 2 carries two parallel support rods 17 which engage in longitudinal grooves of the cores 18 of the electromagnets, of which a coil 19 is shown in FIG. These cores are held on the rods 17 by means of a holder 20 and a single screw 21 each so that their position can be adjusted.
In the side walls 1 for inserting: the protruding ends of the bolts 6 cutouts 22 (FIG. 3) are arranged, the bolts being provided with end nuts 23 that can be tightened by hand, through which the entire protective mechanism shown in FIG. is- mus during installation in the frame 1, is attached. This built-in position is shown in FIG. 1.
The lever 9, of which two sit on a common axis 8 in the Darge presented embodiment, are under the action of springs 24 supported in the chamber members 3 and are in their rest position via noses 26 located on them on leather pads 25 of the frame 1, 2 on.
If both levers 9 and the contact members arranged side by side are lifted together from the frame 1, 2 (Fig. 3), which cores independently of the magnet, d. H. Without dismantling the magnet cores 18 can be done, you can easily test, repair, clean and replace the fixed and movable contacts. If necessary, the axle 8 can also be pulled out and the row of links can be detached from the two levers 9.
If the electromagnet 18, 19 is excited, the armature 12 is attracted, which then assumes the position shown in phantom in FIG. Through the spring 14, the impact of the armature 12 on the core 18 and the recoil of the movable, spring-loaded contacts 10 upon impact on the fixed contacts 5 is damped.
Thanks to the spring-loaded position described tion of the armature 12 on the lever 9, the armature does not have to be precisely adapted to the core.
The described two-fold three-pole contactor can be converted into a two-part two-pole contactor by replacing one, expediently, the middle switching pole.
