Vorrichtung zum Verspriessen von Schalungsbrettern. Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Verspriessen von Scha- lungsbrettern.
Zur Herstellung von ganten zwischen zwei sich schneidenden Flächen, wie dies im Baugewerbe, z. B. beim Verputzen von Haus ecken, Fenster- oder Türöffnungen, beim Auf tragen von Zement bezw. Zementmörtel zur Schaffung von Treppenstufen, Fenstersimsen usw. oft vorkommt, wird ein Schalungsbrett so auf der einen Fläche befestigt, dass dessen eine Kante mit der herzustellenden andern Fläche bündig ist. Die Befestigung dieses Schalungsbrettes erfolgt üblicherweise mittels Spriessen, die für jeden Fall besonders her gerichtet und ihrerseits festgekeilt werden müssen.
Diese Arbeit ist zeitraubend und er gibt einen ziemlichen Verbrauch an Holz, wo bei ausserdem die Streben bei der Arbeit oft recht hinderlich sind.
Diese Nachteile sollen durch die den Ge genstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bildende Vorrichtung behoben werden, welche die Streben überflüssig macht und eine Befesti- gung der Schalungsbretter in kürzester Zeit ermöglicht.
Gemäss der Erfindung besteht die Vorrich tung aus einem Metallstab mit einem aus dessen Längsachse seitlich abgebogenen, zu geschärften Ende.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind bei spielsweise drei Ausführungsformen der Vor richtung nach der Erfindung dargestellt. Es zeigen Fig. 1 und 2 Aufriss und Seitenriss der ersten Ausführungsform der Vorrichtung, Fig. 3 und 4 sowie Fig. "o und 6 analoge Ansichten der zwei ten bezw. dritten Ausführungsform, Fig. 7 veranschaulicht schematisch die An wendung der Vorrichtung.
Gemäss Fig. 1 und 2 besteht die Vorrich tung aus einem Metallstab 1 mit einem aus dessen Längsachse abgebogenen zugeschärften Ende 2 und einem Querstück 3 am andern Ende.
Die Ausführungsform nach den Fig. 3 und 4 unterscheidet sich von derjenigen nach den Fig. 1 und 2 dadurch, dass an Stelle des Querstückes 3 eine Gabelung des Stabendes vorgesehen ist, die zwei Spitzen 4 aufweist.
Für besondere Fälle dient die Ausfüh rung der Vorrichtung nach den Fig. 5 und 6, bei welcher an dem dem Ende 2 gegenüber liegenden Stabende ein in derselben Ebene wie die Abbiegung 2 liegender Arm 5 vor gesehen ist.
Die Verwendung der Vorrichtung gemäss Fig. 1 und 2 soll nachstehend an Hand der Fig. 7 erläutert werden, welche einen Hori zontalschnitt durch eine Mauer 6 mit einer Fensteröffnung 7 darstellt, deren Sims 8 mit einem Zementglattstrich ausgeebnet und ver kleidet werden soll. Zu diesem Zweck wird ein Brett 9 so in die Fensteröffnung einge legt, dass dessen freie Kante auf die Ei)he des herzustellenden Glattstriches zu liegen kommt.
Statt nun zum Brett 9 senkrecht stehende Holzstreben zu dessen Befestigung vorzusehen, wird das eine Ende des Brettes gegen die eine Wand der Fensteröffnung an gestossen und die Vorrichtung nach Fig. 1 und 2, wie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich, mit dem Querstück gegen die gegenüberliegende Wand der Fensteröffnung angestossen, nachdem das zugeschärfte abgebogene Ende 2 in das Brett eingeschlagen wurde. Durch Eindrücken des Querstückes 3 in Pfeilrichtung erfolgt nun das Verspriessen des Brettes in der Fenster- öffnung.
Für besondere Zwecke kann die Ausbil dung des Endes des Stabes nach Fig. 3 und 4 zweckmässig sein. Im Falle, dass zum Abstützen des Quer stückes 3 oder des gegabelten Stabendes zu wenig Platz vorhanden ist, kann die Vorrich tung nach den Fig. 5 und 6 verwendet wer den, bei welcher der Arm 5 als Abstützung dient.
Zum Abstützen des Endes 3 bezw. 4 oder 5 können auch im Bedarfsfalle Stiften in das 3iauerwerk bezw. dessen Fugen eingetrieben werden.
